New Pet Fusions With the fresh economy, a lot of the fusion pets have only been obtainable via the fuse box without the original release of the fusion itself. However re-releases alone can be boring, so we want to bring the best of both worlds: offering THREE available pet fusions. One being a classic pet, the other two being something brand new. Scopesight Vasa Pet This fusion costs: x1 Vasa Nistirio pet x25 Blood phoenix pets x25 Bloodchanting stones And has the following effects: Keeps magic level boosted by +10 Keeps range level boosted by +15 (same as enchanted heart) Grants +17.5% range accuracy bonus Increases spell max hits by +6 Magic and range attacks have a 5% chance to activate "Snipe" -- which grants +10% damage (+40% PvM) and +25% accuracy (+50% PvM) Grants +25% more magic & range damage in PvM Riftwalker corp beast pet This fusion costs: x2 Ultimate rift guardian pets x25 Corporeal beast pets x25 Bloodchanting stones And has the following effects: PVP: Grants +10% melee damage and accuracy PVM: Grants +20% overall damage and accuracy Grants +15% drop rate bonus Grants +5% chance for doubled rare drops Viridescent fairy pet This classic fusion costs: x5 Yoshi pets x50 Treasure fairy pets x25 Bloodchanting stones Grand easterwyrm pet While there are three fusions, we've also decided to add an enchantment for last season's event pet. Better now than never! You can now attempt to enchant it for a 33% chance Ignores 33% of enemy melee defenses (rather than 25%) Boosts strength bonus by 12.5% (rather than 10%) DISCLAIMER Volatility of market prices with pet fusion ingredients can sometimes get hectic. While we tried our best to align the ingredient costs with the value we wanted the pet to have, the cost of these fusion(s) could still be subject to change. The pet fuser now displays (both on the broadcasts and the interface) the total amount of fusions server-wide. If we, for example, see more fusions coming in than we anticipated -- we may raise some of the ingredient costs. Or vice versa, potentially even decreasing (albeit far less likely.) Ideally, neither of these steps will be necessary. But for sake of integrity we are communicating this in advance Essence of Wonder (Mini-Event) Those of you who were around before SPK's fresh start will remember this mini-event. To keep things spicy while you all wait for the Summer event, we'll be running this event for four weeks (with potential extension if we see fit). Even in the case where Summer event comes sooner than this mini-event ends, we can let them run together. As explained on our discord dev-blog: Turns all level 15+ deep wild singles zones into "Hotspot singles". Essentially it's the Singles+ PJ mechanics/timer, but for PvP only (not PvM) Grants +35% BM from PKing, and +15% drop rate from deep wild monsters/bosses +35% chance for grand treasures via deep wild PKs +25% chance (if unlocked) for Glorious Caskets via deep wild PKing And in light of this new hotspot, we've also made the following improvements/tweaks to hotspots in general: Hotspot Improvements Pure Zone Hotspot Rewards You now earn 3X pure points per kill at ::pure zone during this hotspot (stacks with enchanted book's 2X proc) Increased bonus BM from +25% to +35% Increased blood diamond drop boost from +5% to +25% Edgeville Hotspot Rewards You now have a 25% chance for Edge PK rating reward drops to be doubled during the hotspot Increased bonus blood money from +25% to +35% Glorious wild caskets Rate to receive glorious caskets are now generally improved from cursed orb and grand luck falcon pet (especially the stack of the two) Glorious caskets now ALSO simulate a blood casket + blood key roll when opened, on top of the original item roll As a result, glorious caskets should now have a decent increase in average value (both per open, and in the market) The rolled blood casket + key loot will count for the blood casket collection log Hotspot point shop Increased weekly stock of hotspot bonus scrolls from 5->25 Increased weekly stock of grand gift boxes from 2->5 Increased weekly stock $5 bond quantity from 1->5 Increased weekly stock $10 bond quantity from 1->3 Added x1 $20 bond for 1,750 hotspot points With these changes/additions, everyone's weekly shop will be fully restocked upon login Cursed Bounty Shop Inquisitor prices reduced by 10m Cursed Bounties each Cursed Dagon'hai Hat price reduced by 15m Cursed Bounties Cursed Dagon'hai Top & Bottom prices reduced by 25m Cursed Bounties Nightmare Orb prices reduced by 15m Cursed Bounties each Cursed Totems added to Cursed Mystery Crate loot table Increased cursed totem quantity in weekly shop stock from 5 → 10 Reduced pet fuse box (u) price in the weekly shop from 500M cursed bounties to 400M $5 Bond price reduced from 8m → 5m Cursed Bounties (Weekly Shop) $10 Bond price reduced from 15m → 10m Cursed Bounties (Weekly Shop) $20 and $45 Bonds added to Weekly Shop Blood Money Improvements You are now guaranteed flat +25 blood money from player kills (this +25 is a floor amount, and is not increased by bonuses) Doubled the bonus BM rate for risking BM in your inventory Also added a new tier of blood risk, where you will receive even more bonuses for risking up to 100 BM (+38 flat BM bonus at 100 BM risk) BM risked in your looting bag now counts for the BM risk as well Blood Money Weekly Shop With all these increases in blood money obtained via PKing, we of course need some good sinks too! There is now a weekly stock blood money shop (requires Ch. III of adventure book completed) that has the following stock: x2 Prize ticket (u) - 500 BM/ea x2 Golden gift boxes - 500 BM/ea x3 Hard PK task bottles - 375 BM/ea x1 Elite PK task bottle - 5,000 BM/ea x3 Grand crest (u) - 2,500 BM/ea x3 Scroll of fortuity - 4,500 BM/ea x1 Mystery ticket (u) - 10,000 BM/ea x1 Wanderer re-roll scroll - 25,000 BM/ea Crestbearer Hide This new ranged variant of crestbearer gear has been added to the grand crest rare loot table! It is slightly more rare than crestbearer melee armor pieces. And yes, it has the same application as the other sets for Ultimate Slayer Helmet. The blood crestbearer dye (purchased via bloodcore shop) works with this armor set as well Oathplate armor This new mid/high tier PK armor set is also a new potential melee upgrade to be obtained via grand crests! "Infernal plates" are obtained via grand crests, which are then used in the enchantment chest along with stacks of statius pieces to craft Oathplate pieces The oathplate full set effect provides a +3 boost to melee max hit caps Well of Goodwill Improvements Added the following new buffs to the rotation: 2X Blood Money drops from PKing Improved the following existing buffs in the rotation: Drop rate buff increased from +10% to +25% Superior chance buff now counts for demi-bosses (chaos giant, blood dragon, etc.) Statuettes/artifacts buff now doubles the chance AND the amount received Added new cosmetic items to the goodwill point shop: Zombie shoulder monkey Mole slippers Propeller hat Gnome child backpack Gnome child plush Scarf of goodwill Infinite money bag (most expensive item) With these additions, there is now a collection log for the goodwill point shop. Completing the collection log will earn you x1 Grand promo package and x1 Pet fuse box (u) Items that were obtained prior to this update will be retroactively filled in your collection log upon login (since they're all untradeable) Gear Adjustments Tormented demon weapons: Emberlight (i) no longer has a defence level requirement Scorching bow, Emberlight, and Burning Claws special attacks will no longer apply burn in PvP if you hit a 0 (it will still guarantee burn effect in PvM) Inquisitor crush and defense bonuses slightly raised Grand treasure weapons: Cursed balmung (unlike regular balmung) no longer has reduced damage when enraged via special attack Improved the accuracy of tainted ancient c'bow spec Fixed issue with ancient crossbow and tainted ancient c'bow special attack not procing the bolt specs properly Fixed issue with tainted acb not having the same bolt spec proc chance boost as regular acb or zcb Fixed issues with the Mystic ABS spellcasting tick speed Fixed issue with Mystic ABS procing the double hit with other spells (intended to only work with the staff's autocast spell) Fixed issue with Cursed balmung not having the faster attack speed effect when enraged via special attack In deep wild (not Edgeville) the Dharok's set effect will now only work after 10 seconds of combat with your target. This is to reduce instances of DH bombing in deep wild zones without any fair engagement Blood Slayer PKing Improvements Bounty hunter tasks now apply in deep wild (not just edge/pure) Bounty hunter tasks now give a flat bonus +5 BSP per cursed BH kill (flat meaning it is not multiplied by BSP boosts) Bounty hunter task larran's key rate improved from 1/8 to 1/5 Blood slaughter tasks are now 20 minutes instead of 10 Blood slaughter tasks now give 35 base BSP instead of 25, and 15 base slayer points instead of 3 Blood slaughter kill range bonuses are now doubled, but have been changed to flat (similar to BH tasks, not multiplied by boosts) Blood slaughter larran's key rate improved from 1/16 to 1/8 Wilderness Boss Globalizations Corporeal Beast is now a global boss (requiring 50+ damage to receive loot) Sarachnis is now a global boss (requiring 25+ damage to receive loot) Wildywyrm / Bloodwyrm drops are now global (requires 50+ damage to receive loot) However, the Bloodmancer pendant drop roll (Bloodwyrm) is only available to the highest damage dealer Bork drops are now fully global, requiring 50+ damage to receive loot However, the Baby bork pet drop roll is only available to the highest damage dealer Drop Table Interface QoL The drop table interface now displays drop rates based on your DR% bonus. This only applies the bonus % shown on your equipment screen, and is not able to include dynamic bonuses (such as monster specific bonuses) Bank Value QoL We've integrated the ::pc (Price check) system to your banks! You'll now see the estimated market value of your bank, labeled on the title bar of the interface Loot Key Improvements Loot keys that were left on the floor (due to a full inventory) would lead you to opening the chest without anything happen. It will now give you a modal message explaining this, as well as a display timer for when the key is going to expire. Significantly reduced the "you can't do this too soon after a PvP timer" block for opening the chest (including loadouts/healing too) A slight delay is still necessary (for hits with delayed splats that may be queued at the end of the timer) but its a lot lower now Build a loot chest in your crib! It is available in the furniture space for the Superior Garden room Hunllef & Nex Incantations Hunllef: You can now left-click "Incant" x250 crystal shards for a random crystal item (armor or weapon) Nex: You can now left-click "Incant" nihil shards for the following: x20 shards -> Mystery chest (u) x25 shards -> Prize key (u) x100 shards -> Random nex armor piece Both of these changes should generally improve the profit and incentive for killing these bosses, especially for Nex (we can finally start driving imbued nex pieces into the game, within reason) Item Repair Costs We noticed feedback from a lot of you that involved complaints about the growing presence of autokeep untradeable gear in the wilderness. We're also aware that there is another portion of the playerbase who have the opposite opinion. As a result, we've made adjustments to the repair costs that reflect the current meta fairly, while taking both sides into account. These are subject to changes as the meta advances further: Changed value of cursed armor pieces from 1b -> 3b Changed value of torture, torm, anguish, & occult (or) from 500m -> 1b Changed value of cursed armor pieces from 1b -> 3b Includes variants like mythic, cosmic, etc Changed value of blood slayer top & bottoms from 1b -> 3b Changed value of enchanted gloves/boots from 1b -> 3b Changed value of enchanted gloves/boots (i) from 2b -> 7.5b Changed value of wanderers ring/ammy from 1b -> 2b (2b -> 4b while skulled) Changed value of wanderers ring/ammy (i) from 2.5b -> 5b (5b -> 10b while skulled) Changed value of wanderers boots & boots (e) from 2.5b -> 5b (5b -> 10b while skulled) Miscellaneous Changes & Fixes Edgeville & Deep wild rating reward rates improved: Chance without orb: 1/20 → 1/10 Chance with master orb: 1/15 → 1/7 Chance with cursed orb: 1/5 → 1/4 The malice demonic gorilla pet now works with smite prayer, not just soulsplit. Significantly reduced the "you can't do this too soon after a PvP timer" block for spawning loadouts, healing, opening loot chests, etc. The blood reaver hide exchange NPC's tile is now unwalkable (now preventing players from DDing under him) Calamitous ring value has been reduced (was protecting over 1T+ items) Added F-keys to the Key remapping plugin (side panel) Added a "compact mode" option for the bounty hunter overlay display (side panel "Combat Overlays" plugin). This QoL will allow you to save some more screen space in the wilderness! Starting to type in commands (::) will now temporarily open your chatbox if you have it minimized Added more blood dragon spawns Exotic keys can now be noted The "zone blood slayer scroll" will no longer consume tasks unless the monster is actually spawnable in dzones Added an X10 bloodchanting stone enchant QoL option You can now right-click "Break down" rift guardian pets for stackable "Rift guardian cores". Five cores can be exchanged for a rift guardian pet type of your choice. This will especially come in handy with the new Riftwalker Corp pet fusion! Fixed bug where deep wild boost book worked in PvP (meant to be PvM only) Entering the hunger games lobby will now restore your stats and