  1. Region Update / Aesthetics

    Now this is something I have been requesting for quite literally 4 years and ongoing. I feel like Spawn Pk could definitely do with a Region update/overhaul. By this I mean things like adding ground textures, updated regions/mapping. Spawn Pk's regions just feel so incomplete. No-clipping is a big issue, as well as pathing. Not that a region update will completely fix this, but it would be a start to correcting these issues. Things like the wilderness ditch, recourse arena, and just general wilderness update. It would just keep Spawn Pk up-to-date with current times and other servers.

     

    In terms of Aesthetics, I'm talking Home (Edgeville). Ryan has the ability to work with customs, interfaces and materials. I'm not talking about adding random objects all over the place. But nicely positioned objects to make home feel more 'comfy'. It's currently very bland, and rather basic with a few tweaks. This is only something small, but makes the game look more inviting. 

     

    Donator Zone(s)

    I feel donator zones could do with an overhaul as well. Regular Donator Zone and the Elite Donator Zone look great- after that, like what the actual is going on? These where definitely rushed. Although the higher tier zones do have some incredible content (in terms of money making) they just look horrid. I feel some time should be spent on these and spruce them up a bit. I'm not going to say whether they do or don't need more content, but something more then a bank, trading post on a Spawn Orb would be a good start.

    I do like RuneX's content where performing activies (Skilling/PvMing) grants Tickets/Tokens which can be exchanged for a shop full of items. I believe Mythic has this ability, why not to a lesser or different scale for at least the VIP+ ranks. I'll leave this up to the community to suggest said shop items.

     

    Money Making Dailies

    As Daily Money Making Activities is something that's suggested to new players starting out, why don't we re-vamp them? 9/10 of the rewards are pretty much the same- and quite bland. Let's add some more? 

    Just to name a few:

    1. Chambers of Xeric Daily

    2. Blood Slayer Daily

    3. Bounty Hunter Daily

    4. Rogues' Chest Daily

     

    Teleport to Target/Target Skipping

    Currently, players are able to skip their Bounty Hunter Targets instantly. I'm talking before you can even register who your target is. This is quite frusturating as Target hunters can go through 20+ teleport tabs just to obtain a Tier 10 emblem- simply because of the amount of insta-skipping players there are. I know this will cop some hate as PvMers don't feel its fair they're getting pked in the wilderness, but hey, it's 2021, time to harden up. As they animation and everything takes a fair few seconds to register and complete, a delay of 5 seconds would be nice before you're able to skip your Bounty Hunter Target.

     

    World Event (Wilderness Stone)

    This could work similar too the Oldschool Runescape Shooting Star system. The Wilderness Stone would crash somewhere within the wilderness. Players can mine this stone in return will be rewarded. Each successful mine could grant "X" amount of wilderness shards. These shards could be exchanged for a potential random reward through a NPC roaming the wilderness. I will leave the rewards suggestions up to community feedback. In addition, you could also create a new blood perk that grants slightly more shards per mine, things like infernal pickaxe could have a chance at doubling shards etc.

    This is all I will add for the time being. I'll update this list as I go, feel free to provide feedback and your own suggestions.


  2. I think considering the value of the Granite Maul (or) being average 5B, it's pretty well balanced. I don't believe it needs any attention as certain pets can make it quite overpowered.


  3. I love the concept of this idea. High Risk vs High Reward is something Spawn Pk definitely lacks. The only thing we have similar to this is Cursed Bounty Hunter (which isn't even that much of a risk vs reward).

    I'm sure Ryan will have a way to implement this in a fair yet stable way. Would love to see something of this nature.

    @Ryan definitely worth consideration.


  4. I couldn't recommend an exact use for these Rabbits Feet, but I think letting them just sit in the bank would be a waste. A way to exchange them singly or in a bunch would be nice, as I know a lot of players have stacks of these from the event.

    Em's a very respectful player, never see any trouble from him. Always doing what he can, helping players, and is a very good peace-keeper.

    He would be a great role model and staff member. Can't wait to see you staff Em <3

    5. Average amount of gameplay hours per day: Mostly 6+ hours. Scattered morning/night hours.

    6. Why you should receive the position?: I was previously a staff member (Server Support through to Super Moderator) going back some time now. I received this rank via mainly my work on forums helping players with client difficulties, as well as my help ingame. Although I don't 'advertise' my help as such players would expect (via ::yell / cc etc) I do offer help when needed. Mostly sitting in the Help cc helping on the side where possible, much like I did all those years back. I know a lot about the game, as well as the client which I see as a big benefit for Spawn Pk. Happy to earn my ranks starting at server support if that's the most suitable option. Would like to get back into this type of position as I really enjoyed it, however felt I had to resign due to personal life circumstances (I was building a house at this point in time and didn't have a lot of time left for Spawn Pk). I'm however back now playing mostly 6+ hours a day. I also feel my timezone being different to most other playing is a big advantage ensure there's always at least one staff member on for  most/all timezones.

