Hey man, what is a Microsoft Computer? Are you referring to your Windows Operating System? Can you post a screenshot of the error? Maybe it helps deleting the whole Spawnpk folder which is probably located under: C:\Users\{yourname}\.spawnpk And then re-download / re-install the client.