run energy Fixed issue with KBD ladder nullifying damage received upon climbing down Fixed issue with wanderer's ring effect not procing as often as it should Fixed issue with cursed pets Their effects were still slightly working in the non-wilderness (unintended) The damage and accuracy bonuses we working multiplicatively, rather than additively Developer explanation, since we understand some of you might just see this as a nerf: The code for these pets were old, and directly multiplied damage/accuracy in the combat core. This led to it granting multiplicative damage bonus, whereas nearly every other damage bonus in-game currently grants (intended) additive bonus. The difference shouldn't be major, but I wanted to make sure we clarify this in detail to you guys, because I know we've miscommunicated our changes in the previous updates. Fixed dragonfire from dragons not triggering auto-retaliate for players Fixed blood slayer accumulator acting as an ava's assembler even if you do not own one (stats, drop rate etc.) The intention of this item was always to inherit the stats of it IF you owned it Fixed wanderer's amulet (i) not having the +15% damage boost with Twisted Bow (should be inherited from the Xerician pendant that it's enchanted with) Fixed HG/LMS drops being added to loot tracker (they will no longer be added) Fixed malice pets showing up as yellow dots in the minimap Fixed lucky upgrade scroll having the same visual as dragon upgrade scroll Fixed hover description of dzone Spawner Boost II. It allows you to toggle an icon that displays on item hovers if it is an item that is potentially a wandering merchant task In addition, you can now turn-in unnoted items for your wandering merchant task (if you have the sufficient amount) And lastly, we've added a new Wanderer's pass item, which is seldomly obtained from mini-event rewards and one of the new donation daily offers (explained further below in the update topic) If you have the correct amount of passes, you can turn them in as a substitute/skip for your wandering merchant task step: Costs x1 passes per Easy task step Costs x3 passes per Medium task step Costs x5 passes per Hard task step Costs x20 passes per Elite task step (since elite tasks only have one step) Price Check System (Beta Version) We've started development on a system to average the trading post price for every tradeable item in the game (that has a history in the trading post). This feature is only being implemented loosely (for now) so that we can insure our methods to avoid market / price manipulation are effective. The price check database will update on a cycle, meaning new items (or drastic shifts in existing prices) will eventually take effect For the time being, we've utilized this for three new features: Loot Tracker Display Yoshi / GLB Loot Collection Items collected by your yoshi pet or grand looting bag will display the average value of each drop (if there is a price check for it) Price checker You can enter the command ::pc or ::pricecheck to open up an interface that allows you to deposit items and evaluate the average market price of each (and the total est. between all items entered) This feature will serve as a great way to test items across the board, and report if anything is "way off". Keep in mind, we don't expect price avgs. to be 100% accurate but large margins of error need to be addressed when spotted. Additionally, you can type ::pc [item name] to price check a specific item. However, the item name must be an exact match with what it is in-game. For example, ::pc Yoshi Pet Future plans Based on how the features above work in their price avg. accuracy, we will slowly start rolling out more QoL features. This includes things such as: Bank interface "total value" QoL Gamble / trade screen est. trade value QoL PK loot value QoL Ground item overlay plugin (with highlight colors based on value tiers) Death protection values (with some exceptions where necessary, such as autoloss items like mystery chests etc.) This will allow death protection values to stay up-to-date and drastically reduce discrepancies Better recognition for "risk amount" in the wilderness With the server having a more trustable/reliable assessment for prices, we can be more confident in risk checks -- and even add more wilderness/pking content surrounding risk And potentially much more! Nightwinter Event 2024 This event fusion of h'ween and winter will be running until January 25th, 2025 Simply speak with Jack Frost at home (or type ::e / ::event / CTRL+E) to view the activities. Nightwinter Casket In the event coin shop, this year's casket will have a large variety of rare cosmetic items that were previously obtained in previous h'ween / xmas / nightwinter events: Spooky parrot Haunted baryte branch H'ween icon Behallowed icon Ripper demon pet Reaper bludgeon Halloween dye (2019) Flaming skull mask Haunted spectre pet Blood h'ween maask Blood party hat Ghoulish icon Winter demon pet Glacial icon Winter dye (2020) Jolly halo As well as rares from the aforementioned events: Haunted hellhound pet Blood reaper pet Blood reaper scythe Frosty twisted bow branch Icelord pet (standard) And lastly, the casket will have a very rare (1/250) chance for the following vintage item: Ecto scythe dye (attaches to Blood Reaper Scythe) Event Pets Frost Gargoyle The frost gargoyle pet is the first / basic version of this event's pet, obtained from Tier II of the chest. It has the following effects: Reduces all incoming bleed damage by 50% Increases PvM damage by +5% Glacial Gargoyle This pet is obtained by enchanting the frost gargoyle pet at a 15% success chance. It has the following effect upgrades, and an additional effect: Reduces all incoming bleed damage by 60% Increases PvM damage by +7.5% Ignore 15% of your enemy's defensive equipment bonuses (Cosmetic) The gargoyle is now in a flight animation after this enchantment Grimgloom Gargoyle The final iteration of the pet is obtained by fusing the Glacial Gargoyle with 25 Death pets It has the following effect upgrades, and additional effects: Mitigates all bleed damage to 0 Increases PvM damage by +10% When risking a cursed orb in the wilderness, this PvM damage bonus is tripled to 30% Ignore 15% of your enemy's defensive equipment bonuses When you're inflicted with bleed, you will instead ignore 25% of your enemy's defensive equipment bonuses Combined effect of the Death pet Seasonal fuse box As mentioned on a previous update topic, seasonal fuse boxes will now only be obtainable from "(event)" promo items. It was stated that this also includes mystery tickets, which now also has a seasonal/event variant in the promotion interface. This event's rotation of seasonal pulls is as follows: Limited x3 pulls of Evil wolpertinger pet Limited x5 pulls of Mystical ice lord pet Remaining x1 pull of Unholy behemoth pet (carried over from the last event) The list above also represents the order in which these pulls will occur. Event Spotlight: Festive Bounty Hunter Festive bounty hunter is making its return during this event! While active, you will have a chance to receive "Festive emblems" when killing bounty targets. If you're participating in cursed bounty hunter, you'll receive a cursed variant of them instead. Festive emblems can be broken (left-click) to receive: Standard: x100 nightwinter tokens, +100 festive bounties Cursed: x250 nightwinter tokens, +250 festive bounties Festive bounties can be exchanged for perks that improve the rates and rewards of festive emblems. For the many of you who are probably curious, the seasonal event release is just around the corner! Unfortunately I ran into some issues with my PC, and a lack of success in fixing it caused an unforeseen delay. Nonetheless, I migrated my workspace over to a new PC to prevent any further delay - and we're back on track! We just wanted to get this patch out sooner, because it addresses priority issues, which are better implemented sooner rather than later. Patch Notes Gladiator's Vindication The mini-event's duration will be extended for another two weeks Fixed an issue with Blood LMS not providing double tokens as intended Fixed a bug with impling ether not yielding impling cannons Due to the fact that impling cannons were meant to share the same table as impling goggles, we are allowing you to swap goggles for cannons until November 30th as compensation (simply right-click "Swap" on the impling goggles in your inventory) Modified recent wealth risk changes Added better consideration for the risk value of items, such as their repair cost and other value sources As a result, risk labels should now be more appropriate This is a work in progress, we aim to have a more universal system soon! Gladiator's Vindication (mini-event) This limited time mini-event will last for 3 weeks, and will overlap with our upcoming seasonal event. We may repeat this event in the future to bridge the gap between seasonal events, with potentially some slight adjustments upon reiterations. However as explained in our dev-blog, the development of Gladiator's Vindication exceeded the mini-event itself. It is also the early adoption of our new set of tools & approach to adding more unique PK gear to the game, which will make its way into actual content updates (once fully refined) The rewards of Gladiator's Vindication is completely centered around forms of PKing, which earn you Gladiator Tokens. Player kills Base reward (+5) Bounty hunter target kills (+5) Risking a master orb (+5) or a cursed orb (+10) Gold+ PK rating vs. Gold PK rating in Edgeville or Deep Wild (+10) Gold+ vs. Diamond (+15) Gold+ vs. Master (+20) Gold+ vs. Grandmaster (+25) Hunger games Tokens per kill (+5) Tokens per win (+25) Golden hunger games (2X of the above) Last man standing Tokens per kill (+10) Tokens per win (+75) Blood LMS (2X of the above) World tournaments Tokens per kill (+15) Tokens for runner-up / 2nd place (+250) Tokens for winner / 1st place (+500) Please note that the above rates might change in-game based on live feedback. We recommend opening the guide by speaking with Minimus to view the most up-to-date token rates. Dormant tokens While active tokens are untradeable, there is a dormant form that can be traded between players. These are obtained by either killing a player risking them, or by manually left-clicking "Convert" on active tokens to make them dormant yourself. However, in order to reactivate the tokens, you must pay Minimus 1 cash bag per token! Gladiator Tokens & Levels Tokens can be turned in by speaking with Minimus (at home) which will earn you gladiator levels. The higher levels begin to cost more tokens, however they grant much better rewards. Items such as Wanderer re-roll scrolls and Grand gift boxes will be obtained at the final levels Once you reach the final gladiator level, you will be able to spend your tokens on a limited daily stock shop for Gladiator caskets, which have a chance to pull for the following limited time weapons: Gladiator Axe This axe has a chance for an accuracy re-roll on blocked hits. The chance for this re-roll scales based on your opponent's defense bonus for your attack style (crush/slash) In other words: Tankier targets = Higher chance for accuracy re-roll Gladiator Dagger This dagger's special attack unleashes a fury of three precise hits. The accuracy and damage of these hits is greatly improved when your hitpoints are at or below 50 Gladiator Maul Swinging the maul will grant you Gladiator's Might which will improve the damage and accuracy of your next swings. This effect will remain until you un-equip the maul or switch weapons Grand promo packages (limited time) During this mini-event, grand promo packages have an uncommon chance of pulling Gladiator caskets as well! Chatbox Improvements / QoLs There are two new "Game" and "News" chat channels which can be viewed in isolated form. You can right-click "Filter" these channels to reduce unwanted spam in your chat box. For news channel, it will filter out player-based broadcasts (specifically for loot) so you still won't miss announcements on world bosses and events! In addition, you can now hide the chat box in BOTH fixed mode and resizable mode, offering more visibility and click space for your game screen. PK Rating Reward Improvements The chance of receiving a reward via your Edgeville PK rating has been drastically improved: Base chance: 1/60 -> 1/20 Master orb chance: 1/50 -> 1/15 Cursed orb chance: 1/30 -> 1/5 In addition, we've improved the chance of receiving the Master+ rewards, with a slight change / requirement to ensure it isn't excessively farmed by killing newbies. Players with a high rating will now be incentivized to kill worthy adversaries Edgeville Rating Rewards Diamond+ reward: Must kill a Silver+ player Master+ reward: Must kill a Gold+ player Grandmaster+ reward: Must kill a Platinum+ player Deep Wild Rating Rewards You can now also earn rewards via Deep Wild pking if your rating is Gold+ However, similar to the high-tier edgeville rating rewards, the rewards incentivize hunter vs. hunter rather than hunter vs. prey (requiring opponent to be gold+, or platinum+ for GM rewards) Inactivity rating decay We've decreased the amount of rating decay (for inactivity) by half. Rather than a 3% reduction in your rating per inactivity day, the reduction rate is now 1.5% of your score Blood Slaughter Improvements (Blood Slayer) We've made some improvements to the reward rates / system of Slaughter tasks (Blood Slayer): Blood slaughter tasks will now auto-complete once you reach the reward cap (20 KC) Risking a cursed orb will now count PKs as 2 KC for slaughter tasks Updated the tooltip hover description to reflect the changes above Scroll stacking You can now stack activations for the following boost scrolls (therefore activating larger durations): Hotspot