why is forums so dead and nobody can helppppp

i finally found proof in my email that i had been registered here before under a different username is it possible for admin or someone to pm me about this issue?

Anyways I can get this resolved the account used to be a donator account and I'd like to access it.

To be honest I dont remember what my old account for in game was named it was like a year ago since i logged in last. my forums name was "graphics" but the recovery email isn't being set to reset my password to the email the account is under, so even if i did screenshot in game would be no use.

I used to play this a long time ago forums name was "Graphics" i had an account linked to this but i can't find it, also the forums isnt sending the recovery password email to my email linked to that account.
