unknown ban?

i wanted to log in the other day and discovered i had been banned, i have not received a message from the staff team or been jailed before i saw my acc was banned, last time i was jailed for something was for been toxic or something like that, ill like to know for which reason i got banned or what the f word has happened to my account, tried to contact the staff team over discord but no answer.
