Last Man Standing (LMS) improvements:

  • Reward improvements
    • New shop items added!
      • Donator mystery boxes: 30 LMS points
      • $5.00 bonds: 200 LMS points
      • Mystery chests: 350 LMS points
    • Shop price improvements!
      • Sorcerer's hood: 1,000 -> 500 LMS points
      • Sorcerer's top: 1,000 -> 750 LMS points
      • Sorcerer's bottoms: 1,000 -> 750 LMS points
      • Ancient ward: 1,000 -> 350 LMS points
    • Improvements to shop items
      • Sorcerer's robe improvements
        • The pieces are now alternatively available at a very rare chance via BH crates
        • Magic accuracy bonus has been slightly increased
        • Robe pieces will now give max HP boost similar to virtus
      • Ancient ward can now be obtained as a rare Vorkath drop!
      • Ancient ward cosmetic rework

  • Loadout editor
    • You can now modify your LMS loadout and save it for all future matches!
      • Simply drag items to the slots where you'd like them to be!
    • Interact with the equipment coffer next to Captain Donnie to modify your loadouts!

  • Spectator mode
    • Tired of painfully waiting in the LMS lobby for the current round to finish?
    • Thankfully you can now interact with the "Viewing orb" in the lobby and become a ghost spectator in the current game!
      • Players who are actively in the minigame can not see you or your messages, but other spectators can!
    • You are granted the ability to teleport to the different main locations, or to a random player

  • LMS Fixes & changes
    • Changed dragon bolts (e) to diamond bolts (e)
    • Logging out in the middle of LMS will cause your player to die before un-registering, rather than x-logging
      • This will prevent immature players from denying their opponent kill rewards
    • Removed miasmic spells from LMS
    • Fixed major bug with PJ timer ("Someone else is fighting that") triggering inappropriately 
    • Fixed issues with clipping map (running through fences, walls, etc.)
    • Fixed issues with bloody keys only giving one item (it will now give one offensive and one defensive item)
    • Fixed left-clicking chests when you have a bloody key in your inventory
    • Fixed issues with vials in your inventory after receiving a kill
    • Removed loadout items from dropping on death
    • Removed food/potion items from dropping on death
    • You are no longer allowed to drop food/potion items during LMS
    • "Right-click only clan members" is force toggled off in LMS
    • Added LMS to minigame teleports
    • Added an ::lms teleport command

New pet fusion:

  • Limitbreak berserker pet
    • Restores 10% special attack every 30 seconds
    • Increases strength by +15% (5% more than standard berserker pet)
    • Increases damage and accuracy of melee special attacks
    • Fusion cost: 5x berserker pets, 25x special spirit pets, 100x blood diamonds

Hotspot skipping poll:

  • Players can now vote together to skip the current hotspot!
  • The amount of votes required is 60% of the player count at the time of the hotspot being set (minimum of 100)

Elemental mace:

  • Since the last update, there's been some confusion over how elemental mace's special attack is supposed to work
    • In certain cases with enough smite bonuses, players were able to smite 99+ if they hit high enough
  • To simplify things the special attack will smite your player, and raise the smite cap to 70 for that hit
    • Meaning, it will no longer be possible to smite over 70 from an elemental mace special attack

Bug fixes & Misc. gameplay changes:

