Bump, no information ive asked for a ticket to be created but no response

left my accounts at raids last night and woke up this morning with both of them at gamble and all my main items gutted. both have different passwords and one of the passwords is a string of numbers followed by a letter so i dont understand how someone could get in get my pin and go from there.... accounts are Thedeluxegod and deluxegod not sure what to do from here sorta ruins the game when you lose around 2T Worth of gear
