Hello, I've asked a few times ingame and once in forums and have got the same result (wait for staff to reply). I had Scooby submit a recovery for me almost 4 or so days ago with supplied city/country ect and was willing to give more information for proof of ownership of Bald Woman. I am still yet to be given a new pin or have any sort of help beyond that. may I get this sorted so I can continue to play the game, otherwise I am just going to delete the game again and move on. I'm done causing nothing but excessive verbal abuse towards players and ragging any player for longs periods of time. The community is boring, and some staff members are as useless as a 1 armed banjo player.. Also I am still awaiting to be unbanned but due to my nature of abuse towards staff, I guess they don't have the time to type ::unban Bald Woman. So CBF to wait any longer. The game has no longer interest me and I am bored of the same players and the same staff hunting crap I see when I am online. It has been an enjoyable 2 years since I had joined and ruined some of the community members time and lives. Thanks to all the good fellas who I've shared memories with and bonded over ragging players. My question is to the staff team. What is the point in enforcing all these rules, and punishing players the second they break the rule. But we have a certain staff member (Jordyn) who is abusing his powers @ Edgeville pking. Going invisible using his hide command and then rushing players and hiding again. It's abusing a power and is an unfair advantage towards the players. Nothing better than hypocritical staff member I would like this to be dealt with!

As a staff member, I believe it's your duty to enforce rules not only fairly, but clearly. Wether that be in a stern warning or a higher punishment, I will treat each player as equal. I've had many experiences where players may think just because they are friends with a staff member and everything, they can get away with things that a regular player may not get away with. I've read the "Requirements" and believe I suit all of them, I can work well with the community and I will give my 110% best at providing any assistance and be my utmost active online and honest/reliable as I can be. How will the benefit any of the server, other than the player with the Rank? I understand it could promote players etc, but really, it is going to do little to nothing. I admire the time and effort you put into this.. But it doesn't do much. We should be looking at things we can add for all the community to get into and enjoy.

You are a example of staff hunt, You only sit in game with auto typer on and spamming yell for help. And that format that has been set out, it's copied off Fatality. Though this is a well thought out application, you are only here for staff and nothing else.

Just because you can limit the amount of items that are in a server, does not give any reason to why you should be apart of the staff team. 90% of people only somewhat would back you in this application is because you buy their support, You are only known as the player who gives out items and is rich. Your application is as poor as the last one you made, It shows nothing to why you really should be considered a staff spot, other than you can help a player with such things, no one cares that you have a large bank and that you'r "Trying" to limit the eco. Quite frankly, you are hoarding the junk of the server, I have seen plenty of players with a whole inventory of the rare stuff, and I believe that's enough to impact the eco. You've not mentioned any experiences in within the staff team, nor the REAL benefits you can bring to the team. You shun down the "less" fortunate players for being not as rich as you and you are constantly on this high of you think because you got money, you're better than us. I personally think Dracula, your so called "Grammar" is quite poor, and in recent encounters with you, YOU couldn't even spell correctly nor construct a decent sentence for me to understand. The donator shop should be completely removed, and re-added with full range of Vesta, Statuis, Morigans, Zuriels etc. The bloody money store is useless, so why not add Divines/Korassi's etc into it and remove them from the donation shop.

