I got told I dropped the cash, not death dropped. so if they saying I death dropped it. then well that's new to me. also if that's what they claiming it to be, then cool I know that's a lie, due to the fact I took out the money brought a item then went to raids, making that situation impossible. (I noticed it was gone after the raid) I accept the cash is gone and I am not getting it back. but due to loosing everything I have, and how long it took to get answers ect, is reason I am quitting. I understand staff are busy and have a life, I been staff before. however, I have never been on a server where someone or I have been told one thing, then its been changed to something else. like the t bow and fuse helm. I asked for a ticket to be made. I got told I death dropped it. I was like I know that but I didn't skull. then next time Ramzi replied he said. oh he probably was skull tricked. why is there never fact. and it comes across as always a guess? (situation with ramzi was on runex staff was abusing powers and being stupid but that's something else) if you seen my other posts, and one I know you did, then you would know I would leave it and keep playing. t bow ultimately was a bug, however I kept playing. I got told I dropped the cash. however day before a guy dropped grand ring I, it was on the floor and with in a day or 2 he got refunded it. I know you will defend the server and you are loyal to the server, however some things blow my mind. ps. if a player comes to a staff member for help with the server. the staff member should help providing they are not helping someone already. if a staff member just wants to play the server, he/she should turn off pms ect. but I seen otherwise on here. I seen staff members simply ignore players. for example. I asked ascend if he could, view the support ticket to see if it was replyed to. he ignored me and teled away. but when I yelled 1v1 1t, he replyed and said dunte come hybrid me at edge. this is the same for many of the staff. not including bowflexxx. he has always been a great staff member and has back to me.

cool I don't really care what you think tbh, you was nice to me in game doing raids with u carrying u lol, however shit talk when I quit nice, furthermore I gambled my bank away ?...... I still got over 1t in items so that's not true, also I got told I dropped the cash ie not gambled, soo your statement is invalid. I got told originally logs was checked and nothing was found originally, of course for me that was not good enough of a answer. I didn't accept that I kept bugging staff for a answer, I asked if drop logs, trade logs ect was checked. I got told by two staff members all logs was checked. ramzi said I lost nothing, I then spoke to bowflexx, he reopened the ticket as he thought it was strange also. few days later he responded and said ramzi said I dropped the cash. I don't know how they could of missed this. because to be honest this should of been first thing that was checked (if it was not). I still don't know how it could of been dropped to this day. strange one. he apparently missed it, and the next he finds it. I don't trust them at all. ramzis solution was just say I lost it on my own and not bother finding out where the money went. (lazy in my opinion) due to the fact of all this. is the reason I have left this server. most staff can not be bothered with players, and ramzi can not be trusted (third encounter with him, and have spoke to him in the past reason I quit runex, staff there are toxic same with ramzi). and I am enjoying my time on another server, where the staff have time for you. and the server has stable eco and loads of content. (more then runex and spk combine) like I said I used to love this server. however the bugs and staff kill it. ps. Since I have quit i have been approached by few recognised people in the server and other players that are not as recognised, offering rsps for spk gp. (no I have not accepted them offers as I don't intend to sell rsgp or play rs itself) since I deleted all the spk files from my pc. and no longer wanna be apart of this mess. however since quitting it is shocking how many players (and the staff know this) are taking part in this. just as big of a problem as it was pre eoc.

