    ''Unfortunately I made a big mistake once and I felt so bad afterwards I felt like I didn't deserve to be on the staff team anymore. While I was given another chance as mistakes happen, that guilt has never left and the wound still feels fresh as if it just happened yesterday.'' I don't mean to pry, but what mistake did you commit? If you don't mind saying @Kellatha Cause that to me seems like when it all went downhill & that it ruined everything since that day? - Correct me if I am wrong.