bonus scrolls Larran's loot scrolls Bloodlust scrolls We may add this feature for more scrolls in the future, however we're starting slow due to the fact that most scrolls intentionally countdown while you're logged out. We'd prefer this to be a slower adjustment in order to reduce cases of players mistakenly stacking more time than they actually play (thus wasting scrolls) Impling jars (ether) In effort to further reduce the inflation of gold, we've removed cash bags from the impling jar reward table. However, rather than simply nerfing jars, we've replaced it with a brand new item to maintain (and more than likely improve) the market value of jars. Instead of cash bags, you'll now receive Impling ether You can exchange impling ether for: Donator mystery box (u): 25 ether Epic pet mystery box: 500 ether Random unique: 2,500 ether Infernal butterfly net (common) Impling goggles (NEW) (rare) Impling cannon (NEW) (rare) Elderblood butterfly net (rare) Guardian imp pet (very rare) The random unique option as shown above, includes some brand new impling hunting gear. Impling goggles This item goes in your cosmetic slot, and has the following effects: Always notes implings caught Grants +5% chance to double implings Grants +5% catch rate bonus Impling cannon This item also goes in your cosmetic slot, and will hover a small cannon over your shoulder. By using imp throwing nets on the cannon, you can load it with up to 100 of any type. When loaded and equipped, the shoulder cannon will automatically fire the throwing nets at implings (from far distances). Not only will it free the inventory slot, but the throwing nets loaded in your cannon are autokeep. Impling hunter kit By enchanting both the goggles and cannon, at a 20% success rate, you can get the best of both worlds. This cosmetic slot item will have the combined effect of both the goggles and shoulder cannon. Lucky Upgrade Scroll II In the enchantment chest, you can now enchant a Lucky Upgrade Scroll for a Lucky Upgrade Scroll II with a 25% success rate This new scroll with double the effects (drop rate bonus and mystery box double loot chance) of the Lucky Upgrade Scroll. You must have the first lucky upgrade scroll redeemed in order to redeem the upgraded one. NOTE: Although the standard Lucky Upgrade Scroll is tradeable, this new scroll is not tradeable Eternal Recoil (Blood Perk) Change On more than a few occasions, players have requested we remove the Eternal Recoil blood fountain perk. We've decided to make the perk change to PvM only and therefore not applying for hits dealt by other players. However, there is also an in-game poll for the community to decide if we should keep the change. Please head to a voting booth at home or simply type ::poll in order to cast your vote! NOTE: Voting on this poll requires at least 250 player KC to ensure it is not skewed by fresh accounts (or by players who do not PK often) Infernal Tempoross Improvements We've made some improvements to last season's fuse pet, specifically for PvM: Attacks with tridents are now 1-tick faster in PvM while the pet is equipped (including casting of other spells) Raised the burn cap of magma spells from 25 to 50 damage Reduced the burn cooldown of magma spells by half Increased the heal of magma spells from 50% to 100% of burn damage dealt Increased the burn damage per tick from 5 to 10 Infernal trident is now considered a magma spell, thus also being able to apply the burn effect in PvM Promo Coins We've added a new limited weekly stock to promo coin exchange, with the following options: Exotic prize keys: 2 coins each (x3 weekly stock) Doubles the loot of exotic boxes when used on a key Pet fuse box: 10 coins each (x1 weekly stock) Minimap Zooming (QoL) You can now use the mouse-wheel to zoom out the minimap. Its important to keep in mind that zooming out does NOT increase the range in which you can see entities (yellow or white dots.) It simply allows for clicking further walk destinations / navigation around the game world Task Bottle Enchanting Added the following enchantment chest transmutations for task bottles: PK Task bottle (medium) x5 easy bottles, 75% chance PK task bottle (hard) x5 medium bottles, 50% chance PK task bottle (elite) x10 hard bottles, 5% chance PVM Task bottle (medium) x5 easy bottles, 100% chance PVM Task bottle (hard) x3 medium bottles, 100% chance PVM Task bottle (elite) x20 hard bottles, 5% chance Item Noting The following items can now be converted to noted form: Blood wild caskets Blood keys Grand blood keys Grand crests Pet mystery boxes Blood chests Cursed mystery crates Cursed bounty chests Glorious wild caskets Glorious keys Xeric caskets Blood theatre caskets Pet fuse boxes / Seasonal pet fuse boxes Exotic mystery boxes Revenant Artifact Exchange (QoL) Added a right-click "exchange-all" option to the Artifact Trader within the Revenant Caves It will prompt you with the offer for all the revenant artifacts in your inventory, the ether cost, and the bags you'll receive PSA: Seasonal Fuse Boxes With the next seasonal event around the corner, we'd like to make a clear announcement on changes that will be made for seasonal fuse boxes. On the next seasonal event (and all future ones), seasonal boxes will not be obtainable from standard mystery tickets or promo items. They will only be obtainable via seasonal variants of promo items, which will only be received during seasonal events. As a result, a new seasonal variant of mystery tickets will be added as well. Patch Notes Increased the store price of exotic mystery boxes to 750 wanderer tokens Entirely reworked wealth risk labels (across the board) to better reflect the current economy In light of this change, the weekly Pure Zone red skull task has been changed from a requirement of "Extreme" risk to just "High" Adjusting a core system like this always has potential for unforeseen issues, so please provide us with feedback if you feel the adjustments could be improved! Update Poll Results & Looking Ahead The final results of our update poll are shown below. With all of this in mind, I'd like to explain some specific topics that I've seen the most questions about, and hopefully paint a picture of what to expect looking ahead. Wilderness Rejuvenation As explained in the poll, this update not only involves a lot of content -- but also a full conversion of our maps. In edition, it will also allow us to use a very convenient map editor to re-design (or create original designs) of maps with high quality. This doesn't just include the wilderness, but also areas like home and will allow for the update to extend to a much wider scope (i.e a rework to LMS, with a legit looking lobby at home, etc.) The plan is to treat this update like a side project, and continue dishing out CDU/Patch updates while its in development. While developing, we'll show our progress at noteworthy points on our discord #dev-blog, giving everyone something to look forward to. We feel this will be a much better route than having you wait potentially months before any updates at all. Raid Rejuvenation We understand a good chunk of the community would also like to see improvements to raids come sooner. After making our decision with how we'll approach the wilderness update, we decided to slowly make these improvements to raids through multiple CDU/Patches, rather than trying to bundle it all in one update With our goal in mind to focus updates like the one below, we hope to have some of them include chunks of raid improvements whenever we can. This will first start with the porting of a brand new core for raids, then later involve focus on improvements to our rewards & new systems By including the changes bit-by-bit in our upcoming CDU/Patch updates, we hope that both the raiders and non-raiders receive content or improvements that they enjoy at a frequent pace Summer Event Improvements Before we get into the adjustments to the summer event, I'd like to start off by saying the event has been extended to end on September 18th, 2024 With that in mind, we'll first get into the improvements of the event pet fusion. When this pet is out, the "Blood barrage" and "Blood blitz" spell in your Ancient spell book will upgrade into "Infernal barrage" and "Infernal blitz" These spells still behave like blood spells, however they also inflict a burn on your opponent which deals damage (and heals you) over time The amount of total burn damage is respective to the damage dealt by the original hit Burn does not stack with bleed, and swapping your pet will nullify the burn on targets NOTE: After post-release assessment and reports from players in-game, this effect has been changed to PvM only. We will discuss if additional changes will be needed, or if the 25% equipment defence ignore below suffices for PvP Instead of having +10% accuracy when a target is debuffed, 25% of their equipment defense bonuses are ignored This is a a far superior effect compared to the old +10% accuracy To clarify, this will occur no matter what the debuff is (storm/whirlpool/lightning) -- just as long as any debuff is active In addition to that, we've also made the following changes: The global event boss is now the Infernal Tempoross himself, and has the following drops added: Tidal tempoross pet (1/250 chance) Infernal fang (1/500 chance) Our community specialist & event coordinator, Scooby, will periodically host events to help aid in this as well: Infernal kraken spawns Inclusion of trident & pet in our new drop party room (shown further below in the topic) The fusion will remain available for a few weeks even after the event is over, which should give more time for players to receive infernal tridents AFK guard will now appear to players AFKing in the event lair while the boss is inactive. Exotic stones & Wanderer Boots (e) It's time to outgrow those flippers! This new upgrade to the Wanderer Boots earns itself the title of BiS for PvM boots, providing the following effects: Includes effect of devout boots Grants +15% drop rate bonus Grants +10% PvM damage for each Wanderer's item worm (including the boots themselves, icons, mini-pets, exotic box weapons, etc.) This can total out to a whopping +60% PVM damage bonus when wearing full wanderers and a shadowrend weapon! (or +50% without the weapon) These new boots are also the debut of the brand new Exotic stones, which will address the frequent concerns of wanderer/exotic items not having their own sink. In order to obtain them, you must use a (spawnable) chisel on wanderer items. The yield rates of exotic stones via wanderer items are slightly random, and are as followed: Scythe of shadowrend: 20-25 stones Wanderer's boots: 10-15 stones Shadowrend dagger: 8-10 stones Wanderer's ring (i): 8-9 stones Wanderer's amulet (i): 5-7 stones Wanderer's ring: 2-4 stones Wanderer's amulet: 1-2 stones These stones can be expected on future updates as well, once we decide the next item that would be best fit for an upgrade similar to the boots. Another thing to note: Corrected an oversight where wanderer boots were not breaking on death (all autokeep wanderer items do/should break on death) Like the standard boots, these boots will break on death as well UPDATE: The boots are now untradeable post-release, in order to prevent their market value from eventually competing with the value of equivalent items via Exotic stones Collection Blessings Collection blessings 1-4 have been added to the collection log shop as an alternative equipment slot to the icons (ammunition slot) With the new wanderer boots (e) allowing beast icons to count for damage bonus, we'd like to offer than variation to reap the benefits of all your account's progress. Although some weapons like t-bow need the arrow slot as well, we feel that this should still fit a large variety of different loadouts. That being said, it should be understood that the blessings do NOT stack with any of the icons! Like all collection point shop items, they can be sold back for full price -- allowing you to make the swap whenever you like. As for collection icon 5 (obtained as the collection milestone reward) it has been given a right-click option to freely switch between its blessing variant New Bloodcore Items The bloodcore token shop now offers a Task master contact orb for 10,000 tokens! Using the orb will permanently unlock the ability for you to either press CTRL+M or type ::tm to speak with a variety of Task Masters directly (as long as you are at home or a dzone): Wandering merchant Soul hunter master Blood slayer master Standard slayer master When contacting them through this unlock, you will only be able to pick-up/cancel tasks (NOT teleport to BSC, access shops, etc.) We've also added the following dyes to the bloodcore token shop: Blood crestbearer dye Works on both crestbearer melee armor, and magic robes. Charmed lantern dye Works on the blood totem lantern These two variations should provide options for much better color coordination in the higher end sets Dailies improvement / overhaul We've scrapped & redone the code that handled the Cerberus daily reset clock, as it still isn't working as intended after multiple adjustments. Using this new daily clock system, you should no longer see misleading ::cerb timers anymore. We were also able to also put the following systems under this new clock as well, keeping most daily systems in sync (9 AM CST): Daily challenges (all now reset in sync) Donator zone token shops In addition to that, we've made general improvements to the Daily challenges system as well: As stated earlier, daily challenges are now in-sync with the 9AM CST daily clock Which means that rather than the timer beginning when you start a challenges, all challenges will reset every day at 9 AM CST Daily challenges will now automatically reward you once completed, no longer requiring you to click