NEW Hotspot Rewards

We've added a new Edgeville Scroll to the hotspot point shop which will treat Edgeville as a 24/7 hotspot (rather than the reduced "warm spot" rewards during its off-phase). 

NOTE: This scroll currently does not work for Pure zone. In the mean time, we'd prefer to wait until further updates / improvements can be made to Pure Zone itself (as it is our opinion that this zone does not have much activity potential outside of its hotspot phase until we do so)

Weekly Shop

The following items have been added / adjusted in the hotspot weekly shop:

  • Added Daily reset scrolls (250 points, stock of 1 per week)
  • Added $5.00 bonds (500 points, stock of 1 per week)
  • Added $10.00 bonds (950 points, stock of 1 per week)
  • Grand gift box price reduced from 1,250 to 750
  • Golden gift box price reduced from 50 to 40
  • Golden gift box weekly stock amount increased from 5 to 10
  • Luck scroll price reduced from 100 to 50
  • Luck scroll weekly stock amount increased from 2 to 5
  • Bloodlust scroll has been replaced with a hotspot bonus scroll

 

NEW Bounty Hunter Rewards

A weekly stock shop has been added with the following items

  • Blood money discount (25K bounties each, 1K in stock per week)
  • Cash bag discount (250K bounties each, 100 in stock per week)
  • Mystery crate discount (2.5M bounties each, 10 in stock per week)
  • Mystery chest (u)s (10M bounties each, 3 in stock per week)
  • Grand crest (u)s (20M bounties each, 2 in stock per week)
  • $5.00 bond (60M bounties, 1 in stock per week)
  • $10.00 bond (100M bounties, 1 in stock per week)

And lastly, some adjustments to the effects / bonuses of existing rewards:

  • Chance to receive a crate from the Mystery scroll perk has increased from 1/10 to 1/5
     
  • Dagon'hai robes now have a new passive effect: 
    • Increase thammaron/skot/accursed sceptre PvM damage by +25% (wildy only)

 

NEW Cursed Bounty Rewards

The weekly stock shop has been given the following additions

  • Prize tickets (2M cursed bounties each, 10 in stock per week)
  • Cursed mystery crate discount (2.5M cursed bounties each, 10 in stock per week)
  • Mystery ticket (u)s (5M cursed bounties each, 2 in stock per week)
  • $10 bond (8M cursed bounties each, 1 in stock per week)
  • $20 bond (15M cursed bounties each, 1 in stock per week)

And lastly, some adjustments to the effects / bonuses of existing rewards:

  • Cursed VLS & SWH have a new passive effect:
    • Increases damage by 5% and accuracy by 15% while risking a cursed orb
       
  • Cursed kharazi gear has a new passive set effect:
    • Increases craw/skot/webweaver bow PvM damage by +33% (wildy only)
       
  • Cursed Dagon'hair gear has a new passive set effect:
    • Increase thammaron/skot/accursed sceptre PvM damage by +25% (wildy only)
       
  • Cursed bounty pet effects are now tripled in PvM (wildy only)
     
  • Chance to receive a crate from the Cursed mystery scroll perk has increased from 1/10 to 1/5

 

NEW Pure Zone Weekly Rewards

A weekly stock shop has been added to ::pure zone with the following items

  • Prize tickets (20 points, stock of 2 per week)
  • Mystery ticket (u) (100 points, stock of 2 per week)
  • $10 bond (175 points, stock of 1 per week)
  • $20 bond (325 points, stock of 1 per week)

We've made the following adjustments to pure zone tasks in ::weeklies

  • Kill count for pure zone weekly reduced from 500 to 75
  • Kill count for cursed orb pure weekly reduced from 250 to 25
  • Kill count for extreme risk pure weekly reduced from 50 to 15

And lastly, some slight adjustments to the main shop:

  • PvP mystery box price reduced from 20 to 5 points each
  • Enchanted book now has new passive effects:
    • Grants a +10% chance to double pure points from a kill
    • Grants an extra +1 hotspot points from pure hotspot kills

 

Cursed Scriptures

Players now have an opportunity to receive a free daily mysterious map!

