Hi everyone IGN:Fortimage. Hope you guys doing good, posting this today because I think the server going out of control these days and I think this is due to lack of staff interactions and inactivity. I made my account couple years ago and came back recently after couple months of break and remember back in the days server was full of active mods and helpers (alteast 3-4) staff members connected daily and in my perspective things were better. (yell, staff communication with players etc, etc.) My point is I think we need more staff (active). Here a short list of the staff members I see online these days and what I think of them as player. Also im playing 3-4 hours per days when I can and this is only my point of view. #1 Scooby doo PRO'S: Very friendly, always nice when we ask him something,Patient (never mad when ask multiple questions),active as a player. CONS:Doesn't answer pm that much (even when you see him talking in yell), appear offline alot. #2 Salty PRO'S:Friendly, Always nice in pm's, active as a player. CONS:Flame players in yell, doesn't answer pm's that much,lack of interaction with players(for help and such). BSouth: PRO'S:nice guy, answer fast,good interaction, 100% for you if you need him. CONS:There's not that much to say except a lack of activity (not log that much but still one of the 3 staff that log time to time). If didn't not included the other staff members its because there's pretty much no interaction/presence imo with them at the moment. So that's pretty much it we NEED more active staff because 2-3 staff members for an average of 150-200 players+ daily with poor presence is making the server chaotic. Also just want to say that I have NOTHING against the current staff members its only my point of view and you guys are overall nice guys. #BRINGBACKKELLATHA

I think it's totally ridiculous that it takes almost 4 days to get just a reply to a message / appel I work as staff for another server which I will not mention as I'm not here to do that I was only enjoying my time on spawnpk as we all need a break. The one thing I will say is you lot need to get better at ur replys to help/infrastructure as you are supposed to be a business the time it has taken for me to get a simple reply has possibley put me off playing ur server anymore as I feel you neglecte the issues that players have and as a player my self I think it is indeed wrong. I know that you guys will most likely just remove the post but I at least hope that a few of you will read this and understand were I am coming from possibly even make some changes to the way you guys handle your customer care service ina sense. PEOPLE DON'T PAY TO JUST BE IGNORED. Your server it's self is amazing and as alot going for it so I do find this a shame but I still think is silly that you guys think this is okay I have even gone out of my to message certain staff members direct and I'm still yet to get any reply lol when they have clearly been active.

Hi Community, First of all i want to say.. That the SpawnPK staff makes from the problems they have: Bugs, Making items loseable that're supposed to be kept on death. Our problem, the funniest of all is the immature respond of Sam.... Sam never told me to refund them, they just kicked me and did them theirself... Also i received 0 as a fee or something? Once, this happened to me to... a long time ago... Prayers where activated but didnt work... i lost many 1 HANDED ele bows through that. There's not 1 ryan refunded me. So why should he refund this? Hello SpawnPK community, Introduction I'd like to post a topic purely about staff feedback, with their well-earned grade I'd like to give them. This topic will be about all staff members, including owners and server supports. If you agreed with my rating and conclusion, please give a like so owners can actually see what really happens to the community. Rating Administrators Ryan @Ryan Since the beginning of this server, ryan has made alot of updates and changes to the server. Some of them were really good and some of them were just bad. My opinion about this staff member is that he should be more active to the community, he never-ever spoke to any normal random player in the community. Activity of an owner gives the community a good feeling, and now its more negative towards the community. Also the fact that alot of suggestion for the ''Pkers'' were never implemented in the game, I'd still like to thank him for other content. My rating for Ryan will be 6/10. PS: Remove ''Donater ranks'' effects, they're way too overpowered and it can make people really angry, should suggest eco-reset. Ramzi @Ramzi Since I've ever played this server, I've never seen this staffmember ever online. In my opinion its just the worst staffmember of them all. He is only sometimes active on forums, but never in-game. If he would be online ingame and sign in as an community manager/event manager the server would of been alot better, he could give his opinion to ryan (since he's probably the one who's be taken serious.) My rating for Ramzi will be 2/10. Cause of the fact that he's sometimes active on forums, helping people with issues. Tevin @Phenomenon Since I started playing this game I know him through the clans we were both in, though he eventually left. He is in my opinion a somewhat good staff member, however his actions against other players aren't Always been right. Meaning that since he is active on forums, in-game and YouTube I give him a rating of: My rating for Tevin will be 8/10. Moderators Jean Paul @Jean Paul Since the beginning of when I started playing, I actually saw JP helping some people here and there. Though I think he, since he was on of the richest ingame, he was also hated alot. Especially since he PKed with customs items which didn't really help his reputation as viewed by PKers, especially NHers. Secondly I'd like to say that he was punishing other players way too hard, not giving any warnings or whatsoever. This includes also mutings and jails which should of never been there when actually a well-loved player by the community came in his place. Thirdly I'd like to say that this guy is way too obsessed with his clan called ''Elementals'', meaning that every kind of bad word against his clan results in a punishment, however when his clan members tries to flames or flame baits they don't get any warning at all. Also lately hes more like ignoring people ingame, as I and some other guy asked him, in a time frame of 30 minutes, two different questions but he just totally ignored us and ran off. Nevertheless he has showing alot of activity aswell as ingame as on forums. My rating for JP will be: 2.5/10. The Aurora @The aurora This guy is actually the one of the worst staff I've ever seen. As there are many topics about this guy abusing his staff power to leak pictures of banks and IRL photos aswell as abusive rights of staffmembership. This guy has done it all, and the problem is that he doesn't get any warning. Also this staffmember has most likely a close bond to Ryan and thats why he's still staff. I think the community aswell as me this guy had to be disbanded from the community when he started playing. Secondly this guy is beside the fact of disruptive behaviour, abusive rights of staffmembership also really inactive. This includes aswell as on forums as on in-game. Forum picture ''The aurora profile'' As u see above this is the real activity of the aurora and I think none of us ever looked at this, but it's horrible to have a staffmember with this less content count and visited date. A staffmember should atleast look on forums Every to two days. My rating for the The Auroro will be: Immediatly demotion of staffposition , -1 / 10. Kelletha @Kellatha I've haven't been as much in contact with this staffmember as with the above two, but the community actually liked this staff, however her way to applicate was really sad, she probably knows it herself. It seems that when you post a ''Farewell topic'' and describe that u felt really sad about not getting a staffmembership position, u instantly get staffmember. (Probably pay-to-win reasons, but okay.) Though I have the feeling that this staffmember complains way too much about us (the community). It seems more like that she actually wants this to be a PVM staffmember, which in her eyes means that only pay-to-win players should get more benefits above pkers.. (I actually have her never seen PK ever) Non the less she is active on forums and in-game, allthough I saw this last little chatbox seeing her try to flamebait. As which she replied to a topic where someone noticed the decreasing playbase, she actually said that she was working on it. Though when a new player comes around and actually see that yell is full of flaming and that a Mod is actually baiting people to flame, u are just a really shit mod. In-game picture ''Yell chatbox flame baiting'' My rating for Kelletha will be: 6.5/10. Just because of being active ingame as on forums, but just having a bit of autism. Casey @Casey In my SpawnPK history, I've never spoke to this guy. However every member of the community likes him and thats what we want to be as a staff member. He actually is a decent staffmember, however hes been inactive lately on forums. Nevertheless he made SpawnPK great again untill other players became staff. My rating for Casey will be 7.5/10. Conclusion According to the ratings, matter of facts and other points which are stated above. I think three staffmembers should be demoted; Jean Paul, The Aurora and Ramzi just cause the matter of facts that they haven't showed any proof of a better community nor an increasing one. Also I'd like to see way more updates which help improve the activity of deep wilderness pking or openworld pkiing, since it's a PK server.

