    Hello and thanks for reading my full guide on Raids I have copied the layout of this post on runex and went ahead and made changes so it applies to SpawnPK https://runex.io/forums/index.php?/topic/5975-in-depth-chambers-of-xeric-guide/. Reason for writing this guide is because I have seen a lot of people struggling with raids or taking a very long time to complete a raid, so just wanted to help out a bit. This guide will feature 3 sets you can use: Max set, a Welfare set and a very cheap barebone set. I will go into full explanation down below. Make sure to check out Ascendency's video on how to do raids effectively. General information Chambers of Xeric (Raids 1) is a type of boss gauntlet where you run through and kill 3 demi-bosses before squaring up to the Great Olm. Most of the rewards are best in slot armor or weapons, making Raids very profitable if you manage to get those items. The rare drop table is as follows When you first begin to raid, you will start out on "Normal" difficulty. As you do more raids more difficulties will become available, as they are unlocked with your raids count. The higher the difficulty the higher of a chance to get rare loots from the chest at the end of the raid. Setting up a raid To start raiding, speak to the Librarian (raids) at ::home Once you open up the raiding interface by talking to the Librarian, select your difficulty, invite other players if you aren't soloing, and start the raid! Gear setup There are two approaches to what gear to bring to raids. One option is to bring tribrid gear, and another is to bring just mage and melee. Mage is almost a requirement, as you will need multi-combat spells such as blood barrage. If you have a scythe there is no need for range gear. You can just use mage/melee. If you don't have a scythe but instead are using a tbow you can bring all 3 attack styles. I will try my best to include the majority of decent gear setups, but of course I will not be able to list every single item. Max set This is basically BiS, you can upgrade this gear by getting tormented bracelet (or), ferocious gloves and a vespula pet for the vespula room but it wont change that much. I have chosen Ancestral over virtus purely because of the damage bonus, when used in vanguards in combination with the vasa pet and tome of frost (i). You can hit 300-400 barrages. You don't need the HP either since you'll mainly use scythe with soulsplit which just makes you immortal. I see no need for range besides maybe inflicting venom on one of the olmlet hands while you're busy with the other one. Reason for bringing a harpoon is so you can fish for salvaged resources in case you need to buy some extra food, infernal pickaxe is used for the tekton fase so you can mine the ores faster. There will be 2 other gear sets down here but honestly if you use a scythe or tbow and soulsplit there's not really a reason to bring insane amounts of food etc. Welfare This is what most of you guys will be using so I will try to keep it as cost effective as possible. Reason why you need mage is for blood barrage which will help you a lot in terms of surviving and having enough brews left for olmlet. Cheap barebone gear This is the cheapest set that you can use and survive with sucessfully When using this setup there's a high chance you'll need to buy brews with salvaged resources before fighting olmlet. Feel free to change out any items you want and just test around a bit. No matter what gear you use always remember this. Gear to "camp" Since raids is a difficult boss, you can't just bring all gear and no supplies. Personally, instead of bringing along an amulet switch, I just use an eternal glory since it provides bonuses to Mage/Melee/Range. Another great item to bring is a Comp cape cape (or it's variants) is great to bring along. It provides good tribrid stats, a stat boosting effect, and a bounty cape effect (Ex. it acts as an Ava's device for arrows). For the helmet slot, bringing along a Fused slayer helmet, Frost slayer helm, Lava slayer helm,will be very beneficial because you won't need to bring helmet switches, as the majority of these helmets provide good bonuses in either two or three combat styles.     Unfortunately this mistake has been happening since the TP was first added, if they were to reimburse you (which they wont because it was your own error and not a bug/glitch) They would have to reimburse hundreds of other players for a total of trills+ I imagine. Sorry about what happened to you though, but hey, at least you're not this guy!

