    Content updates: Combat improvements We've gone through and re-worked a large portion of our combat engine, bringing improvements to multiple areas! As always these are a work in progress, and we plan on bringing even more sets of improvements in a relatively frequent basis Your feedback is what helps us make these changes faster! Thank you to all the members of the staff & community who have chipped in with your reports and suggestions! Damage processing We identified a very large bug that has been going on for quite a while, particularly with most special attacks This bug caused player's hits to bypass all damage absorption on certain occasions In other words, things such as protection prayers and damage soaking equipment would sometimes not properly register This resulted in feelings of "inconsistency" with our combat system, as some of you may had noticed prior to this update Thankfully this entire part of the engine has been re-worked with a centralized damage processor, so this will no longer be an issue! Combat should now see a drastic improvement with this fix, and we're excited to see it in action on the live server! Special attacks We have fixed pre-loading special attacks for certain weapons such as Staff of the Dead, which was previously bugged when you would attempt to switch to another special weapon while equipping it. Zone-specific formulas EdgePvP and NH Tournaments now have a custom combat formula which should better reflect the style of NHing/Bridding! With these "zone specific" formulas, your armor/equipment will now play a much greater role in how hard you are hit by certain combat types For example: Players in robes will be a lot more squisher against robes, whereas players in tank gear should feel genuinely more "tanky" Distancing and pathing We have fixed some issues allowing players to melee attack from abnormal distances when running toward eachother Miscellaneous Bugs for the Zaryte bow and Balmung special attack have been discovered, which greatly hindered their functionality. These are now fixed. Lag fixes (Lite mode) Until we address the root cause for frame rate issues that some of you have been having, we've implemented a new "Lite mode" setting to the client which can be freely toggled in-game by opening your settings tab! When enabled, graphic settings will be noticeably reduced, but performance increase will noticeably improved as well! Disclaimer: As a result of this feature the settings tab has been slightly re-worked. As shown in the picture above, resizable mode is now toggled on/off with a single button (located next to the lite button) Construction Brand new high-tier furniture has been added to player-owned houses! Study room Slayer crystal This crystal ball can be rubbed every 12 hours to grant you double slayer and blood slayer points for 1 hour! Building cost: 2,500 Blood money, 250 Blood shards Hotspot crystal This crystal ball can be rubbed every 12 hours to grant you double the chance to receive hotspot caskets for 1 hour! Building cost: 100 Cash bags, 250 Blood shards Throne room Throne of the gods A glowing, glistening throne! Show off one of the most expensive PoH furniture items to your friends! Operate this throne to obtain an untradeable Sceptre of the gods When equipped, this sceptre allows you to shoot cosmetic projectiles at other players in the non-wilderness (similar to snowballs, etc.) When the projectile makes contact with the player, it will heal them (if allowed) In other words it will trigger their heal button to activate; this is not intended to be a large perk, just a fun inclusion! Building cost: 500 Bloodcore tokens, 100 Blood diamonds We are excited to add even more construction features in the near future, stay tuned! In order to obtain this artifact, you must combine all three shards of the artifact These shards are dropped exclusively by revenants in the cavern Grand treasures Revenants in the cavern now have a very rare chance to drop grand treasures! This includes: Guardian boots, Balmung, Ancient Crossbow, Armadyl Battlestaff, and the Dragon Upgrade Scroll The excavation ladder has been moved further up north to mitigate the unfair escape advantage Gameplay changes and QoLs Added a new ::event command which will display the spawn timers for event bosses! You can no longer skip your bounty target until you're out of combat for at least 5 seconds You no will longer be prompted with a confirmation dialogue when attempting to activate your enchanted heart (one click activation) Unspawnable (green text) items should now appear at the top of loot piles Increased the cost for Cursed void kit in the Bounty Point store (40,000,000 bounties to 50,000,000) Increased the cost for a large variety of Raids & Nex items in the Blood Diamond store Box traps are now stackable Fire capes are now noteable Removed low & high alchemy from the wilderness Added easter hand cannon to the EdgePvP restriction list Bug fixes: Fixed various clicking issues for Java 9+ users (as well as other operating systems, etc.) Fixed various dragonfire defence mechanisms for Great Olm Fused slayer helm (and variations), wyvern shield, protect from magic, etc. Fixed roofs being force toggled when leaving a raid instance Fixed the interaction distance for the staircases near mage bank Fixed altar object spawns at EdgePvP Fixed issues with bounty hunter and the Pure Zone Fixed camera zoom sometimes offsetting from the player's position, causing it to appear uncentered Fixed (lowered) death protection value for Primal 2h sword Fixed (lowered) death protection value for Tektonic armor pieces

