now i got it to load i downloaded java but it gets to 100% and does not get to log in omg!!!

after I click on play now and click run download it bring me to this window media center instead of the client and I went to java website and tried to download java it says u cannot because of my internet connection settings what does this mean

on this computer everytime I try to download server to play it doesn't open that it opens like a thing in documents help me log on