  • Ancestral improvements
    • In order to make the power of these robes better reflect their price, buffs have been granted!
    • Magic accuracy equipment bonuses have been increased by +20%
  • Duel arena scam prevention
    • Standard duels (custom rules) are now prohibited at ::duel, and can only be done at the new ::stake zone
      • The original ::duel spot is now strictly Whip and Whip+DDS duels
      • This was put in place to prevent "rule switching" duel arena scams
    • There is now a very clear indication of the type of duel on the first screen (whip or whip+dds)
  • Fixed issue with Skotizo pet effect not applying to players after their death (timer was not resetting after death)
  • Fixed issue with special attack bars showing up on 2h swords that do not have special attacks
  • Fixed wicked blade's attack stances
  • Fixed vampiric damage displaying on max hit dummies
  • Fixed dragon slayer tasks not working with certain dragons
  • Fixed a visual bug with prayers when the "rigour and augury swap" option is toggled
  • Fixed an issue where players get stuck after logging out in the middle certain wilderness agility obstacles
  • Searching for items in your bank will now bring the bank's scrollbar back to the top
  • Added a PvP damage cap for Dragon hunter lance's standard attack (previously uncapped)
  • Frosty twisted bow
    • Reduced the capability to hit up to 93 in PvP, to 83
    • Increased the ice arrow damage in PvM to 25-50
    • Increased the attack speed in PvM like the standard twisted bow
  • Increased the attack speed of blood reaper scythe in PvM like the scythe of vitur
  • Added a warning dialogue to the rev. cave teleport tab
  • Added a yell message for battlemage shard drops (Mage Arena)
  • Death protection value changes:
    • Increased Malevolent weaponry protection value to reflect their market price
    • Lowered Bork battleaxe protection value to reflect its market price
    • Lowered Guardian boots protection value to reflect its market price
    • Lowered Dark serp. helm protection value to reflect its market price
    • Lowered Justiciar armor protection value to reflect its market price
    • Lowered Frosty twisted bow protection value to reflect its market price
  • Reduced ToB maiden healer count in Grandmaster solo

He doesn't understand that the addition of new pvm content likely means the addition of new pvp gear.  One type of content doesn't mean the other gets shafted

They will if those bosses require blood orbs and give pet sickness so yoshi doesn't auto bank their loot ;)

On a separate wild thought, We need to add an item that increases damage and accuracy by 10 % but redskulls you - how fun would that make deep wildy and edge pvp?

keep an eye out for mythic donators, they use mythic capes that double donator ticket drops. 250-500 dtix with mythic cape = 500-1k and that's an easy 10-20b pk

OMG OMG OMG SO MANY MYTHIC DONATOR IN GAME OMG OMG. Its a rare sight to see a mythic donor pvming with that let alone getting the d tix drop. Outta hereee

Its much better for PVP gear to enter the game through PVP content (LMS, random pvp grand treasures etc.)

Feel like the update is a bit double edged.

On one had I'm really liking the much needed tweaks and changes. Frosty bow getting a slight buff was heavily necessary, and the LMS changes are amazing.

Yet on the other hand somethings feel a bit half done. An example would be that the new shield is now also dropped by vorkath yet

- the rest of his drop table is still garbage and unchanged

- the shield isn't really anything to brag home about, making you suddenly want to do vorkath because of it.

Feel like the shield would be a LOT more viable if it had the highest magic damage % of any shields (THAT ARENT FOR SPECIFIC SPELLS), since the highest we have is probally the mystic tome at like 2.5%? Making this shield 5% or so wouldn't be game breaking by any means (a lot of spells are pvp capped anyway), and those that arent have better alternatives (tome of fire i for fire surge or zammy spells f.e)

And as much as I like the LMS rewards being nerfed in terms of prices, I still find it a shame that the point reward system wasn't touched at all. (more points for kills, landing top 3 spots etc would've made this piece of content a lot more interesting or atleast having 2 games run side by side to heavily reduce the waiting time between games).

Other than that good QOL update, just hope to see a content update again soon.

Decent QoL update. +0.75

As @metal justin said, there were some much needed changes done, but some other changes feel half assed.

- The rest of Vorkath's droptable still is bad.

- The shield could use a buff to be a good contender for tome of fire/frost (i), as those are very limited ingame atm.

- I'd still like to see the option of running 2 LMS games. The spectator mode isn't really something I'd personally use unless I were to be in a LMS game with some friends.

However, there were some good QoL updates too. Amongst many others I like the new ::stake which will hopefully prevent ppl from being scammed in the future.

Looking forward to the next content update January 30th. but let's be real, probably 4 weeks later.

this guy is mental problems irf but he is actually right we waited 41 days for this small update. Where is the ele mace rework blood casket? all the other things tevin complained about.

Not rlly.... cause pvmers are angry when pkers kill them. Pkers want to kill other pkers cause there's more loot but there aren't many other pkers to fight so we kill pvmers who complain about it and end up doing safe pvm. If u add more wildy pvm and pkers just camp and kill pvmers pvmers leave like always and wildy is dead again in a week...
