Summer Event Changes

  • Added token earnings for regular PKing (outside of beginner zone)
    • You receive 75-150 tokens per eligible player kill
    • Hotspot kills grant a +50 token bonus on top of that!
       
  • Fixed the solar / lunar set effect with their respective staves
     
  • Shortened the Summer Brawl timer to 30 mins instead of one hour
     
  • Solar behemoth pet now has overhead icons indicating which phase it is in
     
  • NEW Pet fusion: Unholy Behemoth Pet
    • Costs: 3x Solar behemoths50x Prayer spirit pets, 50x Blood diamonds
       
    • This is is considerably the most powerful smite pet, and will be the last one we release for quite a while (we've had plenty of smite pets lately 😂)
       
    • Improves behemoth pets by +100%, and smites your opponent based on damage dealt (stacks with smite prayers) for each phase
      • 1st phase: Increases accuracy by +30% and smites for 1/6 of damage dealt
      • 2nd phaseIncreases defence by +30% and smites for 1/5 of damage dealt
      • 3rd phase: Increases damage by +20% and smites for 1/4 of damage dealt
         
    • Additionally, this fused version of the behemoth pet will reset after you're out of combat for 20+ seconds (as opposed to the solar behemoth at 10+ seconds)

Gameplay Changes & QoLs
 

  • PvP Tracker System
    • Your 1v1 fights (singles) will now track data on certain metric, such as:
      • Amount of times you & your opponent had up the correct protection prayers vs. the total hits
      • Amount of times you & your opponent successfully casted a spell (not splashed) vs. total spell casts
      • The amount of damage you dealt vs. your opponent

         
    • There are two different ways to view the PvP tracker, one of which being in-game (::pvptracker)

    • Ideally, players with the "Magic" panel enabled might be able to collect footage during fluke incidents in a 1v1 fight
      • With footage reported to us, the dev team may be able to pinpoint root flaws / issues in our magic formula

         
    • This setting can be toggled entirely off, or customized via dialogue options (type ::pvptracker in-game)

    • If you are not a fan of having this overlay on your screen, the same PvP tracker information is also displayed on your client's side panel

    • We hope to make improvements to this feature when time permits (statistics on "deserved RNG", better displays, etc.)

       
  • World Tournament Styles
     
    • We have updated the Max STR tourney loadout with a more fitting setup!

    • In addition, we've also added a NEW tournament type: NH Pure!

  • Loadout System
     
    • You can now delete the "Main loadouts" folder in your loadout menu!
       
    • In addition, we've added new features for sorting.. You can now move folders up/down their list, (as well as loadouts within the folders) too!

  • Combat / Equipment Changes
    • Tormented bracelet (or) now grants +1 hit cap bonus for magic spells

    • Made some adjustments to melee pathing, so your player won't stop attacking your target while following/running right behind them

    • Healing from non-consumables (things such as soulsplit, health leech spells/items, etc.) can no longer exceed 99 from gear HP boosts like Tektonic

    • Malevolent sword special attack now disables your opponent's elysian spirit shield effect for the next 30 hits.

      • This disabling effect can stack up to 2X (60 hits)

    • DDS spec damage cap is now 85 if you have 115+ strength bonus (adequate strength bonus grants you the original cap of 90)

    • Nightmare staff (volatile) special attack has received similar treatment, more-so to reward setups with better gear:

      • Base max hit cap reduced from 80 to 78

      • If you have 185+ magic attack bonus your cap is 80

      • If you have 200+ magic attack bonus your cap is 82

      • If you have a Tome of fire (i) equipped you gain +2 cap bonus

    • Inquisitor armor defence level requirement reduced to 25, but (as a balance) Inquisitor armor will now have lowered defensive stats if you equip it with less than a 99 defence level

    • Blood slayer staff now has magic damage % equivalent to toxic staff of the dead (+10%)

    • Reduced blood seers ring magic attack accuracy from +12 to +10

    • Reduced the magic and range attack bonus for Neitiznot faceguard from +10 to +0

    • Reduced the magic and range attack bonus for Blood neitiznot faceguard from +10 to +5

  • Miscellaneous changes / additions

    • Improved totem rate for demon spawns (Revenant Caves) from 1/30 to 1/10

    • Changed the bloodcore lottery timer to 24 hours instead of 48

    • Death loot piles are now properly ordered by item value

      • Keep in mind that currency drops such as BM will stack above the death drop loot!

    • Increased the Swift bow death protection value (it was way too low)

    • Reduced the Inquisitor faceguard protection value (so it no longer protects over the chest and legs)

    • Added blood relics to the bloodcore pool for 7,500 tokens

    • Improved the chest reward tables in the LMS minigame (including a volatile staff in the keyed chest reward table)

    • Added some more QoL tp commands for wilderness locations:

      • ::nm for Nightmare

      • ::vet for Vet'ion

      • ::ven for Venenatis

      • ::cal for Callisto

      • ::sco for Scorpio

    • Added ::pets which links to Kellatha's pet guide (::topic 17959)

    • Added ::perks which links to Kellatha's donator perk guide (::topic 7791)

    • Added ::gear which links to Kellatha's gear guide (::topic 17308)

    • Added ::capalot for our new YouTuber, CapolotRSPS!

  • Bug Fixes:

    • Fixed an issue where Zulrah and Abyssal Sire teleports were claimed to be full when attempting to enter

    • Removed the "Has scroll" message from claws spec

    • Fixed the typo on the inventory hover of seasonal scrolls (says "Halloween")

    • Fixed the death protection value of swift blow (it was far too low)

    • Fixed an issue with the blood pool store discount when attempting to buy more of an item quantity than you can afford

Looks good, good work Ryan. Hopefully I can get in on the event before it's over! Appeal has been pending for almost a month. ;)

Second! I've to admit, I really like the idea of having a new pet fuse that will be quite exclusive since it is the strongest smite pet in-game. Thanks for the update!
