lost acc but have the email and transaction ids for donations iv done in the past

hello, iv just recently came back after 3 years and i lost my acc info but i have the email and trasaction ids from the donations i have done in the past on to the acc. i messaged goodmunch about iit and he said no one has got back to him on it. iv now gotton decently far on a new acc but it would be nice to have my vip acc back or atleast the funds i donatede on the acc transfured to my new account, 1 shot. i can give any info regarding the transactions and would love to donate in the future but not if i cant get my already paid for status. it would be much appriciated if you could do this for me. thanks in advance
