In my eyes you seem very latched onto the role of getting staff that your portraying yourself as a 'Staff Hunter' and you are very young and you do seem to of not matured to the age where you can understand fundamentals of staff and how patience is key as well as helping people without the need of yelling "Pm me for help or come to ::help".
