2026 Event tokens can be redeemed as intended but the chest can not be rerolled, is this intended? Love to burn my supply

Halloween 2026: Witching Hour Dark witches are roaming the wild, and witch cult breaches are popping up in deep wilderness.. Grab a Poltergust weapon from the Magical Pumpkin at home and start hunting! Before we get into this event's unique rewards, here are some features/changes we made compared to typical seasonal events: Event elixirs now provide a +10k token limit cap boost during the elixir duration (for the Roaming Monsters and PKing/PvP activities)
Event bonus boxes can now have a chance to provide event elixirs as an extra item roll (bonus item on top of the actual box roll)
Overhauled the superior event mob spawning rates: Superior spawn rate for no orb, lesser, greater, and master has been nerfed (Cursed orb now has a much better improvement/jump from master) Superior spawn rate now gets further improvement from the new glorious orb Removed the 1 hour hard cap between spawns Despite the nerf on the lower tier orbs, the overall result should be improved due to the time cap removal, particularly for those actually risking cursed+ blood orbs while hunting event mobs. Without the aforementioned nerfs, there would not have been enough room for this change to be balanced.
Glorious blood orb Risking a glorious orb grants +150 event tokens per kill (2X increase from the +75 via cursed orb risk) Risking a glorious orb raises the hourly token limit from PKing by 10K (stackable with the event elixir 10K limit boost)

Hexed Demon Pet Obtainable as a potential reward from the Grand h'ween casket
Getting hit builds up the pet's Hex charge Amount of hex charge displays as a purple bar above the pet The amount of hex charge scales by the amount of damage you take (taking 0 damage hits still gives a small amount) Receiving damage in fast bursts/stacks builds up hex charge quicker Dealing damage drains hex charge slightly Hex charge resets if you cross the wilderness border, or swap out / put away the pet
Boosts damage and accuracy based on the amount of Hex charge, between +7.5% (no hex) and +15% (full hex) Damage & accuracy bonuses are 2X in PvM combat
NOTE: For max hit dummy testing, Dwarven rock cake damage can provide hex charge in edgeville non-wild and white portal
Hexed Spirit Pet (Fusion) Fusion cost: x5 Hexed demon pets, x100 Special spirit pets, x250 Bloodchanting stones Inherits the effects of the fused pets
Upgraded damage & accuracy hex charge boost, between +10% (no hex) and +20% (full hex) Damage & accuracy bonuses are 2X in PvM combat
Special attacks receive an extra +10% accuracy bonus (no hex required)
Skull Witch Pet Obtainable as a potential reward from the Grand h'ween casket, or as a very rare drop from the Skull witch breach boss

Patch Notes Picking up or swapping away your skotizo pet will now reset any active pet silence that it inflicted on players
Skotizo pet silence now gives a 30 sec global immunity timer for targets who are pet silenced This immunity technically ends at the same time as the pet silence itself, unless the attacker picks up / swaps their skotizo pet thus cancelling it early Note: Since there was already a 'per attacker' 60 sec cooldown on the proc, this will only alter scenarios where multiple attackers chase the same player with skotizo pets (Players will now need to time their skotizo pet at least 30 seconds after the target was skotted by somebody else)
Amulet of rancour (e) added to the enchantment chest, combining all three amulets into one
Fixed a bug where grimgloom gargoyle was ignoring only 10% enemy defense equipment bonuses on non-bleeding opponents (instead of the intended 15%)
Fixed a bug where loadouts with special characters in their name (accented letters, symbols, curly quotes, long dashes, emoji, or non-English text) showed incorrect stats or broke loadouts in general
Tumeken's shadow (i) base hit reduced for PvP, requiring actual gear & bonuses in order to reach its cap of 65 Note: PvM damage with the staff is still the same as it was before
Fixed a bug where Tumeken's shadow (i) dyed variant did not inherit the undyed damage soak ignore effect
Noxious halberds now have a separate special attack for PvP, similar to the dragon halberd in PvP (but with better accuracy) NOTE: The special attack is still the same for PvM combat
Increased the standard max hit cap for blood slayer spear from 60 to 65
Reduced the special attack cost of blood slayer spear from 65% to 50%
Fixed a bug where blood slayer book's +10% on-task target damage bonus was not stacking with other blood slayer weapon's +10% damage bonus
Fixed a bug that stopped allowing Araxxor teleport scrolls to be used from inside the araxxor lair after killing it to start a new instance
Fixed a bug where Blood Maledictus & Blood Hespori could potential spawn in buggy areas that made them stuck
Fixed a bug that caused vote tickets to no longer be resellable to the vote point shop For future reference you can also use ::claimvp to convert all the tickets in your inventory, which is much quicker!
Fixed a bug where ToB essence pulls were not counting towards ToB collection logs