    Sorry for the bad grammer/spelling in this forum thread. Except for the people with High donator ranks is pvm even worth doing at this moment? It feels like doing pvm at this moment doesn't reward nearly enough in comparison for the time it takes to get a drop monsters like kbd/chaos element are useless specialy since all the kills just get taken by people in nearly maxed gear to earn 1-2b from these would take you hours easily and thats if you get 100% of the kills... in donorzone there is 1 kbd and 1 chaos elemental to be shared between every single donator in the server that just doesn't make sence. Wildy pvming can be profitable If you are able to grind this for countless hours with exspensive gear. Things like tekton/blood hydra/wildywyrm have good drops if you are able to grind out the 100's sometimes 1000's of kills. You would get pk'ed countless times doing this tho + you have to compeat with people for the kills in single combat zones sometimes making killing these even more boring/slow (tekton/blood hydra) lets take tekton as a example for this currently the droprates are: 1/50 2-3 blood diamonds 1/75 blood cape 1/250 donator Box 1/650 epic pet box 1/650 grand crest piece 1???? why even 1/1250 tekton equipment 1/1000 tekton pet Doing 1 tekton kill wil take most players about 20-40 seconds depending on their gear + luck with hits so after all that you have to get going towards new tekton (just to find out someone is already there killing it) if you don't have the wilderness cape you would first have to walk to lower wildy levels to teleport out This takes Ages just to get a single drop (can be quite good drop for sure) but if you count it into gp/hr its just garbage.. for the people who don't have 300b+ to spend on gear/pets this counts for almost any wildyboss some bosses like vet'ion/kraken aren't even worth killing at all. Conclusion: I think currently if you want to make any decent money in the server you are forced to either pk or gamble only the very rich have the option to make a good cashstack from pvm in a /hr rate i understand there should be a motive for people to donate but currently its just insane how much time it takes to get something somewhat decent also most people need to invest into Slayer helm/Blowpipe/ at the very minimum to even get semi-decent kills which can be alot concidering it would take hours to earn 1-2b doing pvm How can we fix this?: Something as small as adding more places to kill the current monsters would help for example at the 10$ donator rank there is 1 kbd and 1 chaos ele Its not hard to turn this into 5 chaos ele and 5 kbd (have them be a bit of a distance away from each other so people can't attack all from 1 spot) This way at the very least people can get more drops/hr same with the currenty wilderness bosses the ones in single zones should be moved into multi-zones and have their drop tables inproved (atleast remove the junk drops) things like inproving chance on big drops would be great to so we don't have to grind a entire day to get 1 Chaos elemental loot to compensate higher droprate for rare items you could remove/lower the coins/blood money loots these don't even feel worth picking up most of the time.. (honestly what even is 3-5m as a drop in a server where nearly anything decent things cost billions ow boy after 200-300 kills i can afford 1 vesta platelegs) I'd love to hear you're guys opinions on the subject (for you donors out there Try to not be selfish dicks crying about how your rank isn't worth as much anymore if others get even the slightest buff)

    Raids are the worst thing that has happened to Mythic and Sponsor ranks because the new BIS armor is not as great as it seems and the amount of money you can make from Tekton has been nerfed. The best benefit of Sponsor + is Tekton and this update has killed it. The same thing that happened to elder mauls and twisted bows will happen to the new BIS Tektonic armor overtime as there is nothing stopping Mythics/ Sponsors from farming it. My suggestion is this: Remove Tektnoic armor from Blood Tekton and replace it with rare chances to get large cash bag stacks (Similar to KBD) These Large cash bag stacks should mirror the prices that Tektons old drops were valued at. EX: 1/750 chance 400-450 cash bag drop 1/750 chance 300 cash bag drop 1/750 chance 200 cash bag drop OR make it so they are all at different drop rates depending on cash stack amount Large cash stacks might be a problem for wilderness Tekton but a solution to this would have it drop a shard/relic/kit/ Anything that could be traded into an npc for the equivalent in cash bags. (Similar to Mythic orn kit and Hari NPC) OTHER SUGGESTION: Add Tektonic armor to Raids where it should be, so the price will remain stable.

