Ryan 315 Posted July 25, 2020 Summer Event Improvements: Event lottery system Added a new "event lottery" where you can enter for summer gems, for a chance to win rare & valuable prizes! This current lottery will run until August 1st, 2020 which is when a random entry will be drawn for a winner. You can purchase more than one entry, which increases your chances of winning! We may host more event lotteries in this event, and in future events! Soaker weapons The soaker weapons will now fire stronger single shots against Summer elementals, rather than the low damage rapid fire mechanic The mega-soaker fires faster and stronger, but now degrade into a normal super-soaker after 100 hits Although they're now degradeable, the mega-soaker should now provide even more summer elemental kill potential than before! Mega-soakers now have a 1/50 chance to drop now that they're degradeable Event treasures Larran's chest and raids chest will now directly give you rewards from the bandit drop table (w/ slightly more gems) rather than spawn a bandit This is not only more convenient, but also prevents unfair "boxing" of the bandit NPCs at Larran's Other / Miscellaneous Improved drop table for summer bandits Slightly improved the common drop table for Lunar and Solar demon Fixed bug where the solar berserker pet did not receive any strength bonus Solar berserker pet now provides +15% strength (5% better than the standard blood berserker pet) Lunar phoenix pet now provides +5 ranged strength bonus Summer elementals now give hunter experience Patch Notes: Combat improvements / Fixes Magic formula Made improvements to the accuracy with BiS magic gear (less splashing if you have BiS) Fixed issues with the re-freeze timer Fixed graphical issues with splashing where two splashes would appear at once Reduced the base max hit for Blood sanguinesti (e) staff special attack, requiring you to now have decent magic bonus to reach the 80 (40-40) max hit (Prior to this update, you'd have a max hit of 80 even without gear) Melee formula Made improvements to the defensive properties of expensive tank gear This is a subtle change, and should slightly reduce frequency of high (80+) melee hits against Justiciar, Torva, etc. Other / Misc Fixed issue with D2H & Dinh's bulwark special attack, which would disregard the combat level difference of your opponent Improved crush bonus of Malevolent maul to match Elder maul (raised to +215) Cursed bounty hunter shop Removed the $5.00 bond from the store Removed the Mystery chest from the store Added $20.00 bonds for 15M cursed bounties each Added Blood chests for 25M cursed bounties each Reduced epic pet mystery box price from 50M to 15,000,000 cursed bounties each (Original price was far higher than the market value of bounties) Blood obelisks (blood slayer) Bosses will no longer immediately spawn from blood obelisks There is now a few seconds of delay with an animation, which prevents unfair usage of obelisks for "boxing" to avoid PvP fights Bosses will no longer aggro the player after spawning (you are now required to attack them first) This will also prevent unfair usage of obelisks for boxing Increased time required out of PvP combat from 10 seconds to 20 seconds before being able to spawn a boss Gameplay changes Spawning items is now restricted in the safe spot tile inside of the risk fight arena Risky rick's store is now a regular shop, allowing you to purchase blood orbs in different quantities You can now dip noted items in the blood fountain, making it easier to create higher quantities of blood items This includes blood whips, dbows, c'bows, staves, capes, recoil rings, and dagannoth rings Reduced the bolt drop frequency via Rune dragons Reduced the base max hit for Blood sanguinesti (e) staff special attack, requiring you to now have decent magic bonus to reach the 80 (40-40) max hit (Prior to this update, you'd have a max hit of 80 even without gear) Solarlight now deals bonus damage against Vorkath (since it's also considered an undead creature) PK bots no longer drop unintended "collected" items from their virtual inventory (such as summer gems from their kills, etc.) Easter halo now requires level 40 defence to equip Added a max hit dummy to ::edgepvp Restricted Champion's crown from ::edgepvp Bug fixes Fixed the "lure" option appearing on Summer elementals when your NPC attack options are disabled Fixed protection values for Lunarlight and Solarlight swords Fixed a bug that gave god halos more of an accuracy + damage boost than intended when wearing their respective god type gear pieces Fixed a bug that caused you to lose untradeable pets when red skulled Fixed a bug that allowed you to bring restricted capes to ::edgepvp by binding it to a Slaughter cape Fixed visual bugs with certain textured items (such as lunar hide) in conjunction with other items or player skins Fixed texture color for Champion's crown Fixed max hit dummy being recognized as an NPC for certain special attack max hits (such as DHL, which showed the uncapped max hit) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

There was no balance. Really nigga? new mouse for better mage accuracy? Yeh you defo ain't a pker lmao.
