Can't Log In

I had another account - I cant remember the info for it but I don't care because I had nothing good. I have since created this account which I am very sure of the information (as you can see I can log on to the forums), and I have even deleted my client multiple times, including my cache/cookies/etc, but whenever I try to log on, I get "Invalid username or password!" Clearly, I'm using the right username and password. Any help would be appreciated! I really want to play again!

Have you tried logging into another account to make sure it's just the one character you can't log into, or if it's the game itself? 99% of the time if it says "invalid" it means invalid. You must have typed the password in wrong when creating the account, and now when you go to log back in the password you meant to type is not actually the current password. Hopefully you get it back. Ryan/Ramzi/Jordan will have to look into it.

With all due respect... you didn't read what I wrote. I can log on to the forums, which means my username and password combination is correct. I actually have created another account, and I can't log on with that one either. I wrote down the information to both accounts as I created them, so I won't forget it, and I can log onto the forums with both account's information. Therefore it's not a matter of me not knowing the information; I think it's more a matter of my client not allowing me to use another account besides the primary one which is gone to me. Do the clients allow users to access more than one account?
