hello I haven’t been able to explain myself so here I go.. Y’all can say I’m a bad member of the community all you want but I haven’t been treated correctly by the community. ie.(harassment/flaming) im really a good guy and actually helpful to players/newcomers i don’t know why I have so many infractions on my account when clearly I have never had much of warnings besides the RWT situation which I was handled by BSouth and I confessed and it was handled. let me start by saying I never made any REPORTS of bug abuse/accused anyone (Only joked about it because someone got glitched out during the tournament; and couldn’t participate) secondly I have been trying to dispute a donation issue with you guys for over a month now is the reason I have been on yell kind of aggravated and people just flame/harass me with their opinions where it shouldn’t be. All of the strikes I see, a warning was never issued except for the (RWT) I owned up and confessed/handled that with BSouth I played y’all servers daily for quite some time.. I also donate Legitly but it seems you only see what you want. again I have been flamed/harassed since the day I started playing your server. i have tried to remain calm about the donation issue but that is my hard earned money and when trying to dispute something and continually am flamed about it, sure I get aggravated and might swear a word or two. but I feel like I should get at least one more chance to redeem myself

Hey All, As a few of you know, I was hacked for around 22t in items and cash on April 1st by someone who got my password from Ikov's database. Raiden immediately jailed my account (praise be unto him) but not before they managed to get 99% of my stuff off the account. Goobymunch immediately found my 2 shade genies + my celestial Yoshi and some other items totalling around 7-7.5t. A few days ago, Goobymunch messaged me saying he had found the other items (minus a few things including a malevolent axe) and they had been liquidated on the TP into 10.4t cash. I have been waiting since April 1st to be able to play the game since I have no gear at all, while all of my cash and items are being held. Apparently there was another account that got hacked and there was a worry that it was hard to determine whose items were whose. This is solved simply but looking at existing items, looking at the trade logs and matching them up to each account. If items are missing then look at the TP logs and determine what was sold. It is not a process that takes an entire week to figure out. I have screenshots of items from gooby that he told me are 100% mine, and that my full crestbearer was sold on the TP for 2.8t cash (so automatically we know that 2 shade genies, 1 celestial Yoshi, and a minimum of 2.8t cash are mine) leaving 7.6t in cash to be figured out along with some smaller items. It is now April 7th and I have been ignored for 3 days, and the last answer that I got was "nothing yet, seems like something might be wrong with ramzi irl" , and then radio silence. You guys do good work, and I know you have a lot on your plates but I need some kind of ETA on when I'm going to get my items back because I literally cannot play until you decide its time to release them from the hacker's account. At this point im wondering if I should just give up and move on to a different server, which I really don't want to do because honestly this is the best one out there. Hello Dear Moderators Name: Immortal4310 Time: yesterday Staff who banned me: Bowflexxx Punishment: Ipban rule I broke: none, another person in my family got ip banned two years ago and now I got banned coz theyve seen that the name was on my old IP I guess. All other infos down below. Today my account named Immortal4310 got Ip banned for something I didnt even do. about two years ago my brother got our old IP, IP banned and he still didnt told me why. since some months I was playing without any issues or trouble. Even talked with moderators about stuff and so on. Today I just asked a simple question to a moderator if he was able to check if someone played on my account, ( coz I was missing some items. ) some minutes after I got IP banned and told on discord to write an Appeal I dont even think is necessary coz Im not even the person that got banned years ago. I am sorry for my english its not my mother tongue. I hope theres a quick way to fix this and have a nice day folks, whoever is reading this c-: Reuploadet appeal coz it was wrong, got original written at monday this week.
