The player j4ds arrows should not be trusted:

Before i asked if any one could do gfx, he pmed me asking what i needed. I told him i wanted an overlay for my twitch stream, told him i'd pay him 10b.

So agree'd and i gave him 10b in advance, while he was doing the work he asked if he could borrow my Ele staff for a rushing video.

Ofc i said alright trusting this guy.

He then told me he lost it pking and he would donate to get me a new one..

I thought it was fishy and checked his inventory and guess what was kicking there? Yes that's right a dds, So i pmed ramzi and asked him to check where my ele staff went.

Ramzi then replied that he staked it away.... HE STAKED MY DAMN ELE STAFF ON ME AND THE 10b! I was so damn pissed at this point i wanted to ban him right on the spot, but i calmed down and decided to give him a chance. I was like "Alright, i'll give you one chance if you make me the gfx i want! this means the overlay and i want a twitch and yt banner" he agree'd

So time passes and we keep chatting then i ask him where that boarder was because we agree'd that he'd repay me 8b and a yt/twitch banner and we'd be even!

Im pissed at this point, and told him im not paying for shit he's going to give away.

 

Now he's calling me a scammer, Note that i have not received the new banner with the character, nor do i want it anymore for this shit he's done he's not worth trusting at all.

 

P.s before anyone goes saying it's rwt, i have permission to pay for gfx for my yt and twitch.

Pretty sure it's a rule in the service industry to not work on something for someone and then give it out for free to someone else, especially if it is intended to be original

omfg this is all wrong - Okay litteraly this holyjordyn scammed me. He wanted me to make him a profile picture of his ingame character i litteraly worked 12 hours straight all night long as i finished the following morning he told me not to work on this project as it was to late therefor; YOU SCAMMED ME HOLYJORDYN

Lmao you didn't even gave him what he asked exactly he wanted the same Charcter with Sam's wings do you see the same Character with Sam's wings? becuase I don't, I have no idea what you're trying but I hate pepole like you who you can't trust on he lent you his Elemental staff and payed 10b before you even done your job and you went and gambled it then coming back with stupid excuses you should be banned or something.

In all honesty, he should've been a bit more specific with what was being done. You gave him 10b in advanced for a banner etc. You asked for sams wings to be featured within the banner, and he didn't even consider it. J4ds clearly knew you wanted a custom gfx, and I also understand that he gave you basically something he had already made, again it was not specified by either party. You simply asked for a banner/gfx to be made, and he took a template he had made/maybe stolen (we cannot be sure), and added your name to it.

 

By lending him an item of yours, he is at fault for the loss of the item. If he had been truthful about it, the outcome may have been different, but I can see why you're upset about the cash you've lost and the items that have practically been stolen; He lied throughout, and wasn't very honest.

 

Overall

 

You obviously assumed that he was going to create you a brand new custom banner, he did what most businesses would do. It's about making money in as little time as possible. He took your money and items, took his template, slapped your name on it and gave you it.

 

He's at fault, I'd recommend giving him a punishment for practically being fraudulent against you.

 

He's very much in the wrong for being clever and attempting to "cheapskate" you of what should've been fair hard work. He took advantage of the fact you have quite a valuable bank, and stole from you.

 

Apologies for making this so long. I also apologise if it makes little sense, I'm running on about 3 hours sleep over the course of 3 days.
