Ryan, respectfully you need to re-look at your current staff. They hold on to things from years ago and fail to realize this is a RSPS. Not a life game where your choice should effect you for a prolonged period of time lol. It really isn't that serious unless you make real-life threats, that's understandable. Some of your staff have zero personal life, this game is their life & take rule violations from years ago as a personal attack. Just something to think about, also any staff feeling a type of way this is for you.
