This staff application made me happy to see! I have known you for a while now and only seen good intentions from you. I believe something that could increase your chances is by having more interactions with the community. -Taxes to trading post I think taxes would be a great addition to the trading post. I think we all have noticed the influence bags have had on the market: prices have risen a lot, and items that were 10b could be 100b today. My suggestion is that we make an attempt and add a 2,5% tax system to each sold item from the trading post. I know some of you are against fees like this, but keep in mind, 2,5% tax per item sold is only 2,5b per 100b. -Taxes at duel/gamble zone Duel/gamble zone are the places where our ecos become eco and where most items are changing path. Therefore it would be great to add a tax system here as well, to remove more bags from the market. The major problem with a tax system at gamble/duel zone would be: how are we going to take tax for items that are gambled/staked? As you can tell, it’s impossible, and the fact that items never stay on the same price is not really helping. My suggestion is to not take fees per item gambled/staked and instead take fees per fp/stake. Example, you pay 10b to gamble/stake 100 times and when that limit is reached, you have to put in 10b again and so on. The positive side effect to this is that addicted gamblers/stakers wouldn't be able to risk their items as long they’re out of cash. (A fun addition to this would be a well that kept track of the amount of bags that have been removed) Lmk what you think and let’s discuss this subject Kind regards Bsouth

Today it’s really confusing with bounty targets that have a high valued risk and I'm leaning towards Kellatha’s suggestion. I would love to see a own box for the orb so we actually get a clue of the risk. If this suggestion gets added, it would be great if the orb didn't have an effect on the risking value so, we get a clue of what the loot can be like.

Solid msg in general! I know this was discussed in the past, would be really nice if the owners decides to implement it. Though I would suggest having the focus on cosmetics rather than bis upgrades.

+1 on that suggestion. Maybe add both taxes and the ability to use bags as attempts in the magic chest. Though if your suggestion would be added is my suggestion to change the tax % from time to time depending on the economy. Reason why is to keep the market stable at all periods no matter what happens

I disagree with you. If less bags are used to by items, everything in general will end up to fall down into a stable price. Merchers are only going to make 2,5% less meanwhile they are making a favour for the community. What else came to my mind was adding content that makes you spend bags. What do you suggest?

You are right but the value of what you get is still the same. All other items have risen in price as well so it doesn't matter. It made me very happy to read this. There are a lot of players out there that don’t understand this. This statement caught my eye a little extra and made me wonder, how would anyone take advantage of this? This might not be popular but it could be a good thing to add a limit of how many accounts you are allowed to pvm on. Similar rules to the amount of accounts you are allowed to use in the wilderness. Huge +1 on the suggestion but maybe not the % number.

I can tell you put some time and effort into this reply and I really appreciate it! We all have different opinions and what most players are missing out on is how it would affect themselves. Some believe that taxes is making it worse for themselves meanwhile it’s actually the opposite. Like if tones of bags are getting into the market without anywhere else to go, what should it be spent if not on items? This means that players are being able to pay more and all the prices will keep rising. I agree with you, a lot of new content that has been added recently is about more bags. Npcs drops more bags than before, casket gives bags, raids gives bags and so on. Instead we need content that removes bags and make the bag overflow more stable. Maybe add a new useful item into magic chest that you pay bags for each attempt?

It wouldn’t affect anyone negatively. During the process bags are being removed from the market will items fall in prices. This suggestion is not an advantage or disadvantage for anyone, this suggestion is about changing the path and stabilize the economy on spawnpk.

I really like your solution that the loot should go straight to the inventory if there is enough space. Maybe even auto loot it to the inventory no matter if you have a yoshi or not just to make it more profitable for pkers?

Reason posting what I did was to possibly create a discussion and find other opinions that might be valuable. I posted it on this topic because lagg was the reason behind it. You brought up a good point that it may cause more disconnects if the boss spawned in safe zone, but it would also prevent players from losing their items without a fair fight. Mb, I wasn't clear enough with ‘’The server can’t handle it without lag for the majority of the players’’ What I meant was the majority of players at the location of the event boss. I haven’t killed many event bosses to be fair but, those I have killed and witness, players had issues to find the loot. People are running around searching until it shows up for everyone else (it’s not possible to see the direction through others bcs there are no patterns). Also worth to be mentioned, pkers are clump freezing (which I have nothing against), imagine that with lagg and problematic for those who cannot find their loot. What do you suggest to happen?

Hey @Goobymunch. Regarding our discussion earlier. To have a popular boss like this in wildly is great but a problem atm. The server can’t handle it without lag for the majority of the players. As above, some even dc and can lose all their stuff without a fair chance to fight. I understand there are a lot of work behind issues like this but we have to be fair, the solution is not to buy a better pc as you said earlier in the yell chat. I see the solution as, spawn the event bosses in safe zone meanwhile the majority of lag issues are being investigated and hopefully fixed. -A suggestion while speaking of the boss, make the drops easier to find. Great update! Though a heads up is to check two handed weapons like scythe. I noticed and heard it can stack up to 99 hp with special attack while using bork. @Ryan @Ramzi

I like your ideas and suggestions. I could see that the 75 smite cap was a bit to much but it was way better than the old cap. Most players as you said was already accustomed to it and it actually took a lot of effort and time to smite someone. Maybe rework the smite system to proper food combos as said above or try something like raising the cap to 65 and see how that works? +1 for your suggestion on dwarven rock cake. I could also suggest to add a 75 cap ish when using dwarven rock cake. It's still possible in multi to use d scimmy spec - eat dwarven rock cake into 1hp - smack 110s with full dh. This problem is imo mainly when it comes to superior bosses that gives magic sickness. There is nothing you can do in situations like that. Kind regards Bsouth

I’m skeptical but it’s very possible that I’m wrong. I was taught different a while ago and the rates was feeling fair. @KellathaDo you have any sources behind your explanation or is this a discussion we need @Ryan or @Ramzi to confirm?

Are you 100% sure that your calculations are correct and basically know it works this way? Obviously not the rng factors but the drop rate bonus

Here is an example that might explain your question. Skotizo boss have a totem as a drop which is 1/15. With 60% drop rate bonus would it be 10,6% to get it (1.6/15).

It means that you get 500b and a dark crystal if we get x2 dark crystals drop (can only get x2 or x4). If x4 dark crystals we get 2 each. So however it goes will you make more profit from your skotizo kills

Very true and that’s why I’ve made this service as comfortable as possible for me and the clients. Everything will be screen shared on discord, mentioned to a Staff member from the very s tart to the end, recorded by me and the client can ofcourse also record everything if they prefer that. I have no idea what you talk about and not even sure if we ever spoken to each other. My theory is that you either mistaking me with someone or have intentions to create false rumors which is totally wrong and very immature.
