You can reach it by:

Stop being mad/toxic when you lose a stake.

Be more active on forums.

If anyone would check out how to post a staff application, then you would realize that everyone has to do it the same way. So, of course it would look similar to mine. Anyways, moving on from that, once again your staff application doesn't have to be sparking for it to get noticed. This player is fairly a nice player and helps where he can as far as i have seen. Ill give him a +1 just on his personality. And for the record, all of us have something we are toxic towards maybe his is losing stuff at gamble. You can't just look at one aspect of a person and deem him toxic.