In order to unlock this, you must acquire the following scripture pages:

  • Mysterious torn page 1: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a player in Edgeville
  • Mysterious torn page 2: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a player in Pure Zone
  • Mysterious torn page 3: Rare chance to be obtained when killing a Bounty Hunter target (cursed or regular)

These pages are untradeable and you can not receive duplicates. Once you obtain all three pages, you can combine them into Cursed scriptures which can the be claimed to unlock the free daily.

If you login every 24 hours, a free mysterious map (untradeable variant) will be sent to your reward coffer

After unlocking

You will still receive torn page drops after unlocking the daily!

Incanting a Cursed scripture will instead convert into a Mysterious map (tradeable variant)

 

Statuette Improvements

The exchange values of statuettes have remained the same on SpawnPK for quite some time, and we figured it would be best to give them a good increase (especially for the less wealthy players who want to make more gp by PKing)

We ran a scan of all statuettes currently in-game (that have been stacked / not exchanged) and made adjustments accordingly, to prevent any detrimental influx in GP to the game.

  • Tier 1 statuettes (originally exchange values of 10-100M) have been increased by 10X
    • Now having exchange values of 100M-1000M
  • Tier 2 statuettes (originally exchange values of 120-250M) have been increased by 10X
    • Now having exchange values of 1.2B-2.5B
  • Tier 3 statuettes (originally exchange values of 520-750M) have been increased by 5-6X
    • Now having exchange values of 3.2B-5.5B
  • Tier 4 statuettes (originally 5B/10B/25B) have been increased by 2-2.5X
    • Now having exchange values of 10B/25B/50B

Additional features:

  • Added a new milestone reward, where you'll receive +10% more GP once you exchange 10 statuettes
    • This is primarily a progression step to improve the new player experience, however all players will still benefit from this as well!
    • Note: The milestone progress is not counted retroactively, as the server did not previously collect this data
       
  • You can now left-click "Break-open" an unnoted statuette to receive the GP instantaneously, without having to go to Mandrith
    • All of your perks / passives will still go into effect on the exchange value
    • This can only be done at home or in a dzone

 

Wandering Merchant

The wandering merchant has received a variety of new content and adjustments, in effort to modernize its viability in today's economy!
 

Vote sigils

If you have a vote sigil in your inventory while killing the vote boss, all drops will be doubled in quantity (sigil is consumed per boss kill)

These sigils can be bought from the Wandering Merchant in bags of x5 (100 tokens, 2 in stock per week)

Additionally, you have a chance to receive them from the new Exotic mystery boxes (see below)

 

Exotic Mystery Boxes

These boxes cost 500 wandering tokens each, and have a stock of two per week in the shop. They are tradeable

Within them, you have a chance to receive a variety of valuable items, and even some new and unique items!

  • Common rewards:
    • 250x Mystery shards
    • Unbound grand prize keys
    • 3x Blood discount scrolls
    • 5x Super luck scrolls
    • Epic pet mystery box
       
  • Uncommon / Rare rewards:
    • 1x Ultimate mystery chest
    • 4x Vote sigil pouches
    • 500x Mystery shards
    • (NEW) Reaver ornament kit
    • Wanderer's amulet
    • Wanderer's ring
    • (NEW) Pet fuse key
       
  • Very Rare rewards:
    • (NEW) Shadowrend stone
    • (NEW) Wanderer's cloth
    • (NEW) Shadowrend ornament kit


Shadowrend Dagger

The Shadowrend dagger can be obtained by enchanting an Abyssal dagger (i) with x25 Bloodchanting stones and a Shadowrend stone.

This upgraded dagger has a special attack that reduces enemy defence by 1-10 and deals 2X damage (in PvM only)

Scythe of Shadowrend

The Scythe of shadowrend can be obtained by enchanting a Scythe of vitur with x25 Bloodchanting stones and a Shadowrend ornament kit.

This scythe has a lowered strength bonus, but attacks at whip speed. 