the claim button Daily challenges now properly work in conjunction with the Challenge double pass The challenge ticket shop can now also be accessed by left-clicking tickets in your inventory Balloon drop party room This new room will be a way for our staff team to coordinate drop parties in a much more fun (and efficient) way. It also provides various fun mechanics, such as a visible coffer for players to see what's in the pool -- as well as ability to assign which items will broadcast on yell for the player who receives it Note: We've increased the size of the balloons compared to the vanilla, so their click boxes are a lot less difficult to select And with its integration to our event system, the staff team can set a countdown before the balloons drop, and it will appear on the "Active events" tab during that countdown period. We hope to see many fun community events utilizing this room in the future! New Overlay System We've converted nearly all our existing overlays to a new system, akin to what some of you may find familiar from RuneLite. One of the main features is that you can now hold down the ALT key to move overlays wherever you prefer. This works for most existing overlays (and those that don't, we'll also convert in later updates) New Infobox Overlays Utilizing the overlay system shown above, we've been able to convert nearly every timer overlay in game with an infobox system. Infoboxes are highly customizable, and can be adjusted by viewing the "Timers / Info Boxes" plugin on your side panel Similar to other overlays, you can hold down the ALT key to move them around. You can also ALT+Right-click them to return them to their default position. Additionally, you're able to SHIFT+Right-click to resize infobox groups to have wider row width/heights With this new system, we've also been able to implement brand new overlays -- particularly "counters" For example, when picking up different types of tasks, you'll now receive overlay indications of them as well. This is far better than our old tracker bar (which is still an option for those who like it), because it allows for more customization and simultaneous tracking Content that receives toggleable counter overlays: Regular slayer tasks Blood slayer tasks Wandering merchant tasks Soul hunter tasks Content that newly receives toggleable counter/timer overlays: Combat stat buffs Stat buff reset timer Various new (more distinctive icons) for different old/existing timers And lastly, since this involved going through each timer-based content in the game, some of which converted to our new state system.. We fixed the following timers that would not appear upon relog (even though they were still active on your account): Blood discount scroll Minigame boost scroll Super luck scroll Hotspot bonus scroll Combat Overlays This is also a new plugin, with a few new options as well some old options that have been migrated from our in-game settings tab to reduce clutter. Some new features include the new Oldschool with icons hitsplat type, as well as a Compact opponent overlay style. We plan to add more in the future (such as a compact bounty hunter overlay) but felt this would be a great starting point Entity Hider We've added a new Entity Hider plugin, with customization that is a bit more fitting to SpawnPK For example, you can hide just yoshi and/or fairy pets (non-fusions) as those are the most frequently seen pets in-game. And since they're less consequential to PvP, these settings will specifically work in the wilderness as well. Playing around with these settings can help players with lower-end systems reduce their client lag until we make further optimizations (or simply just be used as a way to reduce clutter on the screen!) As shown in the picture above, this new plugin also comes with a slight upgrade to the Player Outline plugin Since you can now hide yourself in the Entity Hider plugin, that option has been removed. However, now that you can also hide your pet, the outline plugin allows you to outline your pets/mini-pets Hover Descriptions Improvement We've made improvements to the "Hover descriptions" plugin, allowing for even more customization: Option to show hovers on your inventory (off by default) Option to show hover descriptions on your inventory (off by default) Option to hide all item hovers in the wilderness Option to show "Entity hovers" (off by default) Display hovers for Player/NPC/Object options Toggle for whether or not these will hide when in the wilderness Toggle for hiding hovers Guide hovers (the "Press CTRL for guide" hover) Server Optimizations / Engine Improvements We've made some steep improvements to our server engine, and are hoping to see far less server-wide lagspikes occur (particularly in situations like boss masses, i.e superior bosses / event global bosses / etc.) Not only that, but this update has also involved a lot of back-end upgrades to both the server & client that will help tremendously (some of which being pre-requisites) for the content we have planned on the horizon There are further changes and improvements we'd like to make in the near future, however we were short on time with the high demand of this update release! Other Gameplay Changes / QoLs: The ultimate slayer helmet now acts as a crestbearer helmet (or mage hat) for the full CB set bonus, giving it even more benefit / viability The only requirement is that you must have a CB helmet/hat in your bank for this effect to apply You can now use the "deposit all" shortcut button (on/near your minimap) in donator zones You can now use the ::unskull command in donator zones Rewards from raids will now be sent to your coffer rather than your inventory / bank Grandmaster CoX/ToB runs will now count as two for their daily money task Redesigned the loadout panel system to utilize the game cache for item icons Therefore guaranteeing that new items will always appear in the panel (no more invisible slots for items when they're added in-game) The only small caveat is icons in the loadout panel will not display until the client is done loading / starting up Made adjustments to the default loadouts (mainly for new players when they join) Dragon (g) armor has been buffed: Set effect now grants +15% accuracy Helmet now has 8 strength bonus (matching magma helm) Platebody now has 6 strength bonus (matching vesta platebody) Platelegs now have 3 strength bonus (matching vest platelegs) Added a minimum 1 tick delay to the next hit of Balmung after activating its special attack, preventing unfair instant stacks of 62-62 damage Claiming votes will now provide your account with: +5% drop rate bonus for 1 hour +5% blood money from PKing for 1 hour Note: Only claimable once every 12 hours Made the following items notable: Revenant cave artifacts and embles (ancient effigy, etc.) Epic pet mystery boxes Mystery chests Prize keys Grand prize keys Improved the pool of World Tournament rewards: Removed the outdated cash bag prize Removed the outdated blood money prize Increased the $45 bond prize to $100 Increased the Mystery ticket prize to x3 Mystery tickets The following dyes can now be fully refunded: Winter enchanted boots/gloves Easter tektonic Easter neit faceguard / dark serp H'ween dye on ancestral Note: For those unaware, spawn a "cleaning cloth" to remove it Added a 30 second timer to cosmic wyrms that will no longer allow players to attack wyrms summoned via someone else stomping the hole This timer will reset if the original stomper logs out or leaves the cosmic zone Reduced the rewards for pure achievements due to players abusing this via alts and pure scrolls We know these rewards are generally outdated, and we'd still like to do an update to this system & its rewards in the future Reducing gold inflation As some of you know, we have an entire tracker system that shows us how much gold comes in/out of the game, and where it's coming from. Currently, the two highest sources of gold spawning into the game are: Grand crests Mystery boxes/chests With our currently measured sinkage of gold, we made the following adjustments that are likely to slow down inflation: Decreased the common cash bag loot from grand crests by 25% Decreased the common cash bag loot from mystery boxes/chests by 25% Removed the rare 2.5K cash bag loot form mystery boxes/chests We will also plan some gold sink systems in the future, and also arrange a new Celestial Collectible for an influx of sinkage. However, this change will help greatly with the pace of gold going out vs. gold coming in Note: When we speak about inflation, we are primarily addressing gold spawning into the game. Pirate's Curse: Summer Event 2024 Hop on and collect some pirate booty in this year's Summer Event! To start, we've made a few adjustments with token rewards/rates compared to the last few events: Hourly limits raised from 10k/hr to 15k/hr for Roaming mobs and PK activities Slightly increased token drops from the wildy boss and superior mobs PKers will now be rewarded for killing other PKers! Using our PK rating system, you'll now receive bonus tokens in Edgeville or Deep Wild based on your rank! Gold+ rank pkers will receive extra tokens for killing other Gold+ rank players in the respective region (deep wild / edge rating) Killing a Gold pker: +100 tokens Killing a Platinum pker: +200 tokens Killing a Diamond pker: +300 tokens Killing a Master pker: +400 tokens Killing a Grandmaster pker: +500 tokens Again, both you & your victim must be at least gold+ rank in deep wild / edge to receive these benefits! Increased token yield from PK minigames: LMS top 3 now earn: 2.5k / 1k / 500 (respectively) HG top 3 now earn: 1k / 500 / 250 (respectively) We've also brought back the high-demand summer cerb boots from our previous event! This has been added through vintage trinket boxes, earned in tier I of the event chest. The purpose of this is to prevent prices of the boots from crashing too hard: This year's event boss is the Tidalwave Tempross which as per usual comes with its own pet. This pet has two stages of upgrades like our last few events (first being an enchantment, then being a fusion). Tidalwave tempoross: 10% chance to inflict the Storm, Whirlpool, or Lightning\ndebuff to your opponent (20 sec cooldown) Debuffs last 10 secs, unstackable, cancels on pet swap Storm: Players deal +2.5% magic damage to target Whirlpool: Players deal +2.5% range damage to target Lightning: Players deal +2.5% melee damage to target Tsunami tempoross (enchantment): 15% chance to inflict the Storm, Whirlpool, or Lightning\ndebuff to your opponent (15 sec cooldown) Debuffs last 10 secs, unstackable, cancels on pet swap Storm: Players deal +5% magic damage to target Whirlpool: Players deal +5% range damage to target Lightning: Players deal +5% melee damage to target All debuffs: Players have +7.5% accuracy against the target Infernal tempoross (fusion): Tridents deal 2X damage We understand this might further devalue accursed sceptre's viability, so as a new utility we've given accursed sceptre damage bonus when equipping a Siren tome which will outperform this pet w/ infernal trident & tome of fire in the wilderness 20% chance to inflict the Storm, Whirlpool, or Lightning\ndebuff to your opponent (15 sec cooldown) Debuffs last 10 secs, unstackable, cancels on pet swap Storm: Players deal +7.5% magic damage to target Whirlpool: Players deal +7.5% range damage to target Lightning: Players deal +7.5% melee damage to target All debuffs: Players have +10% accuracy against the target Lastly, seasonal fuse boxes will have a chance to pull up to five Unholy Behemoth pets during this event. However, this time around they will get more rare after each pull! Midnight Spring Event This year's spring event is here to stay until June 1st! Login and type ::event (or ::e) to check it out! Event Activities As per usual, this event includes the following activities: Roaming wilderness monsters PKing and PvP activities 100-150 tokens per PK (+75 w/ cursed orb, +50 @ hotspots, +50 from BH kills, +25 at edge or ::pure) Placing top 3 in hunger games or LMS matches Event brawl wagers World event bosses Daily money making activities In addition, we're re-opening the flagship Easter revenant cave during the event! This time around, easter revenant kills run on their own separate hourly token limit. Spring Tiger Pet Among the rewards includes a new unique pet, the Spring tiger pet Grants +2.5% (+5% in PvM) melee and range damage Hits have a 1/6 chance to inflict "Tiger strike" Deals an extra hit between 1-5 (5-25 in PvM) and increases your drop rate by 10-25% for 10 seconds Effect has a 10 second cooldown Midnight Tiger Pet (Enchantment) The enchantment chest offers a 10% chance to upgrade your spring tiger pet into a Midnight tiger pet The pet includes the following upgrades from the preceding effects: Grants +5% (7.5% in PvM) melee and range damage Hits have a 1/5 chance to inflict a "Tiger strike" Deals an extra hit between 2-6 (18-42 in PvM) and increases your drop rate by 15-30% for 15 seconds Effect has a 10 second cooldown Midnight Hunllef Pet (Fusion) Lastly, for those keen on obtaining a new ultra rare fusion pet, you can then acquire the new Midnight Hunllef Pet fusion The fusion costs a whopping: x2 Midnight tiger pets x2 Dark hunllef pet x150 Bloodchanting stones And includes the following effects: Grants +7.5% (10% in PvM) melee and range damage Hits have a 1/3 chance to inflict a "Tiger strike" Deals an extra hit between 3-6 (32-64 in PvM) and increases your drop rate by 25-50% for 20 seconds Effect has a 10 second cooldown 33% chance (50% in PvM) for your special attacks to ignore enemy's melee & range defence Seasonal pet fuse box During the event, pet fuse boxes received from promotional items (packs, tickets, etc.) will be the "Pet fuse box (seasonal)" variant These boxes will