Well usually they ask for mod,admin,owners email, or skype!!! i think you should make post in this forum, so ppl cant get you emails and skypes, from thereselfs!!! coz everyone dont have them, expect new ppls!! I can not open myself up to risk from DDoS attacks by giving my Skype out, or clutter/spam my personal email for game related problems. The best way to get ahold of a staff member is to first, check in-game for online staff, if none are on use the forums. Try the Chatbox, PMing a staff member via forums, and of course making a thread about the problem.
