debatable preferences id like if you note that your application is a little on a poor side of context. but I hope they can overlook it and see what you can do. another thing age can be a factor but not a priority ages 20+ are typically a more mature standpoint for being hire. But experience is key and I see you have used this server or at least created this account 6 months ago this year. supporting the server and taking on a active spot to be there on call are two different things I hope you dedicate your time and continue as progressive as possable
