EITHER HIRE MORE STAFF THAT ARE ABLE TO DO TICKETS SOME PEOPLE (BEEN WAITING A FEW MONTHS) FOR A SIMPLE MUTE, PLEASE GET IT TOGATHER AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO SPECIFIES ON DOING APPEALS/TICKETS

it takes time but when you send ticket your supposed to wait tell they reply if you continue to bug them it will take longer have a wonderful day

i'd pm a staff via discord, make sure you give them some type of information about regarding your account, just make sure if you moved let them know due to your ip probability changed if you moved, if you didn't move they can check your'e ip, have a wonderful day, cheers
