Firstly I thought also of having Cerberus in wilderness but deffiently not releasing it to non donors because that takes away one of the main benefits of the dZone, I do although think we could add a wilderness Cerberus which has not been "tamed" and attacks similar to osrs, as for sams angel wings.... definelty not, those are custom items and I don't believe they were ever intended to be entered into the general eco, as far as I'm aware I think they were supposed to be for THe Aurora, who handed in a lot of the items/money to Ryan when aurora was eco holder As for ::bank, this shouldn't be for elites but perhaps legendaries or maybe VIP because let's face it there is a tonne of elite donors and it's not particularly hard to achieve, also if most people in game had ::bank then the game would become a lot more afk and you would have less interactions between players so in general -1 for cerb for non donors neutral on the ele bow -999 for sams wings in store -1 for ::bank for elites but for legendaries maybe and +1 for trading posts in duel arena and risk fight arena, this can also be added to ::vip

Yeah other wise people would just block all except one task, like VIP donors could just do ele at spawner

First of all what did you post, because tevin isn't going to restrict your posts for no reason, also there is a rule in the rules topic made by Ryan, which says you cannot make threads about previous punishments or something "punishment threads" so if you feel you may have infringed these rules please refer to the rules again.

There's no reason to add this and no real need for a rank, as for what you said about pming random people, people pm ppl who are respected in the community once you gain this serverwide respect then people will pm u for help
