alright, talking smack u say? took gooby 2 months to review a appeal just to turn it into a ticket, then having another 2 months still waiting for someone to reply about the ticket, u explain to me how that works? more responsibility should be given to mods + , instead of just Tevin n a rare occasion , ascend.., build a strong team then the player base wont be a problem.

theres usually a 3 month waiting period, till ur thread gets looked at, then another 3 months for them to have a look at your tickets.... smh

no point in getting more people into the game, when majority of the staff cant even manage to sort out tickets or even bother to help ingame...

legit takes the staff team months to check appeals n the only people who actually do check appeals is ascend and Tevin, that's it, like wats the rest of the staff good for but I do support this thread +1 support ps add some actual staff members that are active and wont ignore pms
