No fix for Mac right click issue ?

I can't seem to get the right-click to function right. I did everything the guide thoroughly but it still isn't working.

Open a terminal window. You can find this under Go -> Applications -> Utilities. Drag the Terminal to your dock since you will be using it frequently. You should now have a Terminal window somewhere on the screen. It will have a prompt that looks something like: machine:~ wayne$ To check that you are running the right version of Java, type the commands in boldface below. You should see something similar to the information printed below. USE required formatting if you want your account back

So my main account Bastial was banned 2 years ago(approx). And I was wondering why, after all this time it cannot be unbanned... Seriously, I genuinely don't know what I have to do now. I worked very hard for the wealth and achievements I have in that account. Just wanna know what's up.