hey, I have been given no other option but to leave the server I loved the most. I made many friends on this server, and many enemy's, (in the wild), helped new players, giving tips on earning money, giving them a bp here and there ect. the reasons that had led me to leave this server is as follows (all prices was prices at the time) had a alien pet taken from my account by staff, due to someone duping and I apparently brought a duped bond (so I was told) I dunno how this is my fault for knowing the bond is duped however 80b gone. then I got attacked and auto retaliated and randomly got skulled with out knowing, lost t bow and fused slayer helm, and this happen twice but got away second time, 5 months trying to get a answer from staff, and they said I was skull tricked so left it as was not going to budge, t bow 70b fused slayer helm around 350b, and most recent one, 1,5t cash randomly disappeared, got told logs was checked and cording to logs I lost nothing, 2 months later thought it was weird, my money disappeared and there was no answer, I refused to log into my account, proved I had the cash, did everything I could to try get money back, asked a super mod about it, he reopened the ticket and was told I dropped the cash. I know what you are thinking, well u dropped it ur own fault, however there was a player not long before this happened, and he dropped a rand ring I by mistake and was refunded the item the same day. 1.55t 70b 350b 80b =2.05t lost a lot of money to just go, from non pking/gambling, I am just tired, the more I play he more bs happens and the more I seem to loose, I had to fight to try get answers at times, (bowflexx and gooby helped a lot) but other staff its like talking to a brick wall. tried speaking to acend he just teleported away when I tried speaking to him and ignored pms, other staff could not be bothered. just feels like I am just not getting anywhere with this server, I have been playing rsps for over 10 years. and never have had a issue with items going, never had a item taken off me, never been skull tricked. however on this server I just seem to have back to back bad luck. also the eco is messed up. one day a item could be worth 400b few months later its worth 1.5t few months after that its worth 3t, not stable at all, every month items are worth differently most of the time. I have simply reached my limit. and its time to simply just say bye kind regards dunte11

thank you for also confirming this, it has happened to many people, but only I came forward about it, when it happen I got told I got skull tricked, even though that never happened, thanks for adding your part, but I don't think they will take much notice of it being a bug.

few b ? hahahaha well well well, they took 80b when I started, then I lost fused slayer helm and t bow around 500b at the time, (not asking for this back, I was pissed but carried on) then all of a sudden around 1.6t cash randomly disappeared from my account. (I know, how would this happen, well good question) all in all over 2t, the co-owner confirmed cording to logs I lost nothing, however I asked a staff member to check my account incase I gone crazy and I had 1 bag left, was also confirmed I was not hacked. so if logs show the cash never going from my account, then where is it ? if they said for example look you took it in the wild and died, I would be pissed but I would of got a answer, however he said I must of lost it on my own accord, well this now is a accusation, he is claiming I must of lost it, but then my question is, being a co-owner in theory for example, he should be able to track where a whip has gone from player to player to player, it would all be in trade logs ect, but main thing is logs themselves would accurately pin point where that item or cash in question went, ie being droped traded ect. well a thread before already proved that he was not accurate about logs and I will explain in a min, if I lost to my own accord, I would not of bothered going into detail and pushing as much as I am, because I would simply of been ban as logs would show me trying to pull some shit, also notice I am not claiming to be scammed or anything like that because I didn't (yet again logs would show (cash being traded), if I lost it to my own means, and I'm claiming I didn't then my question is why am I not ban? because then in theory I would kinda be trying to trick staff? there has been no evidence of me loosing the cash, ontop of this gooby said oh what if u loaned the money, well look at logs, you would see someone giving me over 1t, or don't that show on logs also?. I been from co-owner down to support on servers, I been playing rsps for over 10 years, I know whats possible and whats not. if I traded, died in wildy, dropped, gambled, or anything else you can think of, logs would pick this up. specially for gambling, as chat logs would clearly show me saying fp 100b or 1t ect. why has no one came out and said, look dude you lost your money because you did this ? can anyone answer this ? now going back to what I was saying about co-owner not being accurate. if you read my post, you would see they confirmed taking the pet from my bank. the co owner himself. even though ramzi (co-owner) stated ''logs show that you received the bond then redeemed it and spent it on an epic mystery box (which is where the alien pet came from).'' this is a incorrect statement, either he is lying or misread the logs, or the logs are broken. what happen was I redeemed a $100 bond then with the 7500 d tickets, I had over 2500 d tickets already so I simply outright buy the alien pet with the d tickets. ie false information was given to me.. why has no one got a answer to how I apparently lost it?, want me to tell you?, they don't have one, I already got told about staff doing shady stuff but not going into detail about that. (no disrespect to goobymuch, and bowflexx, brutal , they are good staff members) also just to confirm this, I have asked to speak to ramzi ryan or Tevin about this situation, guess what impossible, they don't like he fact I am not giving up, and I will carry this on for as long as I need to making thread after thread, tell someone can tell me how I manged to ''lose'' this cash that was in my bank. that's all I wanna know, if I lost it legit that's on me, I am just simply saying, tell me where its gone or refund me, am I really wrong for this. also this thread clearly shows my progress on this server I got nothing to hide people. despite all this I enjoy the server, I am fighting to play the server at the end of the day, I just want to enjoy it like everyone else. also may I add when I lost things in the past, even unfairly I still left it, but pretty much lost 2t now its kinda getting a joke,

