hi iv been trying to reset my pin for months now! can a mod help please thanks,.,,

i have tired logging in so 30minutes and says my accounts already logged in or rejected from session account name is duelz11 I have gone on an alt and loads me in world fine and says duelz11 is online in game? but as I cant move as I forgot pin im stuck to see if I am moving around LOL help please?

My account name is Duelz I forgot my pin as I haven't been on for awhile and now change ip address I know all the paypal details ect, from where I donated could this be reset regards?