    Content updates SpawnPK Raids We are excited to finally release Raids, starting with the Chambers of Xeric! SpawnPK raids are foundationally similar to the traditional version, but with different mechanics and rewards to fit SpawnPK Speak with the librarian at home in order to get started! Creating a raid party consists of the following: Selecting a raid type Stay tuned for more raid types in the future! Choosing your difficulty (normal, adept, expert, master, or grandmaster) Higher difficulty will result in harder bosses, with better rates Each difficulty, besides normal, requires a certain amount of raids completed Inviting party members You will have four free slots (5 member max) to invite members There are no restrictions for player modes (iron men, hcim) All players will receive drops, just as long as they contribute damage, similar to giant mole Party members are not mandatory, you're free to go solo! Each raid instance is a randomly generated sequence of 3-5 different rooms The last room will always be the final boss, the Great Olm The preceding rooms will either contain demi-bosses, or skilling resources to restock some supplies (see further below) Each boss's hitpoints are scaled based on the amount of members in your party The current raid bosses and demi-bosses are: Tekton Vasa Nistirio Vanguards Vespula Muttadile Great Olm Some bosses may require certain strategies to defeat, so pay close attention! Mechanics are for the most part unique and aren't emulations of RS After all demi-bosses are defeated, you'll be sent to a "resource room" before challenging the Great Olm Within this room you can fish and cook food, as well as gather the "salvaged resource" currency This currency is obtained through fletching, cutting "damp logs" chopped from trees in the room Alternatively, this currency is also randomly received while fishing in the room Rocktail fish can be caught by using worm bait, which is obtained by digging the mounds in the room Salvaged resources can be exchanged for potions and flasks from the Survivalist, who's also located in the room Once you have faced and defeated the Great Olm, you will be able to claim your rewards from the chest at the exit Your chances of receiving rares are improved by: Your accumulated points Raid difficulty set by the party leader Note: some bosses have a chance to drop rare loot even before the final boss (see drop tables) Alongside the standard raid items (twisted bow, kodai wand, etc.) this update introduces new pets: Vasa nistirio pet Keeps magic level boosted by +10 Increases spell max hits by +5 Olmlet pet Grants immunity to all dragonfire damage (including bolt special attacks) Increases all fire based attack max hits by +5 This includes bolt special attacks, fire spells, etc. Vespula pet Grants immunity to venom, poison, and hydra's diseas These new pets are obtained EXCLUSIVELY from raids! You can receive them as direct drops from the bosses (except Olm) or earn a Relic of Xeric from the raids reward chest (Relic of Xeric will reward you a random raids pet) Tektonic armor & Blood Tekton The original Tekton boss (wilderness epic boss and dzone spawnable) has been changed to a red Blood Tekton This boss does not drop the standard raids items, but now drops an exclusive armor set: Tektonic armor We aim to add other "blood" alternatives of raid bosses to the deep wilderness, so stay tuned!     The caskets and pk hotspots would increase the number of pkers and I think the blood caskets should use 100 blood money to open instead of blood diamonds:) +1

    True, but you also have to keep in mind people who want to do this are a dime a dozen. Server has been out for almost 4 years and there has only been 5 people to purchase customs items. Those people are The aurora, me, V, pk happytail, and extr pvm. People don't just up and want to waste at least 10t+ on a custom, as you can see we've barely managed to enticed 5 people to do it over 5 years. No arguing about cash being hard or not to sink but we don't advance anywhere in terms of economic relief when a person just buys a custom item and sinks an enormous amount of cash. That cash that was sunk has been sitting in that eco holders bank for ages and just like it had no effect in the economy in his bank, it had no effect being taken out. People need to understand that cash needs to be in circulation so that there can be demand for items. It's simply supply and demand economy basics. What we have right now is a whole lot of "empty demand" because people want a lot of stuff but it's hard to make cash. There's also always been a extremely high supply of just about everything and that's a big problem. When there's 400+ mystery chests in the TP, when there's 80+ divines/korasi/nex sets/twisted bows/dins,etc.(you get the point) there is a major problem because that's just what's listed on the TP, not what's in the economy as well on players accounts.

    (ignore veng, should be ancients+Modern prayer). Below is my setup. The doppel is great for "potting" and general tank.. Enchanted heart alone is good too now with 45 sec cooldown, but doppel has 10 sec cooldown between repots. Tekton for extra damage (Can be normal tekton only). You can use viri tekton but than youd need to bring the harpoon as well to fish because you cant pickup food from npcs. Special pet for spec or balance spirit for spec + health + prayer. Hammer to lower def of opponent. Necklace switch super important for me because 10% magic damage increase is great. Blood slayer helm as it has tribrid stats (mage+range+str). Also void gives better def than pernix.