this is so sketchy, is staff taking items from players accounts? I mean I already got proof of staff doing it once, what's stopping them doing it more

considering I never gamble?, also logs would show this, I am always telling people not to gamble, so why would I gamble my cash stack when I was trying to buy a item with the cash, it does not make any sense, before you judge please know the details, also this is for staff not random players. also if I lost to gambling it would of already been brought up so please don't be dumb. and also why would I go into this much effort to try get something back that would show up on logs, your logic just don't make sense

1. I did not get skull tricked. happened to me twice now. in weird circumstances, a player can get skulled auto retaliating. I dunno how it happened, I was just explaining things that just happened to me in the past, also not what I am even asking to be refunded now. 2. I know I been playing over a year now. for something like that is strange on any server. I can not explain it as much as the next person. I went to great lengths myself to try figure it out. logs have already been checked, and the cash was never lost cording to the logs. ontop of this. I had a staff member check my bank to prove that the cash was not on my account to further check if I was going crazy or not. he confirmed I had no cash on my account. I understand its a big claim. and weird one at that. if I was another person and got told all this. I would be questioning also, reason I have backed up everything I can with proof. I have even refused to play on my account in fear that anything I do will effect anything that happens on my account. it don't make sense why. no logs show me loosing this money however its gone. and not a single person can debunk this. if I gambled (I don't gamble max I have ever done is 10b) then that would be on me. however where the cash just simply disappeared. I feel I should be given a refund of just my cash stack. furthermore, I'm confused why all this is happening to me also. I'm just a player like everyone else. I just wanna enjoy the server, now my money has gone. I can not even afford the item I wanted. further more the item I wanted has shot up in price, so even if I got my money back. I can now not even buy it, so not only have I lost the money. even if I got a refund I would still of lost money because of this situation. (one lost skotizo bow while afk at revs unskilled 1 iteming) what annoys me the most. is youtubers get given new items, worth over 1t all the time for there videos. some of them items they die with and end up in the eco. i am just a player trying to get back what he had lost already to unfair means. not to just be given something. i got everything i wanted items wise.(apart from like 2-3 things) furthermore i would not risk my account, for simply making up things. ps. i am not a new player. i had to make a new account due to forgetting my password to forums account

where do I start, when I started this server, I was happy and was loving it, I managed to pk torture necklace and full torva, prim boots, 2 vls 2 d claws, still got the armour and torture tell this day. things was going well but my experience on the server only got worse longer I played., I paid for a $100 bond with all my cash, I then used it for elite donator, I then furthermore used the tickets to out right buy the alien pet, (my first pet in game) after this happened. server shut down. when it came back up I noticed my first pet was gone. I made a post thinking something bad happened just to get told I the staff taken my alien pet because I apparently brought a duped bond, I do not know how this is my fault or what this has to do with me but they did. I was of course angry I lost my first pet. (following post) after this happened I quit a while as was mad by the staff, then I came back and carried on the grind. I came back to the server 5 months later to find out skotizo mace was around 1.4t. I thought sweet. I even asked goobymunch to check the bank and inv on my main account to check if the money was there, he denyed. so if I not logged on since then tell today. and goobymuch confirmed the money was not there. and furthermore ramzi said that logs don't show that I lost it. then where is it?. don't this confirm that I lost it illegitimate ?. also I been shot in the foot over and over and over again. and I feel like every time they simply don't care as it don't effect them. if you worked hard for over a year to earn your bank just to simply have it taken from you. I am sure you would be upset also. if I lost it legit, then that would be on me. it seems like the more I play. the more I just simply loose to no fault of my own. I surely would not go to this length and detail for no reason. however i hope to prove I am being legit, then to just simply lie about it, (even though this would be almost impossible to fake, thanks to logs). I have spent many hours. going through chat logs, to back everything up to prove the legitimacy of my claim. I truly hope that I done enough.
