- I believe I will be a worthy candidate for this role as I have played RSPS's a large majority of my life, meaning I have a wide knowledge of the game. I believe I excel in maturity and willingness, I am always ready to help the new players and do it in a professional manner. For example I moderated on OS-Veldahar and spent countless hours helping players. I know how to keep calm around players and try my best to help them understand. I believe Staff members are the face of the server, they will base their opinion of the server on the staff's behavior. These qualities make me, what I believe a good staff member
