    +1 for sure, just please no storm of armadyl. I'm almost positive that is what caused the EoC.

    Actually, I just re-read what you said and no, it is bugged. I was using the blood cape in the second kill and I got no Blood Heal effect.

    The "Blood heal" effect doesn't work with the full set, blood cape or not. Edit: For the benefit of the doubt, I got my red comp cape and re-did this, along with trying the effect on crabs, and it still didn't work. Video 2
