Promised

Title says it all - I waited for the system update to hit since Ryan said on yell it would fix the lag issues, I went out pking, was fighting a pvmer and mid fight my game froze up and dc'd, I couldn't log back in, and by the time I logged in I was at home dead and lost my inq mace.. Is there anyway I can get a compensation for it? I thought the lag and dcing was fixed with the update but it seems it's still happening even now, I am constantly dcing while sitting at home.