  8. Autokeep items are fucking ridiculous. One or two was okay, Ryan went over board with BIS autokeeps and he's now realised that it isn't healthy. The cost of repairing is the least he can do.

    Blowpipe was pathetic as fuck before the nerf, Blowpipe rushing was the meta...


  9. Ryan needs to stop implementing custom items. I've addressed my concern to Ryan and his comment made me believe that he's now more aware. 

    I get that there is a portion of the community that does want these types of updates, however (from my perspective) they're just damaging Spawn Pk. 

    Though when writing a thread, it's best to explain things clearly. I got lost not even half way through your post and your last paragraph-looking thing was a total mess. The clearer you write the further you will get.

    8. Again a problem with this one as the rune pouch is a bit iffy the way you suggested it.

    The Rune Pouch is meant to only store 3 Runes. On this server it stores every single rune (simply enabling you to cast any spell at the cost of one inventory space. It's just quite overpowered. 

     

    Teleblock & Entangle require 6 runes (5 with combination runes). This would mean it should require 2 or 3 inventory spaces, if you add flames of zamorak into this equation aswell this would require an additional three inventory space (two worth combination runes). 

     

    It's simply quality of life, I just think it's OP to have every single rune given to you for the cost of one inventory space, as previously stated. 

     

    I'm not saying runes should be unspawnable, but you should only be able to store three runes at a time in the pouch.

     

    Hopefully that clears this all up. 


  11. 1.Target hunting needs some more attraction

    • Plenty of ways you can go about this- remove Fire Cape, Barrow Gloves, Void, Dragon Defender (etc) from the spawnable menu and add them into the store as an untradeable (Repair on death). This would make more sense, however if there's an objection to this (I guess as these items are already flooded through the game), add something that is more cosmetically appealing. Coloured whips/Dark Bows, Helm of Neitiznot (e), Dragon Boots (or), Teleport to target, (removing from spawn menu). Have these as untradeable & have to be repaired on death (with no stat boosts aside from the Helm of Neitiznot). Flows some GP to the pkers, gives more incentive to kill targets, the shop has always been weak and unattractive in my opinion.
    • Emblems should ALWAYS be dropped on death and given to the killing opponent - this is how it is on OSRS and works best.

    2.Add Veteran Rank (credit to @Sean)

    • Simply a rank for players who have been with Spawn Pk for a period of time. Simple little crown/icon, different yell colour/title, maybe a cape or something. No commands or anything, harmless addition that would be quite nice to see.

    3.Map Region Update

    • Not going to explain this, Ryan knows what I mean by this. I think this update would be a nice attraction, we are quite behind in that sense.

    4.Add Player-owned houses (I think this was on one of @Phenomenon's threads)

    • Player-owned houses would suit Spawn Pk. It's already on RuneX so I don't see this being an issue. Can operate the same way, altars, pools, rooms, all that. Again another piece of content Spawn Pk is very behind on. Potential money sink for the server.

    5.Teleport to Target

    • Teleport to target was a great addition. As mentioned above, I believe this belongs in the Emblem Bounty Store. Also, before you teleport to your target, you should get a warning in-game asking if you wish to teleport to your target, as well as being advised whether this player is in a multi or single combat zone.

    6.Elemental C'bow

    • This bow should be one tick slower.
    • The special attack's sap should be reduced by 40% if the opponent has protect from missiles activated.
    • The sap should also be one tick slower, they are quite rapid and stacks awkwardly with other damage splats.

    7.Rune Pouch

    Make it so the Rune Pouch doesn't store unlimited of every rune, and only what you put in them. Else you can Tb, entangle, flames of zammy and only use up one inventory space.

    8.Combined Staves

    Addition of the rune combination staves (Smoke, Mist, Dust) etc. would be an appropriate update if Rune Pouches where updated as listed above.

  12. Could be a currency issue. Just because he/she donated $170 doesn't mean they get that in bonds - they will only get the amount of bonds that the currency converts to. SpawnPk uses USD$
