pj3r 91 Posted September 22, 2017 I would like to share with everyone my own guide for range 2hing What is range 2hing? it is the best pking style in my opinion. It begins with a bow an arrow and a second hit on reaction. It is called range 2hing from rs where maple short bow to r2h was used to stack out and ko (F2P Grind) This has been adapted to using any secondary weapon to stack hits together in a COMBO. Range 2hing is much more effective than any other styles because eating on SpawnPK is instant and easy. Part 1 Weapons ☼ Magic shortbow/MSB I Pros Can't lose MSB I Can use OP weapons as a special attack and not risk them while skulled Easy to get Cons Lower combat potential, lower max hit and not that strong Can get out damaged by whip meaning you will have to tele or die to being out of food Costs Bounty Points 3rd age bow Zaryte bow 3rd Pros Can hit above 25 regularly (Stack opportunities are more frequent than MSB) Similarly can match a whip in attack damage over a fight Relatively cheap can be purchased from 2b-4b Also a PvM weapon Cons Not as good as zbow Can't use expensive special weapons due to risking them Zaryte Bow Pros Can hit above 30 regularly max hitting 40 and above (The best combo potential weapon) Can out damage a whip over a fight Also a PvM weapon Cons Is expensive from the blood diamond shop or players being 40B and above Can't use op special weapons due to risking them 2 hand weapons that deserve a mention Armadyl Godsword Dragon claws Armadyl Godsword (My Personal Favorite) Pros There is a starter version (Free) Can be used to bash opponent if you have no spec Max hits around 80 Cheap 50-100m at any time Cons Inaccurate often can hit double 0 specs Dragon Claws Pros There is a starter version (Free) Can hit very high and double specd to combo Max hits anything from 80++ Cons Useless without special energy More expensive than AGS Status hammer Dragon warhammer Dragon warhammer Pros Reduces Def by 31 levels first spec One handed weapons can be used with dragonfire shield if (donator) to add extra damage this is extremely strong Max hit at 80 Cons 2 specials per fight More expensive than SWH Status hammer Pros Reduces Def by 31 levels first spec One handed weapons can be used with dragonfire shield if (donator) to add extra damage this is extremely strong Max hit at around 70 3 specials per fight Cheap to buy Cons Weaker than dragon warhammer Have to repair I haven't included blowpipe as a weapon for range as I dont like the ticking between specing it is to slow. Weapons to use as a secondary are endless these are just some examples. Part 2 Hitpoint Reading ♥ You need to know when to attacc you want to kill someone. Say they have 80 hp You MSB a 25 then you need a 55 AGS spec to ko. Part 3 Prayer Smite Pros Rigour Cons Expensive to unlock Often have to teleport without soulsplit heal during a fight you are out damaged Way infrequent hits with piety vs turmoil Soulsplit Pros Soulsplit my setup Can reduce opponents defense level making it easier to hit Turmoil OP Cons No one likes a leecher Part 4 Vengance Comboing is one step in the right direction, you can dramatically increase the likeliness of a kill with a well timed veng. I like to remember it as 4,5,3 F4 - Veng F5 Spec and F3 turmoil. Part 5 Inventory I normally pk with this Examples Old clips Extra These pets go well with range 2h setups also blood pheonix doppler or shadow pet which I dont have hit predictor is located this was my brief guide 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