first have a chance to pull Spring rev. treasure pets (5 global pulls) In light of 2023 not having a summer event, once the five pulls are reached, it will then have a chance to pull Ancient hydra pets (3 global pulls) It MUST! be a seasonal box (from the picture above) in order to get these limited time pets!! Event Hunter Tokens This event also includes a new permanent addition for all future seasonal events! You can now right-click "Exchange" non-enchanted event hunter pieces for "event hunter tokens" These tokens can be used to directly purchase enchanted event hunter pieces, however the required cost is much higher than the (average/expected) cost of the original enchantments. Lastly, this token shop includes the new Event hunter icon which grants +10% currency on seasonal events Patch Notes In order to purchase exotic mystery boxes from the Wandering Merchant's shop, you must first unlock the Exotic voucher This voucher is obtained on Chapter VII in the Adventure Book Players who retroactively completed the task before the update will receive the voucher in their coffer upon login The reason for this requirement was to add a preventative measure against mass account farming on the exotic boxes (although the wandering tasks still require item sinks, we want to add an appropriate time-gate to prevent boxes entering the game at an unintended rate) Added the ability to repeat an enchantment until you're out of materials rather than just until successful In light of the event pet fusion, Dark Hunllef's proc now sends a message in your chatbox whenever its effect activates (including its new fusion) Slightly lowered the weight of wandering ring / amulet in the exotic mystery box Scythe of shadowrend PvM effect chance (2.5x damage and enemy defence decrease) has been increased from 1/6 to 1/3 Added bloodcore token values to wanderer rings and amulets Wanderer's ring: 65,000 tokens Wanderer's amulet: 10,000 tokens Replaced the enhanced pet fuse boxes in the Mystery shard shop with a new "Fuse box enhancer" item Simply use this item on a pet fuse box in order to enhance it (This was simply a minor change to reduce consistently reported confusion about enhanced boxes) Fixed the combining of the three mysterious torn pages (cursed scriptures) Removed easter ele cbow from ::edgepvp

NEW Hotspot Rewards We've added a new Edgeville Scroll to the hotspot point shop which will treat Edgeville as a 24/7 hotspot (rather than the reduced "warm spot" rewards during its off-phase). NOTE: This scroll currently does not work for Pure zone. In order to unlock this, you must acquire the following scripture pages: Mysterious torn page 1: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a player in Edgeville Mysterious torn page 2: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a player in Pure Zone Mysterious torn page 3: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a Bounty Hunter target (cursed or regular) These pages are untradeable and you can not receive duplicates. Once you obtain all three pages, you can combine them into Cursed scriptures which can the be claimed to unlock the free daily. If you login every 24 hours, a free mysterious map (untradeable variant) will be sent to your reward coffer After unlocking You will still receive torn page drops after unlocking the daily! Incanting a Cursed scripture will instead convert into a Mysterious map (tradeable variant) Statuette Improvements The exchange values of statuettes have remained the same on SpawnPK for quite some time, and we figured it would be best to give them a good increase (especially for the less wealthy players who want to make more gp by PKing) We ran a scan of all statuettes currently in-game (that have been stacked / not exchanged) and made adjustments accordingly, to prevent any detrimental influx in GP to the game. Vote sigils If you have a vote sigil in your inventory while killing the vote boss, all drops will be doubled in quantity (sigil is consumed per boss kill) These sigils can be bought from the Wandering Merchant in bags of x5 (100 tokens, 2 in stock per week) Additionally, you have a chance to receive them from the new Exotic mystery boxes (see below) Exotic Mystery Boxes These boxes cost 500 wandering tokens each, and have a stock of two per week in the shop. They are tradeable Within them, you have a chance to receive a variety of valuable items, and even some new and unique items! This upgraded dagger has a special attack that reduces enemy defence by 1-10 and deals 2X damage (in PvM only) Scythe of Shadowrend The Scythe of shadowrend can be obtained by enchanting a Scythe of vitur with x25 Bloodchanting stones and a Shadowrend ornament kit. This scythe has a lowered strength bonus, but attacks at whip speed. It also includes a passive effect, granting a 1/6 chance to deal a critical attack in PvM (dealing 2X damage and lowering enemy defence by 1-10 levels) Wanderer's boots These boots can be obtained by enchanting Devout boots with x25 Bloodchanting stones and a Wanderer's cloth These boots grant devout boots stats & effects, while additionally increasing PvM damage by +15% per Wanderer item equipped Exotic reaver armor These pieces can be obtained by attaching Reaver top (i) or Reaver legs (i) with a Reaver ornament kit This will upgrade the reaver set to deal +15% PvM wildy damage per piece (as opposed to the imbued variant's +10%) Pet fuse key These keys grant 2x rewards when used with a pet fuse box (works for both enhanced & non-enhanced boxes. Collection Log Milestones We've added a new system of rewards to the collection log system! Where before you only earned rewards by completing an entire log, you now also receive rewards for completing entries between all c-logs! You can access your milestone reward table by heading to the knowledgebase tab Within the table you will see the entire list of rewards, along with an illustration of your progress within the table! And in case you're wondering, this system is retroactive. If you have decent progress on your collection log, there are a ton of great rewards waiting for you in your coffer! Once you've completed the entire table (over 924 collection entries!) you will enter the repeatable reward cycle For every 50 log entries you complete, you will be guaranteed a Mystery ticket (u) Impling Expansion The impling system has some new content! NEW Impling types There are now two brand new impling types roaming the wilderness, both being the new highest rarity. Elderblood implings: Great loot, being a tier above infernal implings Also has a chance to give Elderblood net pieces which is required to enchant the Elderblood butterfly net This net provides a 20% chance to double implings caught Lucky implings: Grants a random task scroll casket (PK or PVM) tiered between easy all the way to elite Also has a chance to grant mysterious maps! NEW Superior imp (Guardian imp) Catching imps now have a chance of forming an encounter with a Guardian imp. This imp must be fought with with general combat, as opposed to catching. In addition to some great drops, it also has a pet with unique effects: Grants a +12.5% chance to double caught implings (stacks with your net's bonus) Grants a 10% chance to receive blood impling jar drops when killing blood revenants 2.5% chance for cursed impling jars 0.5% chance for infernal impling jars NEW Catching method (throwing nets) You can now receive stacks of imp throwing nets from impling jars, respective to their type (with the exception of Lucky implings) When equipped, you will be able to throw the net at implings from any distance in attempt to catch them (consumed per throw) The imp balls inherit the catch rate and double chance from their type's butterfly net. Illustration of the rare "Elderblood imp net" balls, rapidly catching some blood implings! Mail System We now have a system that allows us to both globally and privately (particularly for staff <-> player support) send mail to you. Directly in-game! Not only does it allow us to communicate globally & directly, but it also has support for attaching claimable items! You'll start noticing us use this system for a wide variety of things in future updates, with the first being mini-events (see further below) Similar to your reward coffer, you'll see a notification on your screen when you're in a safe area and have new / unread mail. In addition, you can always go to the knowledgebase tab to access your inbox and review your messages. Impling Hunter Mini-event We will be activing the impling hunter mini-event for the next 30 days! During this mini-event, catching implings will grant you a limited time currency called Impling tokens These tokens can be spent at a shop in Edgeville (you will be given a teleport via mail system) that has limited stock rewards! If you complete the shop, you can still save up your tokens! Once the event is over, you will be able to crush them for 10 blood money each (Disclaimer: Crush rate is subject to change) Task Hunter Mini-event We will be activating the task hunter mini-event for the next 30 days! During this event, you will receive a daily consumable reward just as long as you login that will aid with various forms of task hunting! You will receive your reward via mail system The mini-event cycles between the following three consumable rewards: Hunter elixir (soul shards) Receive double soul shards for 1 hour Hunter elixir (blood slayer) Receive double slayer points for 1 hour (does not stack with streak bonus tasks) x3 Hunter sigils When in your inventory, you'll receive double task caskets upon claiming your completed task scrolls (consumed on usage) We hope you all enjoy, and knock down plenty of tasks! Trading Post Plugin Our RuneLite integration now has a custom Trading Post plugin, which allows you to do the following: View your active listings, their sales progress, etc. Search any item's TP history, with full records collected since October 1st directly from your side panel! As a result, it's far more recommended to use this plugin rather than the in-game search (as most of you may know, in-game search records do not keep record of all TP sales) Menu Entry Swapper (Plugin) Allows you to change the left-click or shift-click option for items and npcs When this plugin is enabled, simply SHIFT+RIGHT CLICK an item or NPC to configure the entry swap We can add this for interfaces and objects in the future, but we felt these were priority entities for the time being NOTE: Certain items/npcs may have limited functionality NPC Indicators (Plugin) Allows you to enter NPC names (or wildcards/tags of names) to be tagged with indicators In addition, you can SHIFT+RIGHT CLICK individual NPCs to give them their own custom style/color (outside of your default settings) Blood Slayer Cave Changes We've introduced some new balancing changes to the Blood Slayer Cave! Combat zone First and foremost, the cave is now under a standard singles timer with a PJ timer of 17 ticks (same as Edgeville) Magic sickness Magic sickness is no longer infinite upon entering the cave. You will now instead be inflicted with only a 30 minute duration upon entering. However, if you summon the Blood Slayer Beast, you will receive infinite sickness until you escape the cave As a result, risk within the cave scales more with your actual activity within it. Entry fee (non-refundable) There is now a non-refundable (and risked) entry fee of 500 cash bags before you're able to enter the cave. (NOTE: This is payable via bags from your bank) As shown in the dialogue, the fee is non-refundable. However, it will remain in the coffer until you lose it from the following: Dying inside the cave when skulled (cash will drop to the player who killed you) If you manage to wait out the magic sickness, teleporting out of the cave with an alien pet etc. (cash will be forfeited to the slayer master) Boss lair entrance Logging out while within the blood slayer beast lair (past the gate) will now cause you to log back in outside of the gate New cave exits (blood perk) And lastly, there is now a new Escape Artist blood perk that will allow you to use two new exits at the center of the cave However, keep in mind that these ladders can not be climbed when you are teleblocked You can find the exits at the enraged chaos druid, both on the north and south end of the cave Aether Collection If you enjoyed the Founder's Collection release in October, you may be interested in checking out the first official celestial collection release! For those unaware of how the Celestial Collectibles work, here's the rundown: Each collectible set can be bought at a shop, and they will always have different tiers of items: Cheaper items with higher stock More expensive items, with a slightly lower stock VERY expensive items with a very limited stock A limited amount of collection boxes, which gives a random item from the collection (scaled by rarity) These items are guaranteed discontinued and will never be sold again once released. They typically last for 3-4 weeks, and their shop stock resets every week for that duration. The shop stocks are global, unlike the typical limited account-based stocks on SpawnPK. Here's the stock of the latest release (Aether Collection): By speaking with the NPC at home (next to King Percival) you can also view a history of all previously released collections, what they were sold for, etc. Patch Notes Cursed Mimic has been reworked Rather than the entire server being in one boss room, players will be split between multiple boss rooms (around sizes of ~35 players per room) With this change, instances should be far less laggy and intrusive As a result, we've increased the chance for cursed mimic to spawn from a 10% chance to a 75% chance! Leech special attack (curse prayers) has been removed from the game, and is no longer functional