so ill start with how my day looked like: i logged in at 17H30 (europian time) or so. i pked(normal skulled) at rogue against tm (they'll could confirm this). i fought till i was out or till i had too low hp to eat over the following hits. then it (spk-player) pmed me to do a riskfight. i accepted it and we did a 10B dh-riskfight in riskfightarena. we tied and did a 50B rm. he had an alien and i a yoshi and 7b cash. i lost that fight so i went to gamble. i gambled 1time 20B(9200mcoins and a trid of swamp vs slayer helm) and won. so i went to the mchest and did 4times the chest (but only got trash, i had no luck). then i saw a message in elegroup to come rogue. i geared up but noticed that my alien pet didnt show up. i looked through my bank, used the search button but didnt find it. i pmed ti spk-player) if he had my alien from the tie in his lootstack but he said no, he also said that he had a alien way before our 2riskfights ( c c14117532 (spk-player) confirmed this) so the only way i could lose my alien pet is that it just disappeared... i have no idea how... or it (spk-player) is lying and i had my alienpet on the first riskfight but i cant check that. pls help me get my alienpet back! tvm for any kind of help, if u have questions pm me ig or put a message inhere i am anton

altough, i found my problem, it's problem 11 but if i go to that link it gives me an ad of screencapture(link: https://gyazo.com/9d15b324ebb38b7ec1f4d71912613029) it is step 11 definitely ; my client updater starts, it says all is up-to-date and then it disappears. i dont have the other screen from "loading server and then the log in screen" but nether do i get the second screen from the link: https://gyazo.com/9d15b324ebb38b7ec1f4d71912613029 this is what i get when i type in the cmd:setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true (this was what i typed in) SUCCESS: Specified value was saved. (this is what my respons is)µ i tried opening my spk but it still wont work, i tried downloading the spk again but the same problem keeps on comming. i'm trying to remove java and download a new 1 and hopefully this will work...

yp, it still does nothing even that fixerthing did nothing. idk how it happend but it happend 2days ago. it was updating and when it was rdy it disappeared. @Kellatha

when i try to open my client it says: ' checking for updates' and after that 'client is up-to-date, loading client'. and then it disappears and further nothing happens. i tried the link for the bugs but, when i click on what my problem is, stil nothing happening. pls help

i have the same issue but when i click on 'a possible error i might have' nothing happens? i clicked on 'client doesn't load at all' but it's like it freezes after i click on it??

can some1 explain to me how i can insert a word-doc or a screenshot from ingame? i need to show it to a moderator+ but i dont know how ty for help
