Hey, I just signed up a few days ago, and I found out that my account got banned. I have no idea why. Can you help me figure this out

hello, i joined spawnpk 2 days ago, i was playing safely and i didnt did anything wrong, and never gonna do something wrong!
i was playing and found my screen logged out and i tried to log in again i found my self banned, i don't know why and i don't know who banned me and what the reason,
i don't know if that was mistake or something i did wrong, but i dont know why, hope if u dont unbann me tell me the reason atleast so i know why :D