It also includes a passive effect, granting a 1/6 chance to deal a critical attack in PvM (dealing 2X damage and lowering enemy defence by 1-10 levels)

Wanderer's boots

These boots can be obtained by enchanting Devout boots with x25 Bloodchanting stones and a Wanderer's cloth

These boots grant devout boots stats & effects, while additionally increasing PvM damage by +15% per Wanderer item equipped

Exotic reaver armor

These pieces can be obtained by attaching Reaver top (i) or Reaver legs (i) with a Reaver ornament kit

This will upgrade the reaver set to deal +15% PvM wildy damage per piece (as opposed to the imbued variant's +10%)

Pet fuse key

These keys grant 2x rewards when used with a pet fuse box (works for both enhanced & non-enhanced boxes.

 

Shop adjustments

We've made a variety of adjustments to existing shop items as well:

  • Mystery box cost reduced from 50 to 25
  • Mystery bag cost reduced from 125 to 75
  • Mystery chest cost reduced from 200 to 125
  • Unbound prize key cost reduced from 350 to 150
  • Unbound grand prize key cost reduced from 650 to 250
  • Epic pet mystery box cost reduced from 600 to 450

 

NEW Weekly Gold Raffle

We've added a weekly cash bag raffle, where the winning pot is a Grand promo package!

The fee for one entry is 500 cash bags

Speak with the Raffle host (located at home near the Well of Goodwill, or at ::gamble) to enter for your chance to win!

Tamed Cerberus Adjustments (Dzones)

As some of you may know, we've implemented trackers for gold entering the game (and leaving the game) since November of 2022.

With that being said: We've identified that the amount of cash bags being brought from Tamed cerberuses (particularly with all the bonuses people use) surpasses everything else by a large margin.

However, while its become a necessity to reduce the cash bag drops for Elite+ cerberus, we've implemented new common rewards to make up for the reductions

Elite Cerberus

  • Reduced the cash bag drop from 5 to 2-5
  • Added new Elite prize box (1/5 chance) (stackable, untradeable)
    • Guarantees a common mystery box item
    • Uncommon chance for x1-2 Cerberus sigils (explained further below)
    • Rare chance for a Elite shop certificate (explained further below)
    • Very rare chance for a $10 bond

VIP Cerberus

  • Reduced the cash bag drop from 5-10 to 3-5
  • Added new VIP prize box (1/4 chance) (stackable, untradeable)
    • Guarantees a common mystery box item
    • Uncommon chance for x2 Cerberus sigils
    • Rare chance for a VIP shop certificate
    • Very rare chance for a Mystery ticket

Sponsor Cerberus

  • Reduced the cash bag drop from 10-20 to 5
  • Added new Sponsor prize box (1/3 chance) (stackable, untradeable)
    • Guarantees a common mystery box item
    • Uncommon chance for x2-3 Cerberus sigils
    • Uncommon chance for a Sponsor shop certificate
    • Very rare chance for a Promo Package III

 

To clarify some of the new items added to the zone prize box tables:

Zone shop certificate

Can be redeemed to reset the stock of the respective zone's daily token shop

Cerberus sigils

Doubles loot from Tamed Cerberus kills, with exception to coins and cash bags (consumed on usage)

 

Item Repairing

Certain items (specified further below) will now have a separate, more expensive broken variant when you die while skulled. The broken item will appear with a skull icon next to it, indicating that it was broken while skulled.

We've also made the following adjustments:

  • The following items now have increased repair fees:
    • Wanderer's amulet now breaks on death and requires 1B to repair (2B when skulled)
    • Wanderer's amulet (i) now breaks on death and requires 2.5B to repair (5B when skulled)
    • Wanderer's ring now breaks on death and requires 1B to repair (2B when skulled)
    • Wanderer's ring (i) now breaks on death and requires 2.5B to repair (5B when skulled)
    • Elderblood ring now breaks on death and requires 1B to repair
    • Elderblood ring (i) now breaks on death and requires 2.5B to repair (5B when skulled)
    • Increased fee of Ring of vigour (i) from 500M to 1B
    • Increased fee of Cursed helmet from 200M to 400M (includes mythic, cosmic, and blood-slayer)
    • Increased fee of Cursed platebody from 500M to 1B (includes mythic, cosmic, and blood-slayer)
    • Increased fee of Cursed platelegs from 500M to 1B (includes mythic, cosmic, and blood-slayer) 
    • Increased fee for Enchanted gloves (i) from 1B to 2B (does not include non-imbued)
    • Increased fee for Enchanted boots (i) from 1B to 2B (does not include non-imbued)
    • Increased fee for Blood slayer tentacle from 1B to 2.5B
    • Increased fee for Blood slayer hasta from 1B to 2.5B
    • Increased fee for Ferocious gloves from 250M to 1.5B
    • Increased fee for Infernal cape from 250M to 1.5B
    • Increased fee for all Halos from 500M to 1.5B
       
  • Repair scrolls now have a daily limit of 25 scrolls redeemed/used per day
    • There is now a perk in the Mythic zone shop that will raise the daily limit by +10 for 7 days
    • There is now a perk in the Cosmic zone shop that will raise the daily limit by +15 for 7 days (stackable with the mythic perk)
    • After the limit is reached, repair scrolls in your coffer will no longer be used / prioritized (until the daily timer resets)
    • You can type ::repair at any time to view your current usage limit, and the time until it will be reset.

 

Blood Slayer Beast

We've made the following adjustments to the Blood Slayer Beast drop table:

  • Removed blood essence from the drop table
  • Reduced the chance for Blood relics from 1/2500 to 1/3500
  • Moved the Blood candle to share the same drop table row as the Frost/Lava/Earth relics

 

Donator Badges

Mythic+ players can now right-click "break-down" donator badges into the equivalent amount of vote tickets (that they sell for via shop)

 

Patch Notes

  • Fixed blood wild caskets not dropping in some circumstances, despite having a master+ blood orb
  • Fixed PK tasks requiring you to successfully cast spells (sometimes would not count)
  • Fixed PK tasks requiring you to hit 'x' times with a certain weapon (sometimes would not count)
  • Reduced the PK task (hard/elite) item hit count requirements from 3 to 1 (Ale of the Gods, rubber chicken, snowball)
  • Reduced the PK task (elite) item hit count requirement from 5 to 3 (Nunchaku)
  • Fixed menu entry swapper for a couple pets that did not have the option present
  • Added a warning prompt when using BH teleport on a target that happened to enter an elite wildy boss cavern (Dark Callisto, Vile Venenatis, etc.)
  • Fixed a bug with regular Marauder's gloves having the swift glove proc despite it being reserved for Marauder's (i)
  • Fixed devout boots / enchanted boots (i) restoring prayer without smite or soulsplit on
  • The "Lava dragon" money making daily is now "Lava / Frost dragon" (killing either type now counts as progress)
  • Added a guaranteed 1-2 hunter sigils drop to Cursed mimic, as well as a 1/100 chance for epic pet chest or ult. mystery chest
  • Fixed the "peek" option for the escape cavern entrance
  • Fixed cursed treasures opening with a full inventory
  • Fixed PVM tasks not counting for the Treasure Hunter III achievement
  • Fixed enchanted gloves (i) with the enchanted blood dye
  • Fixed briefcase and guthix d'hide (g) shield not being equippable
  • Fixed imp throwing nets working at all combat levels (intended to be 126 only)
  • Fixed certain rare drops not being announced for King Mythic Dragon
  • Added all dyed variants of egloves/boots to the ::edgepvp restriction list
  • Added the proper stances for dinh's bulwark, so that it will now no longer be shared with granite maul etc. 
  • Fixed issue where superior dzone revenants did not auto-attack upon spawning (due to the player still being "in combat" from the preceding rev)
  • Fixed visual bug where the price shown on chat box does not match the price on the shop interface
  • Added a damage to cap for Cosmic whip in PvP
  • Fixed issues with dzone cerberus reset timers
