I died and lost everything?

So i was doing ToB learning to solo & i got to the spider phase and attacked with scythe on range , it killed me and when i spawned in edge i died/nulled and my screen freezes, 

When it unfreezes my gears gone my invo's empty, everything is gone?

If anyone could shed some light on this it would be appreciated