Left-click spell casting should now take priority of your target within a DD Fixed an issue with smiting, where it sometimes applied before the damage actually registered In addition, we fixed a bug that wasn't allowing the smite cap to be slightly lifted (like we intended) for special attacks such as elemental mace New limited weekly stock (personalized) shop added to the hotspot point store Removed permanent magic sickness from the Nex cave, and reverted it back to 10 minutes As a suggested balance, we've made the magic sickness reset back to 10 minutes when fighting the superior Harbringer nex You can now break down Nihil gems into Nihil shards by right-clicking them Larran's key loot items will now go directly inside of opened looting bags Death's accomplice blood perk no longer works in PvP and is now a PvM-only passive. Staff promotions A large unforeseen portion of dev-work on this update involved the curation of a large rollout in staff promotions As we continue to develop new & improved tools for our team, staff will now be able to help players with various issues that, prior to these promotions, had to be left pending (until higher-ups could address it.) For example, we now have two new Administrators will also be able to assist players with a variety of new tasks, such as PIN & Pass reset requests! Congratulations to the following staff members! Although the details of those promotions are redacted for security reasons (majority of the context is related to internal aspects of the team) You may also now notice that staff members no longer have the [Super Mod] title but instead have a generalized [Staff] title (apart from the public ranks mentioned above). To avoid any confusion among players, this is just a reflection of our overhaul in delegation / responsibilities. Swords of Sacrifice (Mini-event) For 21 days, the swords of sacrifice mini-event will be active on SpawnPK! Simply speak with the Lady of the Lake at home to begin! It simply requires you to have 10+ achievements completed in order to participate. This mini-event involves limited time currency in similar fashion to seasonal events -- but with a more straight-forward task and reward system. Being a mini-event, it is far easier for majority of players to obtain the essential / exclusive items by simply doing the event. Every 24 hours, you can complete a set of basic PvP tasks and PvM tasks. Each task grants you sacrificial coins. Completing all of the tasks in any of the two categories (PvP or PvM) will provide you bonus/additional coins You can either sell these coins to players, or spend it at the shop. The shop has a limited stock per account that does not reset. Meaning, once you've purchased all of the items in the shop, you've essentially completed the event. (You still, of course, have the option to sell your coins to other players if there are still remaining days left of the event) It also includes a set of new & exclusive weapons, including but not limited to: Sword of sacrifice (rage) Damages wielder by 5% of damage dealt Damage and cap is boosted by 0.3% per hp missing (this boost is doubled in PvM) Prayer is restored by 10% of damage dealt Sword of sacrifice (hope) Damages wielder by 5% of damage dealt Damage taken reduced by 0.3% per hp missing (this reduction is doubled in PvM) Reduces enemy defence by 10% of damage dealt Sword of sacrifice (despair) Obtained by enchanting x3 hope swords and x3 rage swords Inherits effects of both the hope & rage sword of sacrifice GPU / OpenGL Mode (Beta) We are excited to finally release a public version of the GPU/OpenGL mode! For some background on why its beneficial and what it does: Traditionally, the game client only uses 1 core of your CPU to render the game (while most modern games today use your GPU / video card) As a result, performance was always bottlenecked, ESPECIALLY in modes like resizable / fullscreen. On a relatively decent gaming PC, this mode can render at over 100+ FPS even in populated areas Benefits & features of this mode: This mode will pass over most of the "work" to your video card, which should grant a huge performance boost! Especially in resizable / fullscreen mode! The better your video card, the better the results! (Unlike before, where your video card would not make any difference) FPS can now be uncapped, which can provide a much more fluid feel for the game Features like anti-aliasing and aniostropic filtering improve the visuals! We have included our own particle system to the OpenGL renderer, which should also have some visual improvements compared to non-gpu OpenGL includes support for multiple colorblind correction modes! Stretched mode for fixed window mode, allowing you to scale the game client to any size you like! NOTE: While this mode has been tested for over a month in closed beta within our staff team, we strongly recommend to proceed with caution. This feature is in OPEN BETA, meaning you may run into some bugs / issues along the way (and we'd really like you to report them!). If you plan to do any high risk PKing, use this mode at your own risk! This includes storage items, and inventory/equipment items if your account is in Kharazi at the time of the reset. The first reset will go into effect as soon as this update releases, and will continue on its scheduled period from that point forward We are doing this in order to create a more even playing-field for the minigame (especially for new players), as well as create an exciting clean slate every month. You can type ::kharazi in-game at any time to see exactly how long until the next reset. In addition, the Nazastrool boss mechanic has been fixed so that it can no longer be safespotted, and is now slightly more difficult with an extra zombie spawn in his lair. And for some new players, it can be rather overwhelming to understand. As a result, we've removed Vintage as a mode and are now strictly keeping it as a dungeon/cave. Not only is it easier to understand (essentially a wildy zone with item restrictions, or a "Blood slayer cave" for beginners) but it also allows us to narrow our focus and not spend much time trying to fix it as an entire mode. With that being said, we've made improvements to the dungeon itself: Improved the drop tables for every monster in the dungeon You can now pick up vintage slayer tasks from Nieve (inside the dungeon) for vintage dungeon monsters Vintage dungeon is now a 30 minute hotspot (it will always be only 30 mins, as opposed to the typical 2-3 hours) Changed the weekly and daily tasks to earning points & tickets instead of kills Vintage bonus scrolls now also give +25% tickets Added a new Dailies reset scroll to the vintage weekly shop (limited stock per week) When consumed, it will reset all of your completed daily money making activities, as well as the expiration timer & bonus tasks This scroll is not tradeable. It's recommended to earn vint. tickets or buy them from players to obtain this scroll The Adventure Book SpawnPK can have a pretty steep learning curve, and our data has shown from recent advertising that new players join with uncertainty on what direction to take. While making money is rather easy, all of our custom systems and items can (at first) feel rather overwhelming to fresh eyes, without proper guidance. To help fix this, we've created a new system called the Adventure Book, which all new accounts are now instructed to begin when they first join. It consists of up to eight chapters, containing tasks that essentially reward you for jumping into SpawnPK's custom content (at an incremental & chronological pace) For players who've already been playing SpawnPK for a while, there is still elements to this that you can enjoy! Majority of tasks that require unlocks, etc. will auto-complete for you when you login if you meet the requirements On the final chapter, you will unlock a repeatable chapter called "Daily comissions" which give you a set of tasks relatively end-game activities Consider it a new set of daily activities that you've unlocked for your accounts progression! Completing all of your daily comissions will earn you Adventurer coins which can be spent at a weekly shop The Item Guide / Library We've updated the interface for the item guide (::items) and with the help of our moderator Scooby, added over 50 items that were previously missing. The guides are now simplified to just how to obtain the item, and whether they're autokeep and/or untradeable (since their effects / stats are viewable on hover) Damage Bonus Overhaul We've been re-writing a lot of our core combat code, and this overhaul is one of the first results. Nearly every weapon script in-game involving effects or bonuses have been re-coded under our new system. This overhaul is one of the first results of this re-write project, but there are more to come! Damage bonuses are now additive, rather than multiplicative. So, for example, if your base max hit is 60 and you have.. +37.5% damage bonus from a BSH +10% damage from a wanderer's amulet +7.5% damage from crestbearer top +7.5% damage from crestbearer legs +7.5% damage bonus from a blood totem lantern The way your new max hit would be calculated before / after is.. OLD FORMULA (Multiplicative) 60 x 1.375 x 1.10 x 1.075 x 1.075 x 1.075 = 112.7 = 113 new max hit NEW FORMULA (Additive): 60 x (1.0 + .375 + .10 + .075 + .075 + .075) = 102 new max hit Like the example, this mostly affects PvM because the difference between additive & multiplicative increases based on the number of bonuses you have. And with PvM items, there are by far more damage bonuses that can be stacked than there is with PvP. We understand that this may upset some of you due to the decrease in damage, but please keep in mind this scales down everything. Not just one specific item, nor with any specific magnitudes. It will also provide us much more room for adding new exciting powerful gear in future updates, now that power creep has been scaled down. Halloween Event 2023 SpawnPK's Halloween event is here until November 30th, 2023 In addition, we've developed a new core that will help us create future events much quicker than before. The goal was to be able to release seasonal events with ease, so we can still focus on actual updates without having to sacrifice one for the other. To start the event, pick up a free Tier 1 weapon at home, next to the Grim Reaper! Summary An evil force has been running an experiment to create a new breed of monster, a hybrid of both Werewolf and Vampyre (also known as the "Vaewolf Experiment") It involves a curse that effects both Vampyres and Werewolves. Once inflicted they either zombify and become aggressive to their own, or in rare cases, become a dangerous abomination (which happens to be this event's global boss) Neither side wants this, so Count Edward and Sergeant Jacob are working together to put an end to the experiment. Both of them have exiled their inflicted legions to the wilderness. You must assist them in extermination to stop the spread of the curse! Factions Before starting the event, you will be asked to pick a faction (Vampyres or Werewolves) The only difference this makes is which pet you receive after completing the chest. Other than that, the choice is not very consequential, and it's primarily just for fun thematic purposes. You can also switch your faction once every 24 hours There is a leaderboard for both factions, marking which has the most PKs and the most event mob kills. (This leaderboard is just for fun competitive measure) Vampyre pet Killing both players and monsters grant you "Blood satiation" For 30 seconds you are concentrated, and have +10% range/mage damage in PvM (5% in PvP) You are healed for half of the bleed damage you inflict Werewolf pet Killing a player or monster grants you "Frenzy" For 30 seconds you are enraged, and deal +10% melee damage in PvM (+5% in PvP) Melee hits have a 15% chance to receive +15% accuracy (your pet will perform an animation and howling sound when this effect procs) Vaewolf experiment pet (Event fusion) Costs x3 vampyre pets, x3 werewolf pets, and x50 bloodchanting stones Melee hits have a 25% chance to receive +15% accuracy Killing a player or monster grants you both "Frenzy" and "Blood satiation" You are healed for the full bleed damage you inflict Patch Notes Fixed issue with cosmic cape (the token perk was not properly pushed on the last patch) Fixed a final issue with BSH anti-venom/poison (most of the new helms were working, except for the blood slayer helmet (or)) Blood cape / Chaos cloak / Comp cape PVM heal effect chance has been improved to a 1/3 chance per kill

