How long waiting time are there usally on tickets created by staff members? Made a appeal on march 1st, got a ticket created on 29th, and still no repley. Are there alot of ticket atm? Or anyone knows?

You have to wait atleast 1 month for staff to answer, and they are prob. just gonna tell u to make an appeal.
