As good as this sounds on paper, it can't work like this. I can not open myself up to risk from DDoS attacks by giving my Skype out, or clutter/spam my personal email for game related problems. The best way to get ahold of a staff member is to first, check in-game for online staff, if none are on use the forums. Try the Chatbox, PMing a staff member via forums, and of course making a thread about the problem. Trust me, we do not ignore anyone; we get a lot of pms, and they each take a lot of time to deal with.
