Can we please get this message removed from the game, it's incredibly unnecessary and when you're doing raids there's a message pop up for every single one of Olms attacks. The message is engraved onto the inside of my damn eye lids.

Guessing a number of people have forgotten their pins in the past on this server or another. This server being the only one where you have to go through a moderator, who then goes to an owner in order to get the pin reset, Rather than doing it all through email verif's or account profiles Hours i sat waiting for someone to be online just to make them aware before being told it'd take 1-4 days. The customer service is Horrific for the amount of $$$ people put into the server, Issues like this involving game access should be dealt with quicker. Now whether that comes down to appointing people who are more active to be in control of pin resets, or completely restructuring the current system so it can be done through verified emails. -Shut up, It's a private server. What the hell happened to a good old fucking bank pin.

THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. Don't know what my pin is, No staff online so game is unplayable. Joke. System doesn't work having to rely on the 2 staff members there are to be online.