    How to make Money on SpawnPK Intro There's plenty of guides on making money but a lot of them focus on beginner methods. What's the next step? How to get there? We'll cover some stuff in this thread. In order for this guide to work, there are some requirements: Sadly Money makes money. In order to maximize profits from this you need to have capital.. If you do not have capital, it might be worth checking out some other guides first. The first step is understanding that everything in SpawnPK is interlinked: It has 3 currencies that can be used to buy items from stores and they all almost depend on each other. If one tanks the other one will likely tank. If one goes up, you can use the other ones to profit from the other one rising. Blood Money Merching Blood money This is great money maker because blood money is so readily available for low prices and often sells for higher prices when people need them. You can buy BM under 4M each and sell them for higher. The amount to sell for depends on you.. If you are willing to wait than you can do 5M and it will eventually sell.. Or you can do 4.5M. I've seen people buy out bloodmoney at even 7M ea sometimes when they are going for eboots/egloves since those require blood money to buy. This often occurs when someone spends a certain amount and doesn't get them so . they rage buy out for a high price. I've been there and have bought out 200-300k BM for 6-7M each just to get it over with. Obviously selling at this price will take a long time but it works and some people do it. Holyzerkplz is a smart man, there's a reason why he's selling 350k BM at 6M each.. Blood Pool The blood pool can be used to purchase items. These items change occasionally and depending on the price of the item, it is profitable enough to buy blood money at current tp price and sell the item for profits. Th hearts are especially good because desperate people sometimes buy them for double what they can get from blood pool. IE cost to buy with blood money is around 4-4.5b but you can sell them for 8-9b. Blood store On top of Blood Pool, You can go to ::shops and use BM to buy items that can be sold in TP for profit. The most common are the Boots and Gloves but anglers/Claws/Void/DH/Wards also work. You can buy boots for 100 BM each and sell for a bit more.. In TP I can buy BM right now for 380M and buy a boot and sell it for 600M.. Thats almost double the profit. I can buy goliath gloves for 600-700M (200M BM) and sell for 1.6B or even 2B. Blood Diamonds Merching Blood Diamonds The idea here is same as with merching blood money. You buy it under 700M (And most likely it will rise so new min might be 800-900M later)[Update: It has risen to 800-900Ml Buy undre 800M sell for 900M and sell it for for 700M easily [Or for more if you wait]. Blood diamonds are used for some chest enchantments and pet fusions. They go up a lot usually after an update because people buy them to fuse pets. The other thing they are used for is blood diamond store. Blood Diamond store You can buy low price blood diamonds and buy items that you can sell for more. It really depends on whats being sold at higher price right now that you can buy with BM. I've seen TBOWS sell at 60B each and I was able to buy them for 40B [100BM at 400M ea in the past] and make easy 20B.. Or pets during their fusions.. Like Death pets.. Justicar, etc... Fusing Blood Diamonds For some reason this is not very well known.. However you can buy items from TP and fuse them into blood diamonds and then sell blood diamonds for more than the cost of the item or you can buy something from thee store and sell that. I've made a lot of money this way. An example is that you can often buy Primal pieces for 2B-2.5B or so but fuse them for 5BM (You should get the blood perk "Diamonds are forever" to get 20% more diamonds hehe ). You can sell 5BM for 650M instantly. while your cost to get them diamonds was like 400-450M each.. Donator Tickets Merching Donator tickets Same concept as above. This item is bought/sold often and so you can make large profits selling it. People often buy tickets to buy Mbox/Mchests/Prize keys and try to gamble them or merch. You can buy tickets under 7M often and sell them for a bit higher. As bond prices have started to rise, these will also rise. Donator ticket store People buy donator tickets to use them in store as stated above.. You can do the same thing too, just buy the items with the tickets and sell thee items. You can sometimes do it at a large profit.. Recently Yoshis/Aliens went above 80B each and you could buy them from the store with tickets for cheaper. Gamblers also love MChests/PKeys and will sometimes buy all out even at a premium price. For example if you buy tickets for 7M each, your cost for MChest is 14B (2k tickets) but you can sell it for more. Blood Diamond fusion with tickets Majority of the items in the store can be used to fuse blood diamonds. You have to calculate whether the cost makes sense to you. This will be more relevant once Blood Diamonds are a higher price (They have already started going up) Items you can merch Almost all items are merchable but some are more profitable than others and sell more often. Prices are subject to change but you can look at history and see what the current price is and buy it for a bit less and sell it for a bit higher. Low cost Bring I Vesta armor Morrigan top Granite maul (or) Magma helms Blowpipes Colored Slayer helmets Korasi Sword Divine shield DWH Heavy Ballista Ele dagger/Ele bow Medium cost Yoshi Bonds Alien Twisted bows Death pet Zaryte bow Torva/Justicar Elder Maul High cost Fused slayer helmet Scythe of Vitur Dragon Lance Viri fairy Inferenal Stone Grand ring (i) Fortune Genie Skotizo Mace/Skotizo bow Gamblers Gamblers make a big amount of money in short amount of time so they generally don't care too much about prices unless they are also merchers. You can usually get very good deal out of gamblers whether you sell them something too high or buy something too low from them. I would suggest making an alt and just sit at gamble ask for pots/items in pots and ask them to sell it to you for cash and just sell it in TP for more. If you get a working relationship with gambler you can do this often where they show you what you have and you can grab it from them for cheaper. Merching CC I have recently created a merching where few of us will buy out some items and sell them out at a higher price. There's only two of us at the moment, but I'm sure more of these will spin up. This only works if you have enough people with enough capital and trust that they won't dump them. If you are interested in joining PM me in game and I will consider it if I think I can trust you enough. Seasonal Event Chest It can be quite profitable to complete the entire seasonal chest under a certain price and sell the items you get from it for profit. For example The current chest requires 415k tokens and if you buy them for under 1.4M you can actually profit if you sell all the items. The tokens often sell for very less right after an event like easterwyrm or bigchungus.

