good morning,blessings..My internet provider always change our ip when our internet' get down.. im from Ouro -Preto/Minas gerais,Brazil... but my ip says im not here ,its says im in other city here of my state..so my reset ticket password Failed(Mod told me:ure saying a wrong place that the account was created)im not a lier,im 31yrs old,my 6yrs son was playing here with me,have an way that i can solve it?if no.can you tell it to me,cuz ill find another place to have fun(im not saying this server is bad,this the mostly fun ive playied,because this im wasting my time here,arguing).,i really feels bad,ive got hacked about 1 month and any days,almost another 1 month waiting for ticket/pass reset response and now says im not created my Account here in Ouro Preto-mg ,look in this ip address saying im in Santa Luzia-mg,but im not in Santa Luzia, im here in ouro preto(i live with my wife and my son and i can give u a pic of me holding our electricity bill),..i know we're a 3rd wolrd maybe our things dont work properly.
