I dont think untradeable is the way to go. Because ppl should be able to buy it from tp also I could live without the nezzy stats, but would make it not op at all while still not setting u back. If u spend that much money on a item, you atleast dont need to be taking a step back.

My suggestion: Charmed partyhat is the most special rare it says. Still i never see it. My suggestion around it is: Give it the stats of a neitiznot, and make it autokeep. That'll truely make it a nice item to show off in multiple situations. It would also look nice, and itll draw eyes of new players maybe if they see the charmed phat in pk clips etc. I chose to mimic the neitiznot to not make it OP, but still make it useable.

This guy has ran the most succesfull clan in spawnpk so far. If he can handle those amounts of testosteron, im more then sure he would be THE guy for this spot. I support Jean on getting staff for sure. No doubt about it.