    Okay we have all Heard people complaining about legendary rank in ::Yell and i've seen some posts containing suggestions About how legendary rank needs a buff. But I haven't seen any recent updates giving legenadry rank players new benefits. Think for yourself, you have been playing spawnpk for over 3 years and you decide to donate $1000 or sell 90% of your bank just to get a new rank that allows you to spawn Demonic Gorillas and Barrelchest. nb: you can't even spawn them in ::legendary (because there's not even a zone for legendarys rank player) you spawn them at ::vip where people who donated $500 less could also afk kill bosses such as Chaos Elementals witch is a lot better Money making method. I'm asking this question for everyone, would you as a player ever Think about donating $1000 just to spawn Barrelchest and Demonic Gorillas at vip? i'm not going to act like there's only two benefits of having a legendary rank because it's not. When you have $1000 donated you automatically receive completionist 2 witch is great but there are a lot of player that enjoy completing those 35 tasks alone, without getting any help. Back to the question: would you? I'm quite sure that you wouldn't unless you are super rich and spend 1,2t on getting legendary for a couple minutes or Days and then moving on to sponsor or mythic. Here's some suggestions for legendary rank player! More beneficial bosses that you can full or semi afk. Add more stuff to ::vip. Thieving stall for an example (rare chance of receving a 3 or 5 blood Diamonds). Free Daily teleports to Vorkath and Skotizo (2-4 teleports ea) Having a legendary zone. it's kinda linked to suggestion two but i would love to see a ::legend zone. increased dfs damage. Super rare chance of getting x2 drop or maybe x2 coins drop (5-10%) ::home should either lead you to edgeville or your house, you choose! As this only being a good start to help Legendary player more i'm sure Ryan can add more stuff. Here's some suggestions for next update! Adding titles. Could be a title you receive when you reached, example: 50k boss kills, or different titles you receive by having 5-10k player kills. As I said this on my last thread, I would like to see myself respawn in Grand Exchange when I die while pure pking. Or maybe we could choose our own respawn location. This was also suggested on my last thread, having a raids highscore would make it more competitive and fun. As we already have Wildywyrm and Bloodwyrm who drops infernal stone (1/5k) adding Inferno wouldn't be so necessary unless it's a more fun way to receive it. I mean it could be a rare chance of 1-5% of getting a infernal stone drop or 1/75 of receiving the Jal-nib-rek pet when you have finished the inferno. Adding a tokkul shop would help the economy a Little bit if it sells the right item. The tokkul shop could sell anything from Amulet Of Torture to Elder maul. Sacrificing a Infernal cape/stone for a chance to receive the jal-nib-rek pet at enchanted chest. could be anything from 60 to 80% success rate. Daily tasks should reset every 24 hour and not as soon as you open the interface.

    support, legendary donator rank is the most useless rank at the moment, all I can say is that it looks nice and that's it. Not really worth spending $1000.

    Support, mythics get the daily teleports so i dont legendary will get it since sponsor doesnt have it. WE NEED SOMETHING MORE

    support. the rank is utterly trash rn. most people get comp 2 before they even get legendary. the only exception is gamblers....

    I agree with legendary getting more perks but these two suggestions won't pass. The rare chance to get 2x for 5% was suggested for mythic and we didn't get that and for daily teleports mythics don't even get that much daily free teleports.

    I think you being a regular player is great for everyone, this leaves room for another person to be promoted (who is able to be a bit more active) and removes all the pressure off your shoulders to have to be online more often etc. Respect the resignation, hope to see you ingame still.