Evening all, As most of the staff team and a few members of the Community are aware. I've been pushing for a better rule lay out, which explains a more in-depth rule and punishment for a Ban/Mute/Jail etc. I believe adding this new format into the rules, It will eliminate any players accusing the staff member with a unfair punishment, for example: A staff may mute/ban/jail a player for a much longer time than they actually deserved. They may accuse the staff of "favoritism" as one staff member may punish a player for longer period of time than another player on the same offence. Adding in this format, it sets a pretty good foundation with the rules and how player(s) should be punished accordingly. The time/punishments that are added under each rule is not official nor is it correct. I have used this as a example. Feel free to discuss between each other and if should be implemented in the new rules. This example listed what each offence means and how long each offence should be carried out. It includes warnings and how long you will carry out each offences. I have included forums into the rules as well. I added forums because you also should be punished for certain things on Forums. (Adding a forum moderator would be great). NOTE: NOT ALL RULES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS AND THERE MAYBE A NEW RULE ADDED FOR YOUR DISCUSSION ON WEATHER IT SHOULD BE ADDED OR NOT! 1) - Spamming: Forums: Creating meaningless messages or posts outside the spam section is not allowed. One-word replies also apply to this rule. This should be rather obvious. You know if you are contributing to the thread, or if you are purely adding content for attention. This would include threads directed to other members. If anything in the title is directed to only one person then you should rethink posting it and just pm the user. Ingame: Spamming via chatbox or yell is prohibited. Using an autotyper that goes less than 8 seconds is considered spamming. 1 Warning-->24 Hour mute-->If Continued 48 hour mute. Or depending on the situation at hand. 2) - Excessive Swearing/Flaming Use of cuss words excessively will not be tolerated, we also have young members on this game. Small amounts of flame is acceptable (to a certain degree). Staff team may warn you to take further misgivings to the appropriate sections and any further actions will result in punishment 1. Warning-->48 Hour mute-->If Continued 24 Hour Ban. 3) - Harassment: Trolling or belittling users excessively is counted as harassment and WILL NOT BE TOLERATED This includes Race, Sexuality, Gender, etc. (Staff can tell when flame is serious or banter, be wary as each own opinions are different..) There are areas for this and the forum should be welcoming for everyone. No one should feel intimidated to post or be a part of our community. -This includes in game. 1 Warning-->24 Hour mute->If Continued 48 Hour mute. 4) - Punishment threads: (new rule) Making a thread about a previous Infraction/warning/ban in any section other than appeals will lead you to get further punishment. -If you were perm banned or banned though ingame you may make ONE account to post ONE appeal thread or private message a staff member. -Any ban evading or posting elsewhere will result in a void of your appeal and further punishment. Ramifications are in place for a reason. Don't think ban evading is acceptable. (If you feel that your infractions ban was biased, unfair or in any other way abusive, do NOT flame the staff member or complain. INSTEAD contact an admin or any higher ranking staff member.) 1 Warning-->24 Hour Ban--> If Continued 48 Hour ban. 5) - Staff Disrespect: Disrespecting a member of our staff team or player assistants will not be tolerated, they're here to help you. This especially applies to any flaming as a result of someone punishing/infracting you. You know what is acceptable and what is offensive. Please think before you say and do. 1 Warning-->24 If Continued 48 Hour Ban 7) - Real World Trading: Offering to buy/sell anything in real life for items/currency/services in SpawnPk isn't allowed. NOTE: chat logs and be easily accessible upon request, So do not take the risk! No Warning-->Permanent Ban. (If you are just yelling it as a joke you will be muted and the second time we will just assume you're serious about it) 8) - Scamming: Item swapping, intentionally misleading or in any other way causing deception while trading will be not be allowed. Trades should be fair and pain free. This includes lying or taking an unfair advantage as well. TRUST TRADES ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. If you "lend" something to someone, understand this is at your OWN risk. No refunds or punishments will be given. No Warning-->168 hour ban-->Perm Ban 9) - Botting/Macroing: Using any type of auto clicker or Macro type software to help thieve or do anything that helps you get money, it is obviously not allowed. No Warning-->Permanent Ban. 10) - Bug Abuse: Attempting to abuse a known bug/glitch on either the forum or server will result in your account being banned. This is a 0 tolerance rule. Just because it exists and it is exploitable, does NOT mean you are entitled to an unfair advantage. If you encounter a bug, report it on the forums under "report bug" section, Or if there is a staff member that is active please report. If you see or know of players abusing, please report them with as much proof as you can in the "report player" section. No Warning-->PERMAMENT BAN. 11) - Account Sharing: If you choose to share your account and the person you share it with changes the password, there is nothing we can do. If you don't trust the person enough to share the account, don't do it. Note: As there is no rule on account sharing, I have included this in the rules section for future reference if you do wish to share an account(s) 12) - Discrimination: Discriminating a member based on their age, race, sexual preference, disabilities or any other relevant topics will not be tolerated. This falls under the same category as harassment and flaming. 1 warning -->168 hour mute. 13) - Staff/Dice rank Impersonation: Attempting to fool a member in to thinking you're a member of staff or a dice rank is not allowed and creating an account with the username similar to a staff/Dice member will not be tolerated. Do not imply, announce or in any other way attempt to lie or mislead about a staff/dice position. 1 Warning-->48 Hour Jail-->Perm Ban. 14) - Inappropriate Content: Posting content such as pornography, gore or linking illegal downloads such as torrents is not tolerated under any circumstances. If you really feel the need to link or discuss such things, please take it to Skype or other contact. The last thing we would want is to get into trouble over a member sharing illegal or inappropriate content. Please don't put everyone at risk. 1 Warning-->Permanent Ban. 15) - DDoSing Members: DDoSing members or threatening to do so will not be tolerated and will result in a banishment without warning. This is a very serious rule and even threatening to do so out of jest will not be tolerated. This includes "Nice net" or "Nice ip (with the ip or partial ip with it)". No Warning-->Permanent Ban. 17) - Ban Evasion: Using other accounts to evade a banishment given to you by a member of staff. All banishments are to be fully served before you can be re-accepted into SpawnPk. (Does not apply to Permanent Bans). Please refer to rule #4 for clarification on appeals and punishment threads. No Warning-->Permanent Ban Including a ban on the other accounts. 18) - Gravedigging: (new rule) Gravedigging or bumping old posts is not acceptable. This includes threads that have been last commented on longer than a month ago. This rule applies everywhere. Anywhere on the forum, if the thread is old and gone, leave it be. 2 Warning(s)-->24 Hour Ban 19) - IP Ban Evasion: Evading an account or IP banishment will cause both accounts to be permanently banned. You are only allowed to post an appeal, not converse with any user via PM or Shoutbox. Refer to rules #4 and #17 . No Warning--> Ban on both accounts and UID ban. 20) - Advertising: Advertising another server or anything similar that may damage our playerbase is not allowed under ANY circumstances. You may not advertise on other servers either as that attracts negative attention towards SpawnPK may attract malicious intent. This is considered a SERIOUS offense and will not be taken lightly. No Warning-->IP Ban. 21) - Luring: Every form of luring is allowed on SpawnPk, it's a part of the game. But what's not allowed is luring over yell or the Help CC, and that could be stuff like "come to certain area we are having a drop ", etc. This also includes asking for help from a moderator via yell when you're in wild. Warning-->4 Hour Mute-->24 Hour Mute. 22) - Exposing Personal Information: (new rule) This should be self explanatory. Don't put anyone else's information out there, and don't do anything to other people that you wouldn't want to happen to yourself. This includes Skypes, IP Addresses, home addresses, E-Mail Addresses, workplaces and so forth. Warning-->12 Hour Mute-->24 Hour Mute. Or depending on the information at hand. 23)- PKP Farming. PKP Farming is against the rules. It's not fair to legitimate players to use an illegal method to obtain wealth over others. See Rule 10, Bug Abuse. This rule should be a given and not have to be explained to you. No Warning-->Permanent Ban. PLEASE NOTE: These rules are not to used future reference, this is a pure example on what the new rules should look like. Feel free to talk with each other in regards to this post.
