@Scooby Dooo Staff never responded to me when i mentioned a ticket at all they only said they will contact ryan i asked multiple times in discord after you suggested it to me

Hey sorry to be a pain its been a good few days since i have been unable to play and i have brought it up every day in discory and i am really upset at the fact that i am still unable to play especially for so long after i have talked to multiple staff members about it and made a forum post. Im making a second post now to try push it and hope that it can be fixed sometime soon. I usually invest most of the day into playing this game it is what i do simply for fun and without it i am left very bored with nothing to do.

@Scooby DoooThank you for this info i had reaserched and found out that is the issue thats why i made a forum post Gooby and Mich have contacted ryan but ive heard nothing from it in 2 days.

@Scooby Dooo Thanks for trying but this is not my problem i cant log into my account on my device or other devices but i can log into alternate accounts

Everytime i try to loginto my account ToddF i just get this message it has occured since i tried to login yesterday at about 17:30 I can log into alternate accounts but not this one
