Im on everyday lol, during my lectures in university i roam the forums always looking where i can help

Yes the moderators can moderate the forums aswell but like i said it seems like its hard to catch them on here because they are more active in-game, they forsure do help but it seems they arent available as much as some people need them so thats why im suggesting have a forums team that can help whenever moderators cant and so mods can have even more focus on the in-game aspect of the server

Average amount of gameplay hours per day: Spend 4-5 Hours on forums, 1-3 hours in-game, fluctuates based on my schedule 6. Why you should receive the position: I brought up the idea yesterday after hopping on the forums for a few days and seeing a countless amount of players trying to reach out to staff members on the group chat but are unfortunately not attended to for whatever reason. I know that the staff members of this server do their best in-game to ensure the players are satisfied and happy but i think the forums should get a bit more attention because majority of the times the questions are asked on the forums. I think we should divide the staff team to forums and in-game but of course we would only require 1-2 forum helpers because in-game staff would able to help players on the forums to. Before you say anything about my post count i only post on threads that i find interesting or where i deem my input worthy. I dont play in-game as much anymore but i rather like to focus on the forums because a lot of cool topics, questions and suggestions arise and i always like a good read. I also love to help whenever i can. Ive had quite a lot of experience in being staff over the years and i have been fortunate enough to be in-game staff AND forum staff such as topic manager or forums overseer/mod. I know im right for the job because i will 100% dedicate myself to this servers community on the forums and in-game and will always do what i can to help and do it as efficiently as possible. The moment i see a cry for help on the forums i will do everything i can do aide that person and will not stop until the problem is cleared up. If its an issue i cannot handle due to my rank i will escalate it and ensure higher authority tends to the problem ASAP.

No matter how annoying the questions are thats how successful servers and companies stay successful. Internet companies have a 24h customer service and ppl call to ask the dumbest questions but theyre always happy to help because thats a reputation they want to keep. So far this servers reputation is that staff focus in-game more than the forums which is fine but theres gotta be a plan be in order to balance the entire community whether its in-game or forums

I dont play in-game anymore but i spend a lot of time on the forums and i constantly see people in the chatbox asking for staff help and it sucks to see it and not be able to do anything. If it happens that staff does respond all they do is say "*Name* pm me on forums with your problem" but then they dont follow up with them to ensure everything is clear and the problem has been settled.
