hello, I appealed my offense and it was denied, I fully understand the reasons that led to this reason, but I would like to know if I could go back to playing by creating another account, as I received an ip ban (I'm a super fan of the game, I promise you if this appeal if accepted I will know all the rules not to break them )

I made an appeal already more than a month ago and I was not supported by any administrator, someone could give me some answer.