RuneLite Integration We now have our own integration of RuneLite on SpawnPK! This implementation does not necessarily "inject" it into our client, so we are not releasing all of the plugins you're familiar with all at once. At the moment, it's releasing with: Ground Markers (SHIFT+Right-click tiles to mark them) Interact highlight Tile indicators PvP tracker improvements Now provides a modifiable history count Player outline Offers the option to disable "render self" so you only view your outline This outline renders on top of DDs, so it can be useful for NH/Brid scenarios! Hover Descriptions Allows you to toggle sink currency displays next to items (blood shards, diamonds, core tokens) Color changing Toggle whether item descriptions show on the bank or equipment screen We plan to develop more plugins in the future! Most of which will be custom & more-fitting for SpawnPK (for example, a trading post plugin) Task Scrolls (Revamp) Our task scroll system has been entirely revamped! There are now categories of "PvM" and "PK" tasks, which are obtained through different means. Each type is also tiered by different categories: Easy, Medium, Hard and Elite We've made medium+ tasks much more rewarding than the previously known tasks. To keep them rewarding, we've intentionally kept them at a lower supply. In addition to that, while task kill requirements are a lot more intricate, we've kept kill counts a lot lower than before. This should make tasks (particularly higher difficulty ones) more challenging, but far less "dragged out" in terms of duration. PK task bottles: Easy tasks obtainable via Mysterious bottles (explained further below) Bounty weekly shop (limited stock) (easy, medium, hard) Cursed BH weekly shop (limited stock) (elite) Random PK kill rewards (Master orb increases likelihood of medium/hard+, cursed orb risk greatly increases likelihood of hard+) PVM Task bottles: Easy tasks obtainable via Mysterious bottles (explained further below) Blood shard weekly shop (limited stock) (easy, medium, hard) Blood diamond weekly shop (limited stock) (elite) Raids rewards (Medium, hard, elite) Mysterious bottles: PK task bottles from before this update are automatically converted to "Mysterious bottles". These bottles can be opened for a choice of: Easy PK task Easy PVM task Easy skilling task NOTE: We are not allowing these bottles to be upgradeable to higher difficulties. As explained earlier, Medium+ tasks are far more rewarding than the original task scrolls. In order to keep that balanced, higher difficulty tasks must remain at a controlled / limited supply. Mimic (Task scroll boss) Higher difficulty task scrolls have a rare chance to give you a "mimic" casket. This can be opened to enter the Mimic's lair, which is a boss similar to a "loot pinata". It will spit out loot & treasures as you hit it, with a final burst of drops after you kill it. At the end of the fight, Watson will appear & offer to autoloot the items to your bank for you. Upon killing mimic, there is also a chance for the Cursed mimic to be activated Cursed Mimic (Global variant) The cursed mimic will appear for the entire server with a 5 minute count down. A portal will appear at home, where players can all enter the lair. This global boss is a semi Fun PK scenario. At first, the room is a safe zone as players work together to defeat the cursed mimic. However, unlike the standard Mimic, all items that you pickup will go to a "risk coffer" rather than your inventory. Once Cursed Mimic dies, the room will become wilderness. The items you BROUGHT are safe and kept on death if a player kills you. However, all of the items you picked up (your risk coffer) will transfer over to the player who kills you. As soon as the boss spawns, nobody can leave the zone except for random single-use portals that appear in the lair. You must fend off PKers, or be one, to survive and keep the loot you obtained from the boss. After a minute elapses, the main exit is available for use. Blood Reavers This new monster is accessible via the PK teleports & Daily teleports, and are located in Level 13 wild (singles) They guarantee Reaver hide drops which can be exchanged for the following items: 100x blood money Treasure caskets Treasure chests Reaver legs/top Deal +5% more damage against wildy monsters and bosses Reaver legs/top can be upgraded at the enchantment chest as well! Reaver top (i) Costs a reaver top and x10 bloodchanting stones (20% chance) Deal +10% more damage against wildy monsters and bosses Reaver legs (i) Costs reaver legs and x10 bloodchanting stones (20% chance) Deal +10% more damage against wildy monsters and bosses Haunted Dreadbones This new monster is accessible via PK teleports, and are located in Level 18 wilderness (singles) Their drop table includes early-game items, as well as some new uniques! Blood infinity set Similar stats to Zuriel's Also obtainable in the blood money shop Skeleton bow Deals +20% more damage against wildy monsters and bosses Basilisk Knights This new monster is accessible via PK teleports, and are located in Level 17 wildy (singles) Their drop table includes mid-game items, as well as a new unique! Basilisk rapier Deals 30% more damage against wildy monsters and bosses Bonus 50% damage on monsters above Level 30+ wilderness Wilderness implings Implings are now scattered around the deep wilderness! Grab a butterfly net (spawnable) and start hunting! They are indicated on your mini-map with an impling icon There are three different tiers of implings, each getting more rare with better rewards: Blood implings (common) Cursed implings (uncommon) Infernal implings (rare) Upon catching an impling, you will receive an "impling jar" in your inventory for that respective type. Jars can only be opened in the non-wilderness. They are all auto-lost on death. Impling jars give various rewards (cash bags, mystery boxes, chests, goodie bags, prize keys, map fragments) and scale by the impling type. They also have a chance to give upgraded butterfly nets of their respective type. Each giving an increased catch rate of implings, and providing a 5/10/15% chance to receive double impling jars upon catching. Cursed Treasure Hunting Cursed treasure maps are obtained primarily from task scroll rewards in the form of "map fragments". Once you obtain 3, they can be combined to create a Mysterious map. Once read, you will be sent on a treasure hunt in the wilderness! The map works similar to a talisman, directing you to a random vicinity in the wilderness where the treasure is buried. Make sure you bring a spade as well! Once you dig up the treasure, a random "event" can occur from the following list: Impling horde You instantly receive the treasure A horde of implings spawn in the vicinity, and is broadcasted to the entire server Blood revenant horde You instantly receive the treasure A horde of blood-revenants spawn in the vicinity, and is broadcasted to the entire server Blood maledictus (global boss) You instantly receive the treasure The Blood maledictus global boss spawns in the vicinity, and is broadcasted to the entire server Once the boss dies, a "drop party" will occur in that area. You can take your chances and stick around to collect as many items as you can, but depending on the location of your treasure (multi or singles) it might become an all-out war! Assassin An assassin will appear, who you must kill in order to receive the treasure Xamphur A demi-boss (global) that will appear, who must be kill in order to receive the treasure Killing this boss will also grant you a bonus treasure! Jester You instantly receive the treasure A jester will appear, teleporting you to a random location in the wilderness Merchant A cursed merchant will appear, offering a cursed fragment shop with discounted prices Bandit Looting You instantly receive your treasure A horde of bandits appear, which can be pickpocketed for rewards (each pickpocket negates the bandits HP) This event is broadcasted to the entire server, so beware of PKers! Imps Five different imps appear in your vicinity You must pick the correct one to receive your treasure! Picking the wrong one will deal 25 typeless damage Caskets Three different caskets appear in your vicinity If you pick the correct one, you'll receive a bonus reward. Picking the wrong one will grant you the standard treasure reward Knights Four knights appear, each as a different color In order to receive the treasure, you must select them in the proper sequence Receiving a treasure will grant you various items, but guarantees "Cursed fragments". This currency can be used at home to summon a merchant, who offers an exchange of different unique rewards! The higher tier rewards include brand new unique items, such as: Cursed map token I When carried in your inventory, it guarantees an Impling Horde Event when digging up a treasure Consumed on usage Cursed map token II Same as token I, but guarantees a blood rev horde event instead Cursed map token III Same as token I, but guarantees a bandit looting event instead Verdant spade Grants a +25% chance to receive +1 buried treasure reward when treasure hunting Verdant ring Increases damage by +5% when using Piety, Rigour, or Augury Effect is doubled if wearing a verdant pendant Verdant pendant Restores special attack by 10% for every 50 damage dealt in PvM only Effect is doubled if wearing a verdant ring Effect has a cooldown of 5 seconds Effect can not proc if you've been in PvP combat within the last 30 seconds Verdant party hat Unique cosmetic Daily Moneymaking Task (Additions) There are some new daily money-making tasks! Vote Boss Once the entire server reaches a vote count of 100 (counted per site) a vote boss will appear in a safe boss lair after a 5 minute count down! This boss is global, meaning every player who deals damage will receive rewards. After it's defeated, another vote boss will spawn again in a wilderness location! Both bosses (safe and wilderness) have the same drop table, with a common row of various boost books: Vote boost book (u) Increases PvM damage by +10% and drop rate bonus by +10% for 1 hour Dragon boost book (u) Increases PvM damage by +10% against dragons for 1 hour Revenant boost book (u) Increases PvM damage by +10% against revenants for 1 hour Deep wild boost book (u) Increases PvM damage by +10% in the deep wilderness Raid boost book (u) Increases PvM damage by +10% inside of raids An uncommon / rare table of various treasures: Prize tickets (u) Luck scrolls (u) Mystery chests (u) Prize keys (u) $10 badges (rare) $50 badges (rare) PVM task bottle (elite) (very rare) $100 badge (very rare) And, for an ultra rare, a 1/24999 chance of a grand promo package To view the server's progress on the vote boss, you can type ::vb in-game! Smite Rework Your smite cap now has a counter that diminishes every tick, rather than completely resetting on the next tick. The rate of diminishment is half of your smite cap (which is based on singles/multi location). This should help reduce the unintentionally high smite rates in multi specifically, where an opponent may do multiple hits of high smite damage with one tick between each hit to render the cap system useless. Other changes include: Obsidian gear and cursed variants no longer apply smite bonus when using ranged or magic combat (it is now melee only) New slayer helmets We've added new slayer helmet upgrades to the enchantment chest! Deal +65% damage in PvM combat Receive +15% drop rate bonus Autokeep & untradeable Donator Zone Revamps Every donator zone on SpawnPK has been revamped with a map overhaul, and new reward systems! Each rank has their own unique "tokens" (for example 'donator tokens', 'elite tokens', 'vip tokens', 'sponsor tokens') with their own unique shops at each zone. From regular to VIP, each zone also has their own unique "Tamed Cerberus" Tamed cerberus works different from the original one, with the following changes: They are now global bosses, meaning any player who deals enough damage gets loot They have a much better drop table than before You are limited to 10 kills per zone, per day As opposed to the zones being farmable 24/7, they serve as a secondary daily activity for players with these ranks to take advantage of every day they login. In addition they provide benefits for your rank, and give viability to each zone (the higher your rank, the more "daily cerbs" you have for preceding ranks/zones -- making all zones worth going to, even as a Mythic+) Regular Zone The donator token shop has a limited daily stock, which includes donator mystery boxes, chests, and prize keys. Elite Zone The elite token shop has a limited daily stock which includes: Donator elixirs - increases token earnings by 2X for all zones for 1 hour Boxes, chests, prize keys VIP Zone The VIP token shop has a daily limited daily stock which includes: Cerberus certificate - Resets your daily limit of cerberus kills (12 hour cooldown) Horn of war - Entire server receives +25% BM from pking for 60 mins (3 hour global cooldown) Horn of wolves - Dark hunllef will have a guarantee spawn after the next hunllef kill (3 hour global cooldown) Boxes, chests, prize keys Sponsor Zone The sponsor token shop has a daily limited stock which includes: Horn of nightmares - Night terror will have a guarantee spawn after the next Nightmare kill (3 hour global cooldown) Horn of zaros - Harbringer nex will have a guarantee spawn after the next Nex kill (3 hour global cooldown) Sponsor blessing - Grants a +5% drop rate bonus in all dzones (equips in arrow slot) Boxes, chests, prize keys Mythic Zone The mythic token shop has NEW shop items, which include: Cerberus booster (14 days) - For 14 days, you will have +5 extra daily kills for all tamed cerberuses (reg/elite/vip/sponsor) Wave extension (7 days) - For 7 days, all monster spawning orbs will provide +5 more spawns before expiring Superior dzone revs (7 days) - For 7 days, you will have a chance to encounter superior variants of revenants in Mythic+ zones (superior revenants have an enhanced drop table) In addition, there is a new global boss for this zone: King mythic dragon This boss spawns every 3 hours, and in order to fight it, you must have a Mythic dragon sigil in your inventory! This sigil is obtainable via mythic dragon drops. It is consumed for every king mythic dragon kill. Cosmic Rank This new donator rank is reached after 10k+ total, and includes its own unique zone. Zone benefits include: Cosmic token shop Zone blood slayer scroll Once consumed, your next 3 blood slayer tasks will count kills inside of donator zones (12 hour cooldown) Cosmic blowpipe Deals 2X damage in the cosmic zone Cosmic whip Deals 2.5X damage in the cosmic zone Cosmic trident Deals 3X damage in the cosmic zone Cosmic hide body / chaps Boosts drop rate by +5% per piece. Automatically inherits blood slayer hide efect Cosmic robe top / bottoms Boosts drop rate by +5% per piece. Automatically inherits blood slayer robes effects Wave extension II (7 days) For 7 days, all monster spawning orbs will provide +5 more spawns before expiring (Stacks with mythic zone's extension perk, granting +10 total extra spawns before expiring) Cosmic dye (slayer) Can be used to dye a Blood slayer helmet or the Ultimate slayer helmet (dye is removeable) Cosmic revenants Improved drop table from the mythic revenants Mythic's "superior dzone revs" also works for these revenants for a chance to spawn superiors Soul mage (weekly) Kill one of each boss in the task list per week to receive its souls Souls can be incanted for a drop roll of the respective boss Cosmicwyrm (global boss) This global boss spawns every 3 hours, and has a better drop table than Mythic's king dragon Includes some drops from Bloodwyrm You must have a "cosmicwyrm sigil" to fight this, similar to Mythic dragon. You can obtain them via young cosmicwyrms (see below) Cosmicwyrm (young) There are holes scattered around the zone which you can stomp to fight young cosmicwyrms You have a slight chance to discover treasures upon stomping a hole! Memoriam device Provides various hourly buffs (cooldown every 14 hours) Weeklies (::weekly) will have a +1 reward boost Glowing yell color text (transitions between the different cosmic colors) Mystery Shards Mystery shards are a new untradeable currency that is obtained from opening: Donator mystery boxes / bags / chests Mystery tickets Promo packages Grand promo packages By visiting ::shops you can spend these shards on a limited weekly stock store It includes a variety of new unique items, including but not limited to: Enchanting dust Gives a 2% chance to save enchantment materials from a failed enchant attempt (consumed on successful save) Super enchanting dust Same as above, except with a 4% save chance Ultra enchanting dust Same as above, except with a 6% save chance Enhanced pet fuse boxes Costs a Pet fuse box and 1,750 mystery shards (limited to 1 per week) As shown above, there are enhancement options for each fuse box variant (untradeable version, seasonal version) Includes non-seasonal fusion pets in the reward table that are not normally obtainable from standard fuse boxes: Limitbreak corp pet Ultimate olmlet pet Holy corporeal beast pet Blood wolpertinger pet Nocturnal guardian pet In addition, removes a few lower tier pet fusions from the table: Nocturnal / Infernal yoshi Ancient berserker Celestial phoenix Shadow pet Giant wolper Balanced spirit Raids Improvements We've added a new "essence" system to raids! Every raid you complete, you're guaranteed Xerician Essence in CoX, and Vampyric Essence in ToB. The amount you receive per raid increases based on the difficulty of that raid. You can infuse x250 essence for a guaranteed rare of that raid type, or x1000 essence for a guaranteed "very rare". Essence is not tradeable but can alternatively be received from xeric / theatre caskets (obtained via hard dailies) We've also made some general adjustments to raids and their rewards: Fixed the CoX map (should resolve crashing particularly on GPU mode) Fixed raid pets not actually dealing the bonus damage that they were intended to Re-worked and improved the common tables for both raids Added hard PvM task bottles to the rare table Added elite PvM task bottles to the very rare table (COX) Moved kodai wand from the very rare to the rare table (COX) Added dinh's bulwark to the very rare table (was previously removed) (COX) Added DHCB to the very rare table Daily Challenges (Revamp) Daily challenges now have new challenges, as well as a new currency for completing them! Pet Library (QoL) Typing ::pets will now display an in-game interface with all of SPK's pets! They are categorized by Standard/Legendary/Fused/Enchanted. Most hover descriptions for pets have been improved to give more details, particularly for fusion pets. There is also an indication of whether an event was obtained via an event. And lastly, clicking a fused pet will tell you which pets they were originally fused with. Bonus / Unlocks screen (QoL) You can now view your ::scrolls unlock, as well as short term bonuses via the equipment tab screen! Simply click the "+" icon on the top right corner, next to the close button Celestial Collectibles We have a new system implemented that will be used to release collectible sets of unique limited time cosmetic items! Each collectible set can be bought at a shop, and they will always have different tiers of items: Cheaper items with higher stock More expensive items, with a slightly lower stock VERY expensive items with a very limited stock A limited amount of collection boxes, which gives a random item from the collection (scaled by rarity) These items are guaranteed discontinued and will never be sold again once released. They typically last for 3-4 weeks, and their shop stock resets every week for that duration. The shop stocks are global unlike other limited stock shops on SpawnPK. Here's an example of one of the upcoming collections: By speaking with the NPC at home (next to King Percival) you can also view a history of all previously released collections, what they were sold for, etc. There are already 100+ items developed for this system, but we plan to release these at a rate that will ensure their rarity and value. We do not plan to immediately release a collection, and although we have multiple collections they will not all release back to back. In order to conserve the value of each preceding collection, they will be rolled out in a scheduled manner. However, we are debuting this update with a free one! (see below) Founder's Collection All accounts that login with at least 30+ achievements, who obtained those achievements before the update, will receive 3x complimentary founder's boxes These boxes open for a random item from the "Founder's collection" set, which can be collected/traded with others. The collection is discontinuing with the release of this update, and is a debut "freebie" to this new system Souls System We've added a new type of item to SpawnPK, signifying the "soul" of various bosses in the game. When incanted, you will receive a random drop from that boss Drop rate bonus and multiplier do not apply to soul incantations Soul incantations do not count as boss kills (in a general KC sense, and for things such as achievements/recognition) Yoshi / GLB will auto-grab the loot (THE LOOT WILL BE DROPPED ON THE GROUND) The main way to obtain souls is through soul boxes and chests via purchase at the Soul Hunter daily shop. However, you can also acquire them weekly via Cosmic zone as explained earlier in the update topic. In addition, there are enhanced souls that are a rare chance via boxes/chests, or obtained via grand promo packages. Enhanced souls give a guaranteed rare from that bosses drop table, with weight distributed to the relative rarity of the item(s). Dark Sunspear The dark sunspear can be crafted by attaching a Dark crystal to a Sunspear This upgraded variant has improved equipment bonuses, as well as: A far more superior standard attack & hit cap Special attack cost reduced to 50% Special attack strength akin to an AGS (or) In addition, this spear can be smuggled into Kharazi for 10,000 cash bags. Sound Effects SpawnPK now has sounds! We've added sound effects for various content, including but not limited to: Equipping items Magic spells Standard attacks (by weapon type) Special attacks (most, if not all) Opening various boxes/chests/etc. Various interfaces Gamble zone Trading post Loadouts Shops/exchanges Adventure path system Monster hits/attacks/deaths (most, but not all have been added yet) Misc. actions (global teleport sounds, healing, buttons, etc.) Music is not currently added, but short/brief songs may play from: Achievements completed Daily/weekly completed Collection log entry completed Dying Gambling wins/losses We plan to add more sounds in future updates. Some content may not have sounds (or the correct ones) so for those of you enjoying this new setting, feel free to let us know on our Discord so we can correct them! Patch Notes NEW Raffle System There is now a "Raffle Manager" NPC located at home and at ::gamble Currently there are three raffles in constant rotation: Daily cash bag raffle Weekly donator ticket raffle Monthly vote ticket raffle All three raffles have a unique and high value prize for the drawn winner We will continue to improve upon this system as necessary after this debut Event changes / improvements The event is now extended until June 30th The event fuse pet (Spring rev treasure pet) has received the following NEW effects: Increases superior chance for revenants by +10% +30% chance for rare revenant drops to be doubled Decreased the price of the spring caskets from 10 event coins to 6 We will be refunding x4 tokens for each spring casket bought at 10 coins prior to the update Refunds will be delivered manually, so they may take a few hours to reach your account after this patch. They will be sent directly to your reward coffer! Spring 2023 caskets are now tradeable! Wilderness boss improvements (Dark Callisto, Vile Venenatis, Devious Vet'ion) Made improvements to all three of the upgraded skotizo weapons Accursed sceptre special attack formula has been improved for PvM. It is no longer capped below the auto attack damage, and will consistently remain +50% damage bonus from the standard max hit Raised the range strength bonus of webweaver bow, and increased its wilderness PvM damage bonus Raised the damage bonus & cap of webweaver bow spec in PvM (and even more in wilderness PvM) Raised the strength bonus for ursine chain mace, and increased its wilderness PvM damage bonus Damage from vile venenatis's web is now greatly reduced if you're frozen (for example, if another player freezes you with ice spells or entangle) Reduced the base HP of all the new wilderness bosses, but increased the HP scaling per player (only after 3+ players) Loadout fixes / improvements You can now click skills in the loadout panel to modify the levels directly (without having to change them in-game and re-clone) Stats should now correctly apply when going from lower stats to max stats in loadout spawner The system does this by banking your equipped items automatically when spawning a new loadout Your equipped icon should now be deposited to your bank & replaced when spawning a loadout that has a different icon If your spawned loadout does not have an icon, your current icon will remain equipped. Spawnable items (such as dragon arrows) will now get removed when you change loadouts or click the "deposit all" bank button on your minimap, even if your bank is full of them (2147m+ quantity) Misc fixes / improvements Added two more monster tracker slots to the loot tracker (::loot) Fixed issue with multi-cast spells such as barrage in PvM (they were not always bursting to all of the NPCs in the vicinity) Fixed accuracy bonus issues with the unholy behemoth pet Fixed issue with fishing (hotfixed prior to this patch) Raised the protection value of dragon warhammer (or) Added a max hit cap to blood slayer staff

Launcher Download Required! As of this update, you must re-download the SpawnPK launcher. Otherwise your client will not properly update! To do this, simply delete your "SPK"/"SPK.jar" file and re-download it at https://spawnpk.net/assets/SPK.jar You should see a "Version 2.0" label on the title bar if you're running the correct launcher We have upgraded to a new content delivery network for our client & cache downloads. This will mean faster downloads for everybody, and no more bottlenecking during times where everyone is downloading the update once! Spring Event 2023 Upon release, there will be a +25% event superior chance and 25% more tokens earned until May 30th Speak with the bunny at home to learn more about the activities on this event! Alternatively, you can type ::event or ::e to quick-view the event activies You can also now press CTRL+E as a shortcut for the ::event command! Roaming wilderness mobs As per usual, you can grab an event weapon from the egg piles at home and start hunting down "Spring revenants" roaming the wilderness! The weapon upgrades this season are relatively simple, being one weapon type that upgrades to tier 5 With that being said, the upgrade currency (spring rev. ashes) are dropped in a more linear fashion All event mobs drop x1 ash at a 100% chance With exception of superior event mobs, and the event bosses The crusher is back -- but with a more balanced rate than before. After reaching Tier 5 it is available for purcahse Spring shards (Soul hunter) For a limited time, soul hunter tasks will give you Spring shards instead of soul shards! Spring shards can be exchanged for either a 1:1 amount of spring tokens or a 2X amount of soul shards Spring rev. dungeon The spring revenant cave is back! Climb down the event tunnel at home to access this dangerous multi-combat dungeon The spring revenants within this cave have a unique drop table, and are killed with standard gear (rather than event weapons) PK activities We've slightly adjusted the token rates for PKing during this event, and added new bonuses Base tokens per PK are x100-150 +75 tokens earned if risking a cursed orb +50 tokens earned if in a hotspot +50 tokens earned if it was a BH target +25 tokens earned if it was in edgeville or ::pure zone Seasonal pet fuse box (LIMITED TIME!) During the event, pet fuse boxes received from promotional items (packs, tickets, etc.) will be the "Pet fuse box (seasonal)" variant Since there aren't really any exciting vintage fuse pets for Spring events, we've decided to do something a little different this season. For a limited time during this event, seasonal pet fuse box will have a rare chance to pull a Holy corporeal beast pet It MUST! be a seasonal box (from the picture above) in order to get this limited time pet!! After five of them are pulled, they will no longer be able to be pulled from the box.
