Bgs (or) does not increase damage

Hi, Bandos godsword (or) does not in fact give any more damage on spec or normal hits than regular counterpart. Hidden accuracy bonus might be there, but I'd appreciate if its double checked too. Might also be that the damage cap has not been raised which I'd find weird since ags (or) and claws (or) have it raised.