I find more pleasure in helping others then doing things for them. My knowledge of runescape is massive i might as well be rswiki. Most of which have either died or been shut down (so i guessed murdered) I consider myself Rswiki v2 and would love to also be SPKwiki. Goals: My goals are simple. I want to help. There is something about helping people that gives me a sense of satisfaction. Its the same feeling when you get that pet cerb drop. It feels great. I also have noticed that when i was a regular player i wasn't asked for help as often. I got to vip and next thing i know my pms blow up and i get asked for help all the time. That's why i'm applying for staff. I help when i can and do everything i can. Even going out of my way to show people stuff. The only thing is with rank comes acknowledgment. A crown next to my name will give me much more opportunity to help people. That being said a crown wont make a difference to me. I'll help regardless because that's who i am (a crown would just help). Weaknesses: My biggest weakness is forums i know. Hello, To be honest with all of u guys, I had a topic posted 2 days ago about the fact that I got ratted and so hacked. Since then the staff moved my topic from help segment to report a player segment. I tagged multiple staffmembers to help me, but I haven't got any answer or whatever help to actually get this hacker. How am I supposed to get refunded on all the stuff that I lost, when the actual hacker could actually rwt'ed my stuff, and meaning that I won't see anything of my stuff back? When is a mod or admin actually gonna help me, because im really getting pissed off right now, that people which posted things under help category get faster help than me when they wrote the topic today? Why you should receive the position: Why should I receive the position? According to my math skills, we are as of right now way too low on moderators/helpers. Let's take a weekend peak from 200 players with a total of 3 moderators (Casey, Yeezus and Phenomenon) where Phenomenon has unfortunately party resigned and 3 in-game helpers (Kellatha, Serge, The aurora). I assume Ryan and Ramzi tried to divide those people being active 24h so at least 1 active staff member will be online constant. 24/6 = 4 if we divide this again cause we have 2 opposite times = 2 staff members online constant. This would be if they are 100% online at their active time zone and if they are online every single day! Of course, those people have irl lives, social things etc so this is impossible.... Please don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming anyone at all, just trying to clear things up. As you can see it's impossible as of right now to have 1 active staff-member online every single minute of the day which is needed IMO. If you don't agree with this I'm totally fine, you may comment on here with pleasure. Next; I'm a goal hunter in every possible way. This is during a game, in real life, during sport etc... I've completed 95% of my goals in-game such as achieving the elemental completionist cape, fused pets, having an active clan to enjoy and bringing together players. I've 2 goals left as of right now which are the Doppelganger pet and to improve SpawnPk. I've run my own server 3 years ago where some people still know me from but I'm not going in detail. People who should know do know about it... So yes, all together I can keep on writing but 99% won't read it; I know what's needed to be staff, I know what players want when they need staff and I know how to act as staff although this will be different on every other server of course.
