Sorry but this theory has gone around from many people.. proof you were involved in the legal dispute or it didnt happen..

As someone who was directly involved irl in the legal dispute between the owners...the REAL owners of SPK had to sacrifice all player data. The work around loophole that devs found is that the terms and conditions set forth were that all player data, were to be wiped by the vendor who remotely housed data servers. They had previous backups of data hence "retroclaim" options IF you used paypal. Payments made to the game after a certain date were changed by vendor. Whom of which wasn't aware of the copyright infringement that SPK devs were making against several corporations. Seize and desist order was issued and just like that, ALL the hours of work, years grinding all gone.
